And the word of the Lord came by the hand of Ju son of Anani to Baasa, saying,

Forasmuch as I lifted thee up from the earth, and made thee ruler over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast caused my people Israel to sin, to provoke me with their vanities;

Поне'же вознесоX т^я на земли`. и^ даX т^я вла'стеля наD люDми` мои^ми і^и^л~емъ. и^ хо'диши пђтемъ і^е^ровоа'млимъ. и^ въведе` въ грњхъ лю'ди моя і^и^л~я. е^же прогнњ'вати м^я сђе'тными иX”

Behold, I raise up enemies after Baasa, and after his house; and I will make thy house as the house of Jeroboam son of Nabat.

Се а%зъ эTвръгђ наслњ'дїе ваа'са. и^ наслњдїе до'мђ твое^го и^ сътворю до'мъ тво'и ја%ко доM і^е^ровоа'мль, сн~а нава'това”

Him that dies of Baasa in the city the dogs shall devour, and him that dies of his in the field the birds of the sky shall devour.

Оу^мръшего воа^со'ва во' градњ снњдяT ўи`. и^ ё^мръшего на' по'ли снњдя'тъ пти'ца нбsныя”

Now the rest of the history of Baasa, and all that he did, and his mighty acts, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

И$ про'чая слове'съ ваа'синъ и^ вс^е е^же сотвори. и^ си'лная е^го. не с^е ли сђть пи'сана въ кни'зе сло'въ дн~їи цр~ь і^и^л~евъ”

And Baasa slept with his fathers, and they bury him in Thersa; and Ela his son reigns in his stead.

И$ ё'мре ваа%са и^ погребеn бысть съ эTц~ы свои^ми в# џа'рсњ. и^ црsтвова` и%ла сн~ъ е^го в него` мњсто”

And the Lord spoke by Ju the son of Anani against Baasa, and against his house, even all the evil which he wrought before the Lord to provoke him to anger by the works of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he smote him.

И в рђцњ сн~а а^на'нїя прoрка гл~а г~ь на ваа'сђ и^ на доM е^го вс^ю ѕлобђ е^же сътвори` преD гм~ъ е^же прогнњ'вати и& дњ'ломъ рђ'кђ е^го. быти е^мђ ја%коже и^ до'мђ і^е^ровоа'млю. и^ ѓ^ то'мъ е^же е^мђ пораже'нђ быти”

And Ela son of Baasa reigned over Israel two years in Thersa.

В лњто к~ѕ е, а%сы цр~я і^ё'дина црsтвова` и%ла сн~ъ ваа'синъ наD і^и^л~емъ въ џе'рсњ, в~, лњтњ.

And Zambri, captain of half his cavalry, conspired against him, while he was in Thersa, drinking himself drunk in the house of Osa the steward at Thersa.

и^ воздви'же г~ь на'нь ѓ'троки е^го зам#врїи кня'ѕь полови'ны ко'н#никъ. и^ се'й б^њ въ џе'рсњ ё^пи'въся и^ пїя'нъ сы'и в до'мђ а%сы, б^њ строя'ше въ џе'рсњ”

And Zambri went in and smote him and slew him, and reigned in his stead.

И$ вни'де замъврїи, и^ ё^би и& и^ ё^мрътви`. в лњто, к~з е а%сы цр~я і^ё'дина. и^ црsтвова` в него` мњсто”

And it came to pass when he reigned, when he sat upon his throne,

И бысть црsтвђ'ющђ е^мђ, е^гда` сњ'сти е^мђ на прsтлњ е^го,

that he smote all the house of Baasa, according to the word which the Lord spoke against the house of Baasa, and to Ju the prophet,

и^зби` весь до'мъ ваа'синъ по гл~ђ гн~ю. и^же гл~а на до'мъ ваа'синъ. и^ ко е'хђ прoркђ

for all the sins of Baasa and Ela his son, as he led Israel astray to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel with their vanities.

ѓ^ всњхъ грњсњхъ ваа'сїихъ, і^ и'ле сн~ђ е^го и^же съгрњши въ і^и^л~и, е^же разгнњ'вати г~а б~а і^и^л~ева сђ'етными свои'ми”

And the rest of the deeds of Ela which he did, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

Э$ всњх же про'чїих словесXњ и%лы и^ ѓ^ всњхъ и^же сътвори`. не с^е ли пи'сана въ кни'гахъ словесъ дн~їи цр~ь і^и^л~евъ”

And Zambri reigned in Thersa seven days: and the army of Israel was encamped against Gabathon of the Philistines.

В лњто, к~з е, цр~я і^ё'дина црsтвова замъврїи сеDмь дн~їи въ џе'рсњ. и^ б^њ по'лкъ і^и^л~евъ на гаваџо'нњ и^ноплеме'нничестњм#”

And the people heard in the army, saying, Zambri has conspired and smitten the king: and the people of Israel made Ambri the captain of the host king in that day in the camp over Israel.

И$ слы'шаша лю'дїе сђщїи в# по'лцњ гл~ющиX преврати'ся заMврїи нападе` на цр~я и^ ё^би и&, и^ поста'виша цр~емъ во і^ерsли'мњ замъврїя властїлина, и^же наD во'ями въ і^и^л~и во дн~и ѓ'ны в# по'лцXњ”

And Ambri went up, and all Israel with him, out of Gabathon; and they besieged Thersa.

И$ възы'де а^м#врїи и^ весь і^и^л~ь с ни'мъ эT гаваџо'на. и^ ѓbсњде џе'рсђ”

And it came to pass when Zambri saw that his city was taken, that he goes into the inner chamber of the house of the king, and burnt the king's house over him, and died.

И$ бы'сть ја^ко ви'дњ зам#врїи ја%ко преD и^ма'етъ граD. и^ вни'де въ странђ` до'мђ цр~я, и^ заж#же до'мъ цр~евъ верхђ себе” И$ ё'мре

Because of his sins which he committed, doing that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, so as to walk in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherein he caused Israel to sin.

за грњхи своя` ја%же сътвори` сътворе'нїя ради лђка'ваго преD гм~ъ, и^же ходя пђтеM і^е^ровоа'млеM сн~ом# нава'товыM. и^ въ грњсњхъ своиX ја^же съгрњши`, и^ ја%же воведе` во грXњ і^и^л~я”

And the rest of the history of Zambri, and his conspiracies wherein he conspired, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

И$ про'чая словеs заMврїинъ, и^ възвњщенїи е^го ја%же и^звњща`. не с^е ли сђть пи'сана в# кни'гаX сло'въ дн~їи цр~ь і^и^л~въ”

Then the people of Israel divides; half the people goes after Thamni the son of Gonath to make him king; and half the people goes after Ambri.

²¹

Тогда` раздњли'шася лю'ди і^и^л~ьстїи, по'лъ людїи бы'сть за џаMнїемъ сн~ом# гона'џовымъ е^же да црsтвђетъ ѓ'нъ, и^ полъ лю'дїи бысть по а^мъврїю”

The people that followed Ambri overpowered the people that followed Thamni son of Gonath: and Thamni died and Joram his brother at that time, and Ambri reigned after Thamni.

Лю'дїе же сђщїи по а^м#врїю ё^дръжа'ша лю'ди, бы'вшая по џамнїю сн~њ гона'џовњ. и^ ё'мретъ џам#нїи, и^ ѓ^ра'мъ братъ е^го. въ вре'мя ѓ'но. и^ црsтвова а^м#врїи по џамънїю.

In the thirty-first year of king Asa, Ambri begins to reign over Israel twelve years: he reigns six years in Thersa.

въ а~ е лњто а%сы цр~я і^ё'дина” В лњто л~а, а%сы цр~я і^ё'дина црsтвова а^мъврїи въ і^и^л~и, в~і, лTњ” въ џе'рсњ же ѕ~, лњтъ црsтвова”

And Ambri bought the mount Semeron of Semer the lord of the mountain for two talents of silver; and he built upon the mountain, and they called the name of the mountain on which he built, after the name of Semer the lord of the mount, Semeron.

И$ кђпи` а^мъврїи горђ семе'рьскђ, в семи'ра двњма` тала'нтома сребра`, и^ созда` горђ. и^ нарече и%мя горњ` и^же созда` въ и%мя семи'ра, по и'мени семе'ра господи'на горы` ѓ^но'я гора` семи'ръ”

And Ambri did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and wrought wickedly beyond all that were before him.

И$ сътвори` а^м#врїи лђка'вое преD гм~ъ, и^ прелђка'во. па'че всњхъ бы'вшихъ преD ниM”

And he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherewith he caused Israel to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel by their vanities.

И$ хожда'ше по всњмъ пђтеM, і^е^ровоа'млимъ сн~а нава'това. и^ во безако'нїиX е^го и%миже съгрњши въ і^и^л~и. и^же раз#гнњ'вати г~а б~а і^и^л~ева, въ сђеTныX е^го”

And the rest of the acts of Ambri, and all that he did, and all his might, behold, are not these things written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

And Ambri slept with his fathers, and is buried in Samaria; and Achaab his son reigns in his stead. And in the eleventh year of Ambri Josaphat the son of Asa reigns, being thirty-five years old in the beginning of his reign, and he reigned twenty-five years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Gazuba, daughter of Seli. And he walked in the way of Asa his father, and turned not from it, even from doing right in the eyes of the Lord: only they removed not any of the high places; they sacrificed and burnt incense on the high places. Now the engagements which Josaphat made with the king of Israel, and all his mighty deeds which he performed, and the enemies whom he fought against, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Juda? and the remains of the prostitution which they practised in the days of Asa his father, he removed out of the land: and there was no king in Syria, but a deputy. And king Josaphat made a ship at Tharsis to go to Sophir for gold; but it went not, for the ship was broken at Gasion Gaber. Then the king of Israel said to Josaphat, I will send forth thy servants and my servants in the ship: but Josaphat would not. And Josaphat slept with his fathers, and is buried with his fathers in the city of David: and Joram his son reigned in his stead.

In the second year of Josaphat king of Juda, Achaab son of Ambri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty-two years.

А$хаа'въ же сн~ъ а^м#врїевъ црsтвова наD і^и^л~емъ, в лњто, л~и е. а%сы цр~я і^ё'дина. црsтвова же а^хаа'въ, сн~ъ а^м#врїевъ наD і^и^л~емъ в самарїи, лњтъ, к~в. и^ въ а~і, лњто, а^м#врїино црsтвова'ти начатъ і^ѓ^сафа'тъ сн~ъ а^сїи'н# лњтъ, л~е, въ црsтвњ е^го. и^ к~е, лTњ црsтвова въ і^ерsли'мњ” И/мя б^њ мт~ри е^го газђ'ва дщ^и селїина, и^ хоd по пђте'мъ а%сы эTц~а свое^го и^ не ё^клони'ся эT него` е^же твори'ти бл~гое преD гм~ъ. то'кмо высо'киX не развръже, н^о жря'хђ на высо'киX” И$ и%же сложи'ся и^ѓ^сафатъ съ цр~емъ і^и^л~евымъ, и^ вс^я си'ла е^го ю^же сътвори` і^ и'хже побњди`, не се' ли сђть пи'сана в# книзњ слове'съ дн~їи цр~ь і^ё'дин#” и^ ё'мре і^ѓ^сафа'тъ и^ положе'нъ бы'сть съ эTц~ы свои^ми въ градњ двд~вњ, и^ црsтвова и^ѓ^ра'мъ сн~ъ е^го в него мњ'сто, въ вто'рое лњто і^ѓ^сафа'та цр~я і^ё'дина” А$ха'в же сїи сн~ъ а^м#врїи'н# црsтвова` наD і^и^л~ем# въ самарїи к~в лњта,

And Achaab did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and did more wickedly than all that were before him.

и^ сътвори` а^ха'въ сн~ъ а^м#врїи'нъ лђка'вое пред гм~ъ, и^ слђкова` па'че всњхъ пре'жниX е^го”

And it was not enough for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, but he took to wife Jezabel the daughter of Jethebaal king of the Sidonians; and he went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

³¹

И$ б^њ е^мђ дово'лно е^же ходи'ти въ грњсњхъ і^е^ровоа'млихъ сн~а нава'това, и^ поја%тъ женђ`, и^е^заве'лю дще'рь и^е^џава'лю цр~я сидо'ньска, и^ шеD и^ нача` слђжи'ти кђми'рђ и^е^ваа'лю, и^ поклони'ся е^мђ”

And he set up an altar to Baal in the house of his abominations, which he built in Samaria.

И$ сътвори` тре'бникъ ваа'лђ в домђ` приноше'нїи е^го, и^же созда` въ самарїи”

And Achaab made a grove; and Achaab did yet more abominably, to provoke the Lord God of Israel, and to sin against his own life so that he should be destroyed: he did evil above all the kings of Israel that were before him.

И$ сътвори а^хаа'въ мръ'ское преD гм~ъ, и^ приложи а^хаа'въ сътворити разъгнњва'нїе, е^же разгнњ'ва г~а б~а і^ил~ева паче всњхъ цр~ь і^и^л~евъ бы'вшихъ пре'жнихъ е^го”

And in his days Achiel the Bæthelite built Jericho: he laid the foundation of it in Abiron his first-born, and he set up the doors of it in Segub his younger son, according to the word of the Lord which he spoke by Joshua the son of Naue.

Въ дн~и же е^го созда` а^хїи'лъ и^ веџїилъ е^рихо'нъ наD а^вира'мњ пръворо'дномъ свое^мъ ѓ^снова` и&. и^ на ѕегђ'вњ ю^нњ'ишемъ свое^мъ. и^ ё^строи` две'ри е^го по гл~ђ гн~ю е^же гл~а рђкою і^сђса сн~а нављ=и^на”
