И҆ бы́сть въ девѧ́тое лѣ́то седекі́и царѧ̀ і҆ꙋ́дина, въ мцⷭ҇ъ десѧ́тый, прїи́де навꙋходоно́соръ ца́рь вавѷлѡ́нскїй и҆ всѧ̀ си́ла є҆гѡ̀ на і҆ерⷭ҇ли́мъ, и҆ воева́хꙋ на́нь.

The word that came from the Lord to Jeremias in the tenth year of king Sedekias, this is the eighteenth year of king Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon.

И҆ въ первоена́десѧть лѣ́то седекі́и, въ мцⷭ҇ъ четве́ртый, въ девѧ́тый де́нь мцⷭ҇а, разсѣ́десѧ гра́дъ.

And the host of the king of Babylon had made a rampart against Jerusalem: and Jeremias was kept in the court of the prison, which is in the king's house;

И҆ внидо́ша всѝ кнѧ̑зи царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нска и҆ сѣдо́ша во вратѣ́хъ сре́днихъ, ниргелсараса́ръ, самага́дъ, навꙋсаха́ръ, навꙋсарі́съ, нагарга́съ, насерравама́гъ, и҆ про́чїи воевѡ́ды царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нскагѡ.

in which king Sedekias had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, saying, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will give this city into the hands of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;

И҆ бы́сть є҆гда̀ оу҆зрѣ̀ ѧ҆̀ седекі́а ца́рь і҆ꙋ́динъ и҆ всѝ мꙋ́жїе ра́тнїи, и҆ и҆збѣго́ша, и҆ и҆зыдо́ша въ нощѝ ѿ гра́да по пꙋтѝ вертогра́да царе́ва и҆ сквозѣ̀ врата̀, ꙗ҆̀же бѣ́ша междꙋ̀ стѣно́ю и҆ предстѣ́нїемъ: и҆ и҆зыдо́ша въ пꙋ́ть пꙋсты́ни.

and Sedekias shall by no means be delivered out of the hand of the Chaldeans, for he shall certainly be given up into the hands of the king of Babylon, and his mouth shall speak to his mouth, and his eyes shall look upon his eyes;
5
И҆ гна́ша в̾слѣ́дъ и҆́хъ во́инство халде́йско, и҆ постиго́ша седекі́ю на по́ли пꙋсты́ни і҆ерїхѡ́нскїѧ, и҆ є҆́мше приведо́ша къ навꙋходоно́сорꙋ царю̀ вавѷлѡ́нскꙋ во ревла́ѳъ, и҆́же въ землѝ є҆ма́ѳъ, и҆ глаго́ла къ немꙋ̀ съ сꙋдо́мъ.

and Sedekias shall go into Babylon, and dwell there?
6
И҆ и҆збѝ ца́рь вавѷлѡ́нскїй сы́ны седекі̑ины во ревла́ѳѣ пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма є҆гѡ̀, и҆ всѧ̑ вельмо́жы і҆ꙋ̑дины побѝ ца́рь вавѷлѡ́нскїй.

And the Word of the Lord came to Jeremias, saying,
7
И҆ ѻ҆́чи седекі́и и҆з̾ѧ́тъ, и҆ ѡ҆кова̀ є҆го̀ пꙋ̑ты, и҆ ѿведѐ є҆го̀ въ вавѷлѡ́нъ.

Behold, Anameel the son of Salom thy father's brother is coming to thee, saying, Buy thee my field that is in Anathoth: for thou hast the right to take it as a purchase.
8
До́мъ же царе́въ и҆ до́мы всѣ́хъ люді́й пожго́ша халде́є ѻ҆гне́мъ и҆ стѣ́нꙋ і҆ерⷭ҇ли́мскꙋ преврати́ша:

So Anameel the son of Salom my father's brother came to me into the court of the prison, and said, Buy thee my field that is in the land of Benjamin, in Anathoth: for thou hast a right to buy it, and thou art the elder. So I knew that it was the word of the Lord.

и҆ ѡ҆ста́нокъ люді́й, и҆ ѡ҆ста́вшихъ во гра́дѣ, и҆ оу҆бѣ́гшыѧ, и҆̀же оу҆теко́ша ко царю̀ вавѷлѡ́нскꙋ, и҆ ѡ҆ста́нокъ люді́й, и҆ ѡ҆ста́вшихъ преселѝ навꙋзарда́нъ воево́да въ вавѷлѡ́нъ:

And I bought the field of Anameel the son of my father's brother, and I weighed him seventeen shekels of silver.
10
а҆ ѿ люді́й оу҆бо́гихъ, ничто́же и҆мꙋ́щихъ, ѡ҆ста́ви навꙋзарда́нъ воево́да во́инствъ въ землѝ і҆ꙋ́динѣ, и҆ дадѐ и҆̀мъ вїногра́ды и҆ ни̑вы въ то́й де́нь.

And I wrote it in a book, and sealed it, and took the testimony of witnesses, and weighed the money in the balance.
11
И҆ заповѣ́да навꙋходоно́соръ ца́рь вавѷлѡ́нскїй ѡ҆ і҆еремі́и прⷪ҇ро́цѣ навꙋзарда́нови воево́дѣ во́инствъ и҆ речѐ:

And I took the book of the purchase that was sealed;
12
возмѝ є҆го̀ и҆ положѝ на́нь ѻ҆́чи твоѝ и҆ ничто́же є҆мꙋ̀ сотворѝ ѕла̀: но ꙗ҆́коже восхо́щетъ, та́кѡ сотворѝ є҆мꙋ̀.

and I gave it to Baruch son of Nerias, son of Maasæas, in the sight of Anameel my father's brother's son, and in the sight of the men that stood by and wrote in the book of the purchase, and in the sight of the Jews that were in the court of the prison.

Посла̀ оу҆̀бо навꙋзарда́нъ воево́да во́инства и҆ навꙋзезва́нъ, и҆ раѱари́съ и҆ нирге́лъ, и҆ сараса́ръ и҆ фавма́нъ, и҆ всѝ воевѡ́ды царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нска:
13
And I charged Baruch in their presence, saying, Thus saith the Lord Almighty;
14
и҆ посла́ша, и҆ поѧ́ша і҆еремі́ю ѿ двора̀ темни́чнагѡ, и҆ да́ша є҆го̀ годолі́и сы́нꙋ а҆хїка́мовꙋ, сы́на сафа́нѧ, и҆ и҆зведо́ша є҆го̀, и҆ сѣ́де средѣ̀ люді́й.
14
Take this book of the purchase, and the book that has been read; and thou shalt put it into an earthen vessel, that it may remain many days.
15
И҆ ко і҆еремі́и бы́сть сло́во гдⷭ҇не во дворѣ̀ темни́чнѣмъ гл҃ѧ:
15
For thus saith the Lord; There shall yet be bought fields and houses and vineyards in this land.
16
и҆дѝ и҆ рцы̀ ко а҆вдемеле́хꙋ мꙋ́ринꙋ, глаго́лѧ: та́кѡ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ і҆и҃левъ: сѐ, а҆́зъ приношꙋ̀ словеса̀ моѧ̑ на гра́дъ се́й во ѕла̑ѧ, а҆ не во бл҃га̑ѧ: и҆ бꙋ́дꙋтъ пред̾ лице́мъ твои́мъ въ то́й де́нь:

And I prayed to the Lord after I had given the book of the purchase to Baruch the son of Nerias, saying,
17
и҆ и҆зба́влю тѧ̀ въ то́й де́нь, и҆ не да́мъ тебѐ въ рꙋ́цѣ человѣ̑къ, и҆́хже ты̀ бои́шисѧ ѿ лица̀ и҆́хъ:
17
O ever living Lord! thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power, and with thy high and lofty arm: nothing can be hidden from thee.
18
ꙗ҆́кѡ и҆збавлѧ́ѧ сп҃сꙋ́ тѧ, и҆ мече́мъ не паде́ши: и҆ бꙋ́детъ дꙋша̀ твоѧ̀ на ѡ҆брѣ́тенїе, ꙗ҆́кѡ оу҆пова́лъ є҆сѝ на мѧ̀, речѐ гдⷭ҇ь.
18
Granting mercy to thousands, and recompensing the sins of the fathers into the bosoms of their children after them: the great, the strong God;
