Воспряну́в без лі́ности, і істрезви́вся, вста́вши от сна, отступи́ от ло́жа, і рци сі́є, Три́жди.

Сла́ва Тебі́, Бо́же наш, сла́ва Тебі́ вся́чеських ра́ди.

Посе́м стой ма́ло молча́, до́ндеже ути́шаться вся чу́вствія. І тогда́ сотвори́ три покло́ни до земля́,

Having risen from sleep, before any other action, stand reverently, considering thyself to be in the presence of the All-seeing God, and, having made the sign of the Cross, say:

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Then pause a moment, until all thy senses are calmed and thy thoughts forsake all things earthly; and then make three bows, saying:

Го́споди Ісу́се Хри́сте, Си́не Бо́жий, поми́луй м'я, грі́шнаго.

Та́же, Начни́ си́це:

God, have mercy on me, a sinner.

Го́споди Ісу́се Хри́сте, Си́не Бо́жий, моли́тв ра́ди Пречи́стия Ті Ма́тере і всіх святи́х поми́луй нас, амі́нь.

Потім: Сла́ва Тебі́, Бо́же наш, сла́ва Тебі́.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, by the prayers of Thy most pure Mother and of our holy and God-bearing fathers and of all the Saints, have mercy on us. Amen.

Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee!

Ца́рю Небе́сний, Утіши́телю, Ду́ше і́стинний, ве́зде сий і вся ісполня́яй, Сокро́вище благи́х і жизні Пода́телю, прийди́ і всели́ся в ни, і очи́сти ни от вся́коя скве́рни, і спаси́, Бла́же, душа́ на́ша.

O Heavenly King, the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, Who art everywhere and fillest all things; Treasury of Blessings, and Giver of Life - come and abide in us, and cleanse us from every impurity, and save our souls, O Good One.

Cвяти́й Бо́же, Святи́й Крі́пкий, Святи́й Безсме́ртний, поми́луй нас. Три́жди.

Cла́ва О́тцю, і Си́ну, і Свято́му Ду́ху, і ни́ні, і при́сно, і во ві́ки ві́ком, ами́нь.

Holy God! Holy Mighty! Holy Immortal! Have mercy on us. (3x)
