Е$же бЁ и3спeрва, є4же слhшахомъ, є4же ви1дэхомъ nчи1ма нaшима, є4же ўзрёхомъ, и3 рyки нaшz њсzзaша, њ словеси2 жив0тнэмъ: | That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we beheld, and our hands handled, concerning the Word of life |

| и3 жив0тъ kви1сz, и3 ви1дэхомъ, и3 свидётелствуемъ, и3 возвэщaемъ вaмъ жив0тъ вёчный, и4же бЁ ў nц7A и3 kви1сz нaмъ: | (and the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare unto you the life, the eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us); |

| є4же ви1дэхомъ и3 слhшахомъ, повёдаемъ вaмъ, да и3 вы2 nбщeніе и4мате съ нaми: nбщeніе же нaше со nц7eмъ и3 съ сн7омъ є3гw2 ї}сомъ хrт0мъ. | that which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: yea, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ: |

| И# сі‰ пи1шемъ вaмъ, да рaдость вaша бyдетъ и3сп0лнена. | and these things we write unto you, that our joy may be made full. |
|

|
| И# сіE є4сть њбэтовaніе, є4же слhшахомъ t негw2 и3 повёдаемъ вaмъ, ћкw бGъ свётъ є4сть, и3 тмы2 въ нeмъ нёсть ни є3ди1ныz. | And this is the message which we have heard from him and announce unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. |

| (За? …f7.) Ѓще речeмъ, ћкw nбщeніе и4мамы съ ни1мъ, и3 во тмЁ х0димъ, лжeмъ и3 не твори1мъ и4стины: | If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: |

| ѓще же во свётэ х0димъ, ћкоже сaмъ т0й є4сть во свётэ, nбщeніе и4мамы дрyгъ ко дрyгу, и3 кр0вь ї}са хrтA сн7а є3гw2 њчищaетъ нaсъ t всsкагw грэхA. | but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. |

| Ѓще речeмъ, ћкw грэхA не и4мамы, себE прельщaемъ, и3 и4стины нёсть въ нaсъ. | If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. |
|

|
| Ѓще и3сповёдаемъ грэхи2 нaшz, вёренъ є4сть и3 првdнъ, да њстaвитъ нaмъ грэхи2 нaшz и3 њчcтитъ нaсъ t всsкіz непрaвды. | If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. |

| Ѓще речeмъ, ћкw не согрэши1хомъ, лжA твори1мъ є3го2, и3 сл0во є3гw2 нёсть въ нaсъ. | If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. |

| Ч†дца мо‰, сі‰ пишY вaмъ, да не согрэшaете: и3 ѓще кто2 согрэши1тъ, ходaтаz и4мамы ко nц7Y, ї}са хrтA првdника: | My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: |

| и3 т0й њчищeніе є4сть њ грэсёхъ нaшихъ, не њ нaшихъ же т0чію, но и3 њ всэгw2 мjра. | and he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. |

| И# њ сeмъ разумёемъ, ћкw познaхомъ є3го2, ѓще зaпwвэди є3гw2 соблюдaемъ. | And hereby we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. |
|

|
| Глаг0лzй, ћкw познaхъ є3го2, и3 зaпwвэди є3гw2 не соблюдaетъ, л0жь є4сть, и3 въ сeмъ и4стины нёсть: | He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; |

| ґ и4же ѓще соблюдaетъ сл0во є3гw2, пои1стиннэ въ сeмъ любы2 б9іz совершeнна є4сть: њ сeмъ разумёемъ, ћкw въ нeмъ є3смы2. | but whoso keepeth his word, in him verily hath the love of God been perfected. Hereby we know that we are in him: |

| Глаг0лzй, въ нeмъ пребывaти, д0лженъ є4сть, ћкоже џнъ ходи1лъ є4сть, и3 сeй тaкожде да х0дитъ. | he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk even as he walked. |

|
| (За? о7.) Возлю1бленніи, не зaповэдь н0ву пишY вaмъ, но зaповэдь вeтху, ю4же и3мёсте и3спeрва. Зaповэдь вeтха є4сть сл0во, є4же слhшасте и3спeрва. | Brethren, no new commandment write I unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning: the old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. |

| Пaки зaповэдь н0ву пишY вaмъ, є4же є4сть пои1стиннэ въ нeмъ и3 въ вaсъ: ћкw тмA мимох0дитъ и3 свётъ и4стинный сeй ўжE сіsетъ. | Again, a new commandment write I unto you, which thing is true in him and in you; because the darkness is passing away, and the true light already shineth. |

| Глаг0лzй себE во свётэ бhти, ґ брaта своего2 ненави1дzй, во тмЁ є4сть досeлэ. | He that saith he is in the light and hateth his brother, is in the darkness even until now. |

| Любsй брaта своего2 во свётэ пребывaетъ, и3 соблaзна въ нeмъ нёсть. | He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is no occasion of stumbling in him. |
|

|
| Ґ ненави1дzй брaта своего2 во тмЁ є4сть, и3 во тмЁ х0дитъ, и3 не вёсть, кaмw и4детъ, ћкw тмA њслэпи2 џчи є3мY. | But he that hateth his brother is in the darkness, and walketh in the darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because the darkness hath blinded his eyes. |

| ПишY вaмъ, ч†дца, ћкw њставлsютсz вaмъ грэси2 и4мене є3гw2 рaди. | I write unto you, my little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake. |

| ПишY вaмъ, nтцы2, ћкw познaсте безначaлнаго. ПишY вaмъ, ю4нwши, ћкw побэди1сте лукaваго. ПишY вaмъ, дёти, ћкw познaсте nц7A. | I write unto you, fathers, because ye know him who is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the evil one. I write unto you, little children, because ye know the Father. |

| Писaхъ вaмъ, nтцы2, ћкw познaсте и3ск0ннаго: писaхъ вaмъ, ю4нwши, ћкw крёпцы є3стE, и3 сл0во б9іе въ вaсъ пребывaетъ, и3 побэди1сте лукaваго. | I have written unto you, fathers, because ye know him who is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the evil one. |

| Не люби1те мjра, ни ±же въ мjрэ: ѓще кто2 лю1битъ мjръ, нёсть любвE џ§и въ нeмъ: | Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. |
|

| ћкw всE, є4же въ мjрэ, п0хоть плотскaz и3 п0хоть nчи1ма и3 г0рдость житeйскаz, нёсть t nц7A, но t мjра сегw2 є4сть. | For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vainglory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. |

| И# мjръ прех0дитъ, и3 п0хоть є3гw2, ґ творsй в0лю б9ію пребывaетъ во вёки. | And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever. |

| (За? о7№.) Дёти, послёднzz годи1на є4сть. И# ћкоже слhшасте, ћкw ґнтjхрістъ грzдeтъ, и3 нн7э ґнтjхрісти мн0зи бhша, t сегw2 разумэвaемъ, ћкw послёдній чaсъ є4сть. | Little children, it is the last hour: and as ye heard that the antichrist cometh, even now have there arisen many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last hour. |

| T нaсъ и3зыд0ша, но не бёша t нaсъ: ѓще бы t нaсъ бhли, пребhли ќбw бhша съ нaми: но да kвsтсz, ћкw не сyть вси2 t нaсъ. | They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they all are not of us. |

| И# вы2 помaзаніе и4мате t с™aгw, и3 вёсте вс‰. | And ye have an anointing from the Holy One, and ye know all things. |

| Не писaхъ вaмъ, ћкw не вёсте и4стины, но ћкw вёсте ю5 и3 ћкw всsка лжA t и4стины нёсть. | I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and because no lie is of the truth. |
|

|
| Кто2 є4сть лжи1вый, т0чію tметazйсz, ћкw ї}съ нёсть хrт0съ; Сeй є4сть ґнтjхрістъ, tметazйсz nц7A и3 сн7а. | Who is the liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, even he that denieth the Father and the Son. |

| Всsкъ tметazйсz сн7а, ни nц7A и4мать: ґ и3сповёдаzй сн7а, и3 nц7A и4мать. | Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. |

| Вы2 u5бо є4же слhшасте и3спeрва, въ вaсъ да пребывaетъ: (и3) ѓще въ вaсъ пребyдетъ, є4же и3спeрва слhшасте, и3 вы2 въ сн7э и3 nц7Ё пребyдете. | As for you then, let that abide in you which ye heard from the beginning. If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father. |

| И# сіE є4сть њбэтовaніе, є4же сaмъ њбэщA нaмъ, жив0тъ вёчный. | And this is the promise which he promised us, even the life eternal. |

| Сі‰ писaхъ вaмъ њ льстsщихъ вaсъ. | These things have I written unto you concerning them that would lead you astray. |
|

| И# вы2 є4же помaзаніе пріsсте t негw2, въ вaсъ пребывaетъ, и3 не трeбуете, да кто2 ўчи1тъ вы2: но ћкw то2 сaмо помaзаніе ўчи1тъ вы2 њ всeмъ, и3 и4стинно є4сть, и3 нёсть л0жно: и3 ћкоже научи2 вaсъ, пребывaйте въ нeмъ. | And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teacheth you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, ye shall abide in him. |

| И# нн7э, ч†дца, пребывaйте въ нeмъ, да є3гдA kви1тсz, и4мамы дерзновeніе и3 не посрами1мсz t негw2 въ пришeствіи є3гw2. | And now, my little children, abide in him; that, when he shall be manifested, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. |

| Ѓще вёсте, ћкw првdникъ є4сть, разумёйте, ћкw всsкъ творsй прaвду t негw2 роди1сz. | If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that everyone that doeth righteousness is begotten of him. |

| Ви1дите, каковY люб0вь дaлъ є4сть nц7ъ нaмъ, да ч†да б9іz наречeмсz, и3 бyдемъ. Сегw2 рaди мjръ не знaетъ нaсъ, занE не познA є3гw2. | Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called children of God. For this cause the world knoweth you not, because it knew him not. |

| Возлю1бленніи, нн7э ч†да б9іz є3смы2, и3 не u5 kви1сz, что2 бyдемъ: вёмы же, ћкw, є3гдA kви1тсz, под0бни є3мY бyдемъ, и4бо ќзримъ є3го2, ћкоже є4сть. | Beloved, now are we children of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be: but we know that, if he shall be manifested, we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is. |

| И# всsкъ и3мёzй надeжду сію2 нaнь, њчищaетъ себE, ћкоже џнъ чи1стъ є4сть. | And everyone that hath this hope set on him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. |

| Всsкъ творsй грёхъ, и3 беззак0ніе твори1тъ: и3 грёхъ є4сть беззак0ніе. | Everyone that doeth sin doeth also lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. |

| И# вёсте, ћкw џнъ kви1сz, да грэхи2 нaшz в0зметъ, и3 грэхA въ нeмъ нёсть. | And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. |

|
| Всsкъ, и4же въ нeмъ пребывaетъ, не согрэшaетъ: всsкъ согрэшazй не ви1дэ є3гw2, ни познA є3гw2. | Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither knoweth him. |

|
| Ч†дца, никт0же да льсти1тъ вaсъ. Творsй прaвду првdникъ є4сть, ћкоже џнъ првdнъ є4сть. | My little children, let no man lead you astray: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous: |

| Творsй грёхъ t діaвола є4сть, ћкw и3спeрва діaволъ согрэшaетъ. Сегw2 рaди kви1сz сн7ъ б9ій да разруши1тъ дэлA діaвwлz. | he that doeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. |

| Всsкъ рождeнный t бGа грэхA не твори1тъ, ћкw сёмz є3гw2 въ нeмъ пребывaетъ: и3 не м0жетъ согрэшaти, ћкw t бGа рождeнъ є4сть. | Whosoever is begotten of God doeth no sin, because his seed abideth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is begotten of God. |

| Сегw2 рaди kвлє1на сyть ч†да б9іz и3 ч†да діaвwлz: (За? о7в7.) всsкъ не творsй прaвды нёсть t бGа, и3 не любsй брaта своегw2. | In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. |

| Ћкw сE є4сть завэщaніе, є4же слhшасте и3спeрва, да лю1бимъ дрyгъ дрyга, | For this is the message which ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another: |

| не ћкоже кaінъ t лукaвагw бЁ и3 заклA брaта своего2. И# за кyю винY заклA є3го2; Ћкw дэлA є3гw2 лук†ва бёша, ґ брaта є3гw2 првdна. | not as Cain was of the evil one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. |

| Не чуди1тесz, брaтіе мо‰, ѓще ненави1дитъ вaсъ мjръ. | Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hateth you. |

| Мы2 вёмы, ћкw преид0хомъ t смeрти въ жив0тъ, ћкw лю1бимъ брaтію: не любsй бо брaта пребывaетъ въ смeрти. | We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. |

| Всsкъ ненави1дzй брaта своего2 человэкоубjйца є4сть: и3 вёсте, ћкw всsкъ человэкоубjйца не и4мать животA вёчнагw въ себЁ пребывaюща. | Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. |

| Њ сeмъ познaхомъ люб0вь, ћкw џнъ по нaсъ дш7у свою2 положи2: и3 мы2 д0лжни є3смы2 по брaтіи дyшы полагaти. | Hereby know we love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. |

| И$же u5бо и4мать богaтство мjра сегw2, и3 ви1дитъ брaта своего2 трeбующа, и3 затвори1тъ ўтр0бу свою2 t негw2, кaкw любы2 б9іz пребывaетъ въ нeмъ; | But whoso hath the world’s goods, and beholdeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his compassion from him, how doth the love of God abide in him? |

| Ч†дца мо‰, не лю1бимъ сл0вомъ нижE љзhкомъ, но дёломъ и3 и4стиною. | My little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth. |

| И# њ сeмъ разумёемъ, ћкw t и4стины є3смы2, и3 пред8 ни1мъ смирsемъ сердцA н†ша: | And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him: |

| занE ѓще зазирaетъ нaмъ сeрдце нaше, ћкw б0лій є4сть бGъ сeрдца нaшегw и3 вёсть вс‰. | because if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. |
|

| (За? о7G.) Возлю1бленніи, ѓще сeрдце нaше не зaзритъ нaмъ, дерзновeніе и4мамы къ бGу, | Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, we have boldness toward God; |
|

| и3 є3гHже ѓще пр0симъ, пріeмлемъ t негw2, ћкw зaпwвэди є3гw2 соблюдaемъ и3 ўгHднаz пред8 ни1мъ твори1мъ. | and whatsoever we ask we receive of him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight. |

| И# сіS є4сть зaповэдь є3гw2, да вёруемъ во и4мz сн7а є3гw2 ї}са хrтA и3 лю1бимъ дрyгъ дрyга, ћкоже дaлъ є4сть зaповэдь нaмъ. | And this is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he gave commandment. |

| И# соблюдazй зaпwвэди є3гw2 въ нeмъ пребывaетъ, и3 т0й въ нeмъ. И# њ сeмъ разумёемъ, ћкw пребывaетъ въ нaсъ, t д¦а, є3г0же дaлъ є4сть нaмъ. | And he that keepeth his commandments abideth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he gave us. |

| Возлю1бленніи, не всsкому дyху вёруйте, но и3скушaйте дyхи, ѓще t бGа сyть: ћкw мн0зи лжепрор0цы и3зыд0ша въ мjръ. | Beloved, believe not every spirit, but prove the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world. |

| Њ сeмъ познавaйте д¦а б9іz и3 дyха лeстча: всsкъ д¦ъ, и4же и3сповёдуетъ ї}са хrтA во пlти пришeдша, t бGа є4сть: | Hereby the Spirit of God is known: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: |

| и3 всsкъ дyхъ, и4же не и3сповёдуетъ ї}са хrтA во пlти пришeдша, t бGа нёсть: и3 сeй є4сть ґнтjхрістовъ, є3г0же слhшасте, ћкw грzдeтъ, и3 нн7э въ мjрэ є4сть ўжE. | and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is the spirit of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already. |

| Вы2 t бGа є3стE, ч†дца, и3 побэди1сте тёхъ: ћкw б0лій є4сть и4же въ вaсъ, нeжели и4же въ мjрэ. | Ye are of God, my little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. |

| Nни2 t мjра сyть: сегw2 рaди t мjра глаг0лютъ, и3 мjръ тёхъ послyшаетъ. | They are of the world: therefore speak they as of the world, and the world heareth them. |
|

| Мы2 t бGа є3смы2: и4же знaетъ бGа, послyшаетъ нaсъ, и3 и4же нёсть t бGа, не послyшаетъ нaсъ. Њ сeмъ познавaемъ д¦а и4стины и3 дyха лeстча. | We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he who is not of God heareth us not. By this we know the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. |

| Возлю1бленніи, возлю1бимъ дрyгъ дрyга, ћкw любы2 t бGа є4сть, и3 всsкъ любsй t бGа рождeнъ є4сть, и3 знaетъ бGа: | Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and everyone that loveth is begotten of God, and knoweth God. |

| ґ не любsй не познA бGа, ћкw бGъ любы2 є4сть. | He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. |

| Њ сeмъ kви1сz любы2 б9іz въ нaсъ, ћкw сн7а своего2 є3динор0днаго послA бGъ въ мjръ, да жи1ви бyдемъ и4мъ. | Herein was the love of God manifested in us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world that we might live through him. |

| Њ сeмъ є4сть любы2, не ћкw мы2 возлюби1хомъ бGа, но ћкw т0й возлюби2 нaсъ, и3 послA сн7а своего2 њчищeніе њ грэсёхъ нaшихъ. | Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. |

(За?.) Возлю1бленніи, ѓще си1це возлюби1лъ є4сть нaсъ бGъ, и3 мы2 д0лжни є3смы2 дрyгъ дрyга люби1ти.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. |

(За?.) БGа никт0же нигдёже ви1дэ. Ѓще дрyгъ дрyга лю1бимъ, бGъ въ нaсъ пребывaетъ, и3 любы2 є3гw2 совершeнна є4сть въ нaсъ.

No man hath beheld God at any time: if we love one another, God abideth in us, and his love is perfected in us: |

| Њ сeмъ разумёемъ, ћкw въ нeмъ пребывaемъ, и3 т0й въ нaсъ, ћкw t д¦а своегw2 дaлъ є4сть нaмъ. | hereby we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. |

| И# мы2 ви1дэхомъ и3 свидётелствуемъ, ћкw nц7ъ послA сн7а сп7си1телz мjру. | And we have beheld and bear witness that the Father hath sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. |
|

|
| И$же ѓще и3сповёсть, ћкw ї}съ є4сть сн7ъ б9ій, бGъ въ нeмъ пребывaетъ, и3 т0й въ бз7э. | Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God abideth in him, and he in God. |
|

| И# мы2 познaхомъ и3 вёровахомъ люб0вь, ю4же и4мать бGъ къ нaмъ. БGъ любы2 є4сть, и3 пребывazй въ любви2 въ бз7э пребывaетъ, и3 бGъ въ нeмъ пребывaетъ. | And we know and have believed the love which God hath in us. God is love; and he that abideth in love abideth in God, and God abideth in him. |

| Њ сeмъ совершaетсz любы2 съ нaми, да дерзновeніе и4мамы въ дeнь сyдный, занE, ћкоже џнъ є4сть, и3 мы2 є3смы2 въ мjрэ сeмъ. | Herein is love made perfect with us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as he is, even so are we in this world. |

| Стрaха нёсть въ любви2, но совершeнна любы2 в0нъ и3згонsетъ стрaхъ, ћкw стрaхъ мyку и4мать: боsйсz же не соверши1сz въ любви2. | There is no fear in love: but perfect love casteth out fear, because fear hath punishment; and he that feareth is not made perfect in love. |

| Мы2 лю1бимъ є3го2, ћкw т0й пeрвэе возлюби1лъ є4сть нaсъ. | We love him, because he first loved us. |

(За? о7д7.) Ѓще кто2 речeтъ, ћкw люблю2 бGа, ґ брaта своего2 ненави1дитъ, л0жь є4сть: и4бо не любsй брaта своегw2, є3г0же ви1дэ, бGа, є3гHже не ви1дэ, кaкw м0жетъ люби1ти;

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? |

| И# сію2 зaповэдь и4мамы t негw2, да любsй бGа лю1битъ и3 брaта своего2. | And this commandment have we from him, that he who loveth God love his brother also. |

| Всsкъ вёруzй, ћкw ї}съ є4сть хrт0съ, t бGа рождeнъ є4сть: и3 всsкъ любsй р0ждшаго лю1битъ и3 рождeннаго t негw2. | Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is begotten of God: and whosoever loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. |

| Њ сeмъ вёмы, ћкw лю1бимъ ч†да б9іz, є3гдA бGа лю1бимъ и3 зaпwвэди є3гw2 соблюдaемъ. | Hereby we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commandments. |

| Сіs бо є4сть любы2 б9іz, да зaпwвэди є3гw2 соблюдaемъ: и3 зaпwвэди є3гw2 т‰жки не сyть. | For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. |

| Ћкw всsкъ рождeнный t бGа побэждaетъ мjръ: и3 сіS є4сть побёда, побэди1вшаz мjръ, вёра нaша. | For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even your faith. |

| Кто2 є4сть побэждazй мjръ, т0кмw вёруzй, ћкw ї}съ є4сть сн7ъ б9ій; | Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? |

| Сeй є4сть пришeдый вод0ю и3 кр0вію и3 д¦омъ, ї}съ хrт0съ, не вод0ю т0чію, но вод0ю и3 кр0вію: и3 д¦ъ є4сть свидётелствуzй, ћкw д¦ъ є4сть и4стина. | This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is the truth. |

| Ћкw тріE сyть свидётелствующіи на нб7си2, nц7ъ, сл0во и3 с™hй д¦ъ: и3 сjи три2 є3ди1но сyть. | For there are three who bear witness, |

| И# тріE сyть свидётелствующіи на земли2, дyхъ и3 водA и3 кр0вь: и3 тріE во є3ди1но сyть. | the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and the three agree in one. |

| Ѓще свидётелство человёческое пріeмлемъ, свидётелство б9іе б0лэе є4сть: ћкw сіE є4сть свидётелство б9іе, є4же свидётелствова њ сн7э своeмъ. | If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath borne concerning his Son. |

| Вёруzй въ сн7а б9іz и4мать свидётелство въ себЁ: не вёруzй бGови лжA сотвори1лъ є4сть є3го2, ћкw не вёрова во свидётелство, є4же свидётелствова бGъ њ сн7э своeмъ. | He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in him: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he hath not believed in the witness that God hath borne concerning his Son. |

| И# сіE є4сть свидётелство, ћкw жив0тъ вёчный дaлъ є4сть нaмъ бGъ, и3 сeй жив0тъ въ сн7э є3гw2 є4сть. | And the witness is this, that God gave unto us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. |

| И#мёzй сн7а б9іz и4мать жив0тъ: ґ не и3мёzй сн7а б9іz животA не и4мать. | He that hath the Son hath the life; he that hath not the Son of God hath not the life. |

| Сі‰ писaхъ вaмъ вёрующымъ во и4мz сн7а б9іz, да вёсте, ћкw жив0тъ вёчный и4мате, и3 да вёруете во и4мz сн7а б9іz. | These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. |

| И# сіE є4сть дерзновeніе, є4же и4мамы къ немY, ћкw ѓще чесw2 пр0симъ по в0ли є3гw2, послyшаетъ нaсъ: | And this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: |

| и3 ѓще вёмы, ћкw послyшаетъ нaсъ, є4же ѓще пр0симъ, вёмы, ћкw и4мамы прошє1ніz, и4хже проси1хомъ t негw2. | and if we know that he heareth us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. |

| Ѓще кто2 ќзритъ брaта своего2 согрэшaюща грёхъ не къ смeрти, да пр0ситъ, и3 дaстъ є3мY жив0тъ, согрэшaющымъ не къ смeрти. Е$сть грёхъ къ смeрти: не њ т0мъ, глаг0лю, да м0литсz. | If any man see his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: not concerning this do I say that he should make request. |

| Всsка непрaвда грёхъ є4сть, и3 є4сть грёхъ не къ смeрти. | All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death. |

| Вёмы, ћкw всsкъ рождeнный t бGа не согрэшaетъ: но рождeнный t бGа блюдeтъ себE, и3 лукaвый не прикасaетсz є3мY. | We know that whosoever is begotten of God sinneth not; but he that was begotten of God keepeth himself, and the evil one toucheth him not. |

| Вёмы, ћкw t бGа є3смы2, и3 мjръ вeсь во ѕлЁ лежи1тъ. | We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in the evil one. |

| Вёмы же, ћкw сн7ъ б9ій пріи1де и3 дaлъ є4сть нaмъ (свётъ и3) рaзумъ, да познaемъ бGа и4стиннаго и3 да бyдемъ во и4стиннэмъ сн7э є3гw2 ї}сэ хrтЁ: сeй є4сть и4стинный бGъ и3 жив0тъ вёчный. | And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. |
