Псало́м пі́сні сино́в Коре́йових, втори́я субо́ти, 47.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.

Ве́лій Госпо́дь і хва́лен зіло́ во гра́ді Бо́га на́шего, в горі́ святі́й Єго́,

The city of the great King is well planted on the mountains of Sion, with the joy of the whole earth, on the sides of the north.

³

благокоре́нним ра́дованієм всея́ землі́; го́ри Сіо́нськия, ре́бра сі́верова, град Царя́ вели́каго.

God is known in her palaces, when he undertakes to help her.

Бог в тя́жестіх [во хра́міх] Єго́ зна́єм єсть, єгда́ заступа́єть ї.

For, behold, the kings of the earth were assembled, they came together.

⁵

Я́ко се, ца́ріє зе́мстії собра́шася, снидо́шася вку́пі;

⁶

They saw, and so they wondered: they were troubled, they were moved.

⁶

ті́ї ви́дівше та́ко, удиви́шася, см'ято́шася, подвиго́шася;

Trembling took hold on them: there were the pangs as of a woman in travail.

тре́пет прия́т я та́мо, болі́зні я́ко ражда́ющия.

Thou wilt break the ships of Tharsis with a vehement wind.

⁸

Ду́хом бу́рним сокруши́ши кораблі́ Фарси́йськія.

As we have heard, so have we also seen, in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God has founded it for ever. Pause.

Я́коже сли́шахом, та́ко і ви́діхом во гра́ді Го́спода Сил, во гра́ді Бо́га на́шего; Бог основа́ і в вік.

We have thought of thy mercy, O God, in the midst of thy people.

Прия́хом, Бо́же, ми́лость Твою́ посреді́ люді́й Твої́х.

According to thy name, O God, so is also thy praise to the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.

По і́мені Твоєму́, Бо́же, та́ко і хвала́ Твоя́ на конця́х землі́; пра́вди іспо́лнь десни́ця Твоя́.

Let mount Sion rejoice, let the daughters of Judæa exult, because of thy judgments, O Lord.

Да возвесели́ться гора́ Сіо́нськая, і да возра́дуються дще́рі Іуде́йськія, суде́б ра́ди Твої́х, Го́споди.

Go round about Sion, and encompass her: tell ye her towers.

¹³

Обиді́те Сіо́н і обимі́те єго́, пові́діте в столпі́х єго́;

Mark ye well her strength, and observe her palaces; that ye may tell the next generation.

¹⁴

положі́те сердця́ ва́ша в си́лу єго́, і разділі́те до́ми єго́, я́ко да пові́сте в ро́ді іні́м.

For this is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide for evermore.

Я́ко Той єсть Бог наш во вік і в вік ві́ка; Той упасе́ть нас во ві́ки.
