(Зач. 3) І єгда́ скончава́шася дні́є пятьдеся́тниці, бі́ша всі апо́столи єдиноду́шно вку́пі.

And when the day of Pentecost was now come, they were all with one accord in one place.

І бисть внеза́пу с небесе́ шум, я́ко носи́му диха́нію бу́рну, і іспо́лни весь дом, іді́же бя́ху сідя́ще;
|
And suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

і яви́шася їм разділе́ні язи́ци, я́ко о́гненні, сі́де же на єди́нім ко́ємждо їх.

And there appeared unto them tongues parting asunder, like as of fire; and it sat upon each one of them.

І іспо́лнишася всі Ду́ха Свя́та і нача́ша глаго́лати іни́ми язи́ки, я́коже Дух дая́ше їм провіщава́ти.
|
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
