The priests, the Levites, even the whole tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel; the burnt-offerings of the Lord are their inheritance, they shall eat them.

Да не бђ'детъ жерце'мъ и^ левљ=томъ всемђ` племе'ни, ча'сти ниже жре'бїа съ і^и^л~емъ. приноs б^о гн~ь ча'сть и^хъ, да ја%дя'тъ я&”

And they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; the Lord himself is his portion, as he said to him.

Жре'бїи же да не бђдеT е^мђ въ бра'тїи е^го. г~ь б^о саM наслњдїе е^го, ја%ко же гл~алъ иM”

And this is the due of the priests in the things coming from the people from those who offer sacrifices, whether it be a calf or a sheep; and thou shalt give the shoulder to the priest, and the cheeks, and the great intestine:

Сеже сђ'дъ жре'ческъ эT людїи эT кладђщихъ тре'бђ” А$ще теле'цъ, а^ще ѓ^вцђ` да даси` жерцђ`, ра'мо и^ че'люсти и^ ё%тро'бђ”

and the first-fruits of thy corn, and of thy wine, and of thine oil; and thou shalt give to him the first-fruits of the fleeces of thy sheep:

Нача'тки же пшени'ца твоея и^ вина` твое^го и^ е^ле'я твое^го, и^ нача'токъ стриже'нїя ѓ^ве'цъ твои^хъ да даси` е^мђ.

because the Lord has chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand before the Lord thy God, to minister and bless in his name, himself and his sons among the children of Israel.

ја^котого` и^збра'лъ е^сть г~ь б~ъ твой, эT всего` племе'ни твое^го, преDстоя'ти преD гм~ъ бм~ъ твои^мъ, слђжи'ти и^ блsвити во и%мя гн~е, то'и и^ сн~ове е^го въ вс^я дн~и”

And if a Levite come from one of the cities of all the children of Israel, where he himself dwells, accordingly as his mind desires, to the place which he shall have chosen,

А$ще же прїидеT левљ=тинъ эT е^ді'наго гра'дъ твои^хъ. эT всњхъ сн~овъ і^и^л~евъ, и^дњже е^сть ѓ^бита'лъ. ја^ко похо'щетъ дш~а е^го в мњсте е^же и^збере'тъ г~ь.

he shall minister to the name of the Lord his God, as all his brethren the Levites, who stand there present before the Lord thy God.

да слђжитъ и%мени г~а б~а вашего ја%коже и^ вс^я бра'тїя е^го левљ=ти предъстоја%щеи та'мо преD гм~ъ”

He shall eat an allotted portion, besides the sale of his hereditary property.

Ча'сть раздњле'нђю да ја%стъ, ра'звњ прода'жа и^же въ эTч~ествњ”

And when thou shalt have entered into the land which the Lord thy God gives thee, thou shalt not learn to do according to the abominations of those nations.

⁹

А$ще же вни'деши въ зе'млю ю^же г~ь б~ъ дае^тъ тебњ`” да не навы'кнеши твори'ти по похђле'нїемъ стра'нъ тњ'хъ.

There shall not be found in thee one who purges his son or his daughter with fire, one who uses divination, who deals with omens, and augury,

да не ѓ^бря'щется въ тебњ` ѓ%чища'я сн~а свое^го, и^ дщери свое^я ѓ^гне'мъ. въл#хвђя' вълъхвова'нїе, и^ чарђя'и чарова'нїе”

a sorcerer employing incantation, one who has in him a divining spirit, an observer of signs, questioning the dead.

ѓ^бава'я ѓ^бава'нїя, и^ въ ё^тро'бњ волъхвђя'и и^ смотря'ай ко'би, и^ въпраша'яй мр~твыхъ”

For every one that does these things is an abomination to the Lord thy God; for because of these abominations the Lord will destroy them from before thy face.

Є$сть б^о похђ'ленъ гв~и б~ђ твоемђ. всяk творяи похђле'нїя сїя, си'х# б^о ра'ди похђле'нїи, потребиT я& г~ь б~ъ твои эT лица` твое^го”

Thou shalt be perfect before the Lord thy God.

И$ да бђ'деши съверше'нъ преD гм~ъ бм~ъ твои^мъ,

¹⁴

For all these nations whose land thou shalt inherit, they will listen to omens and divinations; but the Lord thy God has not permitted thee so to do.

¹⁴

съ страна'ми же си'ми да не причасти'шися. сїи б^о чарова'нїи, и^ волъхвова'нїи послђшают#, а^ тебњ` не та'ко даl е^сть г~ь б~ъ твои”

The Lord thy God shall raise up to thee a prophet of thy brethren, like me; him shall ye hear:

Пррoка эT средњ бра'тїя твое'я въста'витъ тебњ` г~ь б~ъ тво'и. ја%ко мене` того` послђшаите”

¹⁶

according to all things which thou didst desire of the Lord thy God in Choreb in the day of the assembly, saying, We will not again hear the voice of the Lord thy God, and we will not any more see this great fire, and so we shall not die.

¹⁶

По всемђ` е^ли'ко проси'л# е^си г~а б~а твое^го в хори'вњ, въ дн~ь зва'нїя гл~юще. да не приложи'мъ посеM слы'шати глsа г~а б~а на'шего, и^ ѓ^гня` вели'каго сего` не ви'димы посе'мъ да не и^зъмре'мъ”

And the Lord said to me, They have spoken rightly all that they have said to thee.

¹⁷

И$ рече г~ь къ мн^њ пря'мо вс^е е^ли'ко гл~ахђ”

¹⁸

I will raise up to them a prophet of their brethren, like thee; and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them as I shall command him.

¹⁸

Прoрка въста'влю иM эT среды` бра'тїя и^хъ. ја%ко и^ тебе`, въда'мъ сло'во мое въ ё^ста` е^го, и^ гл~етъ и^мъ ја%коже заповњ'даю е^мђ”

And whatever man shall not hearken to whatsoever words that prophet shall speak in my name, I will take vengeance on him.

¹⁹

Чл~къ же тои и^же не послђшаетъ словесъ е^го, е^ли'коже гл~етъ прoркъ въ и%мя мое`, а^ а'зъ м#щђ` эT него”

²⁰

But the prophet whosoever shall impiously speak in my name a word which I have not commanded him to speak, and whosoever shall speak in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.

Ра'звњ е^же прoркъ е^ли'ко, а^ще бесче'ствђетъ гл~ати въ и%мя мое` сло'во, е^гоже не повелњхъ е^мђ гл~ати, і^ и^же а^ще въз#гл~етъ въ и^мя бо'гъ и%нњхъ, да ё%мретъ прoркъ то'и”

But if thou shalt say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?

А/ще же рече'ши въ срDцы свое^мъ, ка'ко позна'емъ сло'во е^гоже нњсть гл~алъ г~ь”

²²

Whatsoever words that prophet shall speak in the name of the Lord, and they shall not come true, and not come to pass, this is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; that prophet has spoken wickedly: ye shall not spare him.

²²

Є$ли'коже а^ще гл~еT прoркъ въ и^мя гн~е. и^ не ё^лђ'чится слово с^е е^гоже нњсть гл~алъ г~ь, въ бесче'стїе гл~аl прoркъ той не попђсти'те живота` е^мђ, н^о да ё^бі'ете е^го”
