Всѧ́къ вѣ́рꙋѧй, ꙗ҆́кѡ і҆и҃съ є҆́сть хрⷭ҇то́съ, ѿ бг҃а рожде́нъ є҆́сть: и҆ всѧ́къ любѧ́й ро́ждшаго лю́битъ и҆ рожде́ннаго ѿ негѡ̀.	Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is begotten of God: and whosoever loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

Ѡ҆ се́мъ вѣ́мы, ꙗ҆́кѡ лю́бимъ ча̑да бж҃їѧ, є҆гда̀ бг҃а лю́бимъ и҆ за́пѡвѣди є҆гѡ̀ соблюда́емъ.	Hereby we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commandments.

Сїѧ́ бо є҆́сть любы̀ бж҃їѧ, да за́пѡвѣди є҆гѡ̀ соблюда́емъ: и҆ за́пѡвѣди є҆гѡ̀ тѧ̑жки не сꙋ́ть.	For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Ꙗ҆́кѡ всѧ́къ рожде́нный ѿ бг҃а побѣжда́етъ мі́ръ: и҆ сїѧ̀ є҆́сть побѣ́да, побѣди́вшаѧ мі́ръ, вѣ́ра на́ша.	For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even your faith.

Кто̀ є҆́сть побѣжда́ѧй мі́ръ, то́кмѡ вѣ́рꙋѧй, ꙗ҆́кѡ і҆и҃съ є҆́сть сн҃ъ бж҃їй;	Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

Се́й є҆́сть прише́дый водо́ю и҆ кро́вїю и҆ дх҃омъ, і҆и҃съ хрⷭ҇то́съ, не водо́ю то́чїю, но водо́ю и҆ кро́вїю: и҆ дх҃ъ є҆́сть свидѣ́телствꙋѧй, ꙗ҆́кѡ дх҃ъ є҆́сть и҆́стина.	This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is the truth.

Ꙗ҆́кѡ трїѐ сꙋ́ть свидѣ́телствꙋющїи на нб҃сѝ, ѻ҆ц҃ъ, сло́во и҆ ст҃ы́й дх҃ъ: и҆ сі́и трѝ є҆ди́но сꙋ́ть.	For there are three who bear witness,

И҆ трїѐ сꙋ́ть свидѣ́телствꙋющїи на землѝ, дꙋ́хъ и҆ вода̀ и҆ кро́вь: и҆ трїѐ во є҆ди́но сꙋ́ть.	the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and the three agree in one.

А҆́ще свидѣ́телство человѣ́ческое прїе́млемъ, свидѣ́телство бж҃їе бо́лѣе є҆́сть: ꙗ҆́кѡ сїѐ є҆́сть свидѣ́телство бж҃їе, є҆́же свидѣ́телствова ѡ҆ сн҃ѣ свое́мъ.	If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath borne concerning his Son.

Вѣ́рꙋѧй въ сн҃а бж҃їѧ и҆́мать свидѣ́телство въ себѣ̀: не вѣ́рꙋѧй бг҃ови лжа̀ сотвори́лъ є҆́сть є҆го̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ не вѣ́рова во свидѣ́телство, є҆́же свидѣ́телствова бг҃ъ ѡ҆ сн҃ѣ свое́мъ.	He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in him: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he hath not believed in the witness that God hath borne concerning his Son.

И҆ сїѐ є҆́сть свидѣ́телство, ꙗ҆́кѡ живо́тъ вѣ́чный да́лъ є҆́сть на́мъ бг҃ъ, и҆ се́й живо́тъ въ сн҃ѣ є҆гѡ̀ є҆́сть.	And the witness is this, that God gave unto us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

И҆мѣ́ѧй сн҃а бж҃їѧ и҆́мать живо́тъ: а҆ не и҆мѣ́ѧй сн҃а бж҃їѧ живота̀ не и҆́мать.	He that hath the Son hath the life; he that hath not the Son of God hath not the life.
13	13
Сїѧ̑ писа́хъ ва́мъ вѣ́рꙋющымъ во и҆́мѧ сн҃а бж҃їѧ, да вѣ́сте, ꙗ҆́кѡ живо́тъ вѣ́чный и҆́мате, и҆ да вѣ́рꙋете во и҆́мѧ сн҃а бж҃їѧ.	These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
14	14
И҆ сїѐ є҆́сть дерзнове́нїе, є҆́же и҆́мамы къ немꙋ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́ще чесѡ̀ про́симъ по во́ли є҆гѡ̀, послꙋ́шаетъ на́съ:	And this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us:
15	15
и҆ а҆́ще вѣ́мы, ꙗ҆́кѡ послꙋ́шаетъ на́съ, є҆́же а҆́ще про́симъ, вѣ́мы, ꙗ҆́кѡ и҆́мамы прошє́нїѧ, и҆́хже проси́хомъ ѿ негѡ̀.	and if we know that he heareth us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
16	16
А҆́ще кто̀ оу҆́зритъ бра́та своего̀ согрѣша́юща грѣ́хъ не къ сме́рти, да про́ситъ, и҆ да́стъ є҆мꙋ̀ живо́тъ, согрѣша́ющымъ не къ сме́рти. Є҆́сть грѣ́хъ къ сме́рти: не ѡ҆ то́мъ, глаго́лю, да мо́литсѧ.	If any man see his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: not concerning this do I say that he should make request.
17	17
Всѧ́ка непра́вда грѣ́хъ є҆́сть, и҆ є҆́сть грѣ́хъ не къ сме́рти.	All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
18	18
Вѣ́мы, ꙗ҆́кѡ всѧ́къ рожде́нный ѿ бг҃а не согрѣша́етъ: но рожде́нный ѿ бг҃а блюде́тъ себѐ, и҆ лꙋка́вый не прикаса́етсѧ є҆мꙋ̀.	We know that whosoever is begotten of God sinneth not; but he that was begotten of God keepeth himself, and the evil one toucheth him not.
19	19
Вѣ́мы, ꙗ҆́кѡ ѿ бг҃а є҆смы̀, и҆ мі́ръ ве́сь во ѕлѣ̀ лежи́тъ.	We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in the evil one.
20	20
Вѣ́мы же, ꙗ҆́кѡ сн҃ъ бж҃їй прїи́де и҆ да́лъ є҆́сть на́мъ (свѣ́тъ и҆) ра́зꙋмъ, да позна́емъ бг҃а и҆́стиннаго и҆ да бꙋ́демъ во и҆́стиннѣмъ сн҃ѣ є҆гѡ̀ і҆и҃сѣ хрⷭ҇тѣ̀: се́й є҆́сть и҆́стинный бг҃ъ и҆ живо́тъ вѣ́чный.	And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Ча̑дца, храни́те себѐ ѿ тре́бъ і҆́дѡлскихъ. А҆ми́нь.	My little children, guard yourselves from idols. Amen.
