Сн~ове б^о вы` г~а б~а ва'шего да не рњж'етеся, и^ не возложи'те плњши межи` ѓ^чи'ма ва'шима на ме'ртвемъ”

Ye are the children of the Lord your God: ye shall not make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

ЈА/ко лю'дїе ст~и е^сте гв~и б~ђ ва'шемђ. тебе` б^о и^збра'лъ е^сть г~ь б~ъ твои бы'ти е^мђ себњ` лю'демъ преподобныM эT всњхъ стра'нъ ја^же на лицы` земли`.

For thou art a holy people to the Lord thy God, and the Lord thy God has chosen thee to be a peculiar people to himself of all the nations on the face of the earth.

да не ја%сте всего` скверна'ва”

Ye shall not eat any abominable thing.

Се въ ско'тњхъ да ја%сте, теле'цъ эT говяD а^гнецъ эT ѓ^веw, и^ козе'лъ эT коZ.

⁴

These are the beasts which ye shall eat; the calf of the herd, and lamb of the sheep, and kid of the goats;

е^ле'ня и^ се'рнђ и^ бђ'иволицђ, и^ ла'ня, зђ'бръ, и^ ѓ^нагръ, саи^га'къ,

⁵

the stag, and doe, and pygarg, and wild goat, and camelopard.

и^ всяk ско'тъ на' двое дњ'ля па'зногти, и^ копы'то на' двое копы'тя. и^ възнося` жва'нїе во ско'тњ сїя` да ја%сте”

Every beast that divides the hoofs, and makes claws of two divisions, and that chews the cud among beasts, these ye shall eat.

И$ сиX да не ја%сте эT възнося'щихъ жва'нїе, и^ эT дњля'щихъ па'зногти на' двое, н^о копы'та не копы'тящиX, велблю'да и^ за'яца ја%ко възносяT жва'нїа сїи н^о копы' та не копы'тятъ нечи'сто с^и вамъ”

And these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, and of those that divide the hoofs, and make distinct claws; the camel, and the hare, and the rabbit; because they chew the cud, and do not divide the hoof, these are unclean to you.

И$ свинїа` ја%ко на' двое дњ'ляT па'зногти, и^ копы'та копы'тиT сїя же жва'нїа не жђе'тъ нечи'ста с^и ва'мъ е^сть эT мя'са и^хъ да не ја%сте и^ мр~твечи'не и^хъ да не прикаса'етеся”

And as for the swine, because he divides the hoof, and makes claws of the hoof, yet he chews not the cud, he is unclean to you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, ye shall not touch their dead bodies.

И$ сїяy да ја%сте эT всњх# и^же въ водњ`, е^мђже е^сть пе'рїе и^ чешђя` ты'и да ја%сте.

And these ye shall eat of all that are in the water, ye shall eat all that have fins and scales.

и^ всемђ` е^мђже нњсть пе'рїа ни чешђя` да не ја^сте нечи'ста т^а ваM”

And all that have not fins and scales ye shall not eat; they are unclean to you.

¹¹

И$ вс^ю пти'цђ чи'стђ да ја%сте”

¹¹

Ye shall eat every clean bird.

¹²

И$ сиXже да не ја%сте эT ниX

¹²

And these of them ye shall not eat; the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the sea-eagle,

¹³

ѓ^рла`, и^ но'га, и^ ѓ^рла` мо'рскаго,

¹³

and the vulture, and the kite and the like to it,

¹⁴

и^ неја%сыти, и^кти'на и^ подо'бныа сиM”

¹⁵

and the sparrow, and the owl, and the sea-mew,

¹⁵

И$ вра'на, и^ врабїя`. и^ вы'пелица. и^ сђхола'пля и^ ја%стреба и^ подо'бныа сиM,

¹⁶

and the heron, and the swan, and the stork,

¹⁶

и^ вра'на но'щнаго, и^ лилика, и^ подо'бная симъ”

¹⁷

and the cormorant, and the hawk, and its like, and the hoopoe, and the raven,

¹⁷

И$ е^родїѓ'на, и^ ле'бедя і^ и'винъ, и^ катара'кта, и^ вдо'да”

¹⁸

and the pelican, and the diver and the like to it, and the red-bill and the bat.

¹⁸

И$ но'щнаго нетопыря, и^ сыча`, и^ теслоно'са, и харадрїѓ'на и^ подо'бныа сиM, и^ порфирїѓ'на”

¹⁹

All winged animals that creep are unclean to you; ye shall not eat of them.

¹⁹

И$ вс^я га'ды пти'ческїа нечи'ста сїя ва'мъ, да не ја%сте эT нихъ”

Ye shall eat every clean bird.

²⁰

Вся'кђ пти'цђ чи'стђ да ја%сте.

²¹

Ye shall eat nothing that dies of itself; it shall be given to the sojourner in thy cities and he shall eat it, or thou shalt sell it to a stranger, because thou art a holy people to the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not boil a lamb in his mother's milk.

все ја%же мр~твечины да не ја^сте ѓ^битал#никђ и^же въ гра'дњ да да'сте и^ да ја%стъ, и^л^и да эTда'сте стра'н#никђ, ја%ко лю'дїе ст~и е^сте гв~и б~ђ ва'шемђ, да не свари'ши ја%гняте въ мле'цњ ма'тери е^го”

Thou shalt tithe a tenth of all the produce of thy seed, the fruit of thy field year by year.

десяти'ны да ја%си эT всего` пло'да сњмени свое^го, плDо ниv твои^хъ эT го'да до го'да”

And thou shalt eat it in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose to have his name called there; ye shall bring the tithe of thy corn and of thy wine, and of thine oil, the first-born of thy herd and of thy flock, that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always.

да ја%си я& преD гм~ъ бм~ъ свои^мъ на мњ'стњ и^дњже и^збере'тъ г~ь б~ъ твои, призыва'ти и%мя е^гот^ђ. та'мо да принесе'ши десяти'нђ пшени'ца твое^я и^ вина` твое^го, і^ е^ле'а твое^го, и^ прьвене'цъ воло'въ твоиX и^ ѓ^ве'цъ твоиX, да ся наё^чи'ши боя'тися г~а б~а твое^го вс^я дн~и”

And if the journey be too far for thee, and thou art not able to bring them, because the place is far from thee which the Lord thy God shall choose to have his name called there, because the Lord thy God will bless thee;

А/ще л^и дале'че бђ'деT пђтеM эT тебе` и^ не возмо'жеши донести` и^хъ, ја^ко дале'че мњ'сто эT тебе`, е^же и^збере'тъ г~ь б~ъ твои, призывати и^мя е^гот^ђ, ја^ко блsви т^я г~ь б~ъ твои”

then thou shalt sell them for money, and thou shalt take the money in thy hands, and thou shalt go to the place which the Lord thy God shall choose.

²⁵

Тогда` эTдаси` сїе на ценњ` и^ во'змеши цњнђ` в рђ'кђ свою`, и^ да и'деши въ мњсто е^же и^збере'тъ г~ь б~ъ твои себњ`”

²⁶

And thou shalt give the money for whatsoever thy soul shall desire, for oxen or for sheep, or for wine, or thou shalt lay it out on strong drink, or on whatsoever thy soul may desire, and thou shalt eat there before the Lord thy God, and thou shalt rejoice and thy house,

²⁶

И$ да'си цњнђ на всеM на не'же т^и помы'слиT дш~а твоя` на волы` и^ ѓ'вцы и^л^и на вино`, и^л^и на ѓ^ло'винђ и^л^и на вс^е на не'же помышляеT дш~а твоя, и^ да ја%си т^ђ преD гм~ъ бм~ъ твои^мъ. да възвесели'шися т^ы и^ до'мъ твои”

and the Levite that is in thy cities, because he has not a portion or inheritance with thee.

²⁷

Левљ=тинъ же и^же въ гра'дњхъ твои^хъ, не ѓ^ста'виши е^го ја%ко нњ'сть е^мђ ча'сти, ни жре'бїа с тобо'ю”

²⁸

After three years thou shalt bring out all the tithes of thy fruits, in that year thou shalt lay it up in thy cities.

²⁸

Потре'хъ лњтехъ да и^знесе'ши вс^ю десяти'нђ жи'тъ свои^хъ в т^о лњто ѓ%но да положи'шї ю& въ гра'дњхъ свои^хъ”

²⁹

And the Levite shall come, because he has no part or lot with thee, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow which is in thy cities; and they shall eat and be filled, that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the works which thou shalt do.

²⁹

И$ прїидетъ левљ=тинъ ја%ко нњсть е^мђ ча'сти, н^и жре'бїа с тобо'ю и^ прише'лецъ и^ сирота` и^ вдова`, ја^же въ гра'дњхъ твоиX. да ја^дя'тъ и^ насы'тятся и^ блsвиT т^я г~ь б~ъ тво'и въ всњхъ дњлехъ твоиX ја%же а^ще сътвориши”
