И# собрA цaрь соломHнъ вс‰ старBйшины ї}лєвы, вс‰ нач†ла колёнъ, старBйшины nтeчествъ сынHвъ ї}левыхъ къ себЁ во сіHнъ, є4же пренести2 ківHтъ завёта гDнz t грaда давjдова: т0й є4сть сіHнъ. And it came to pass when Solomon had finished building the house of the Lord and his own house after twenty years, then king Solomon assembled all the elders of Israel in Sion, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the city of David, this is Sion,
2
2
И# собрaшасz ко царю2 соломHну вси2 лю1діе ї}лєвы въ мцcъ ґfанjмъ въ прaздникъ: сeй є4сть мцcъ седмhй. in the month of Athanin.
3
3
And the priests took up the ark,
4
4
и3 вознес0ша ківHтъ гDень, и3 ски1нію свидёніz, и3 вс‰ сосyды с™ы6z ±же во ски1ніи свидёніz: и3 вознес0ша | їерeє и3 леvjти. and the tabernacle of testimony, and the holy furniture that was in the tabernacle of testimony.
5
5
And the king and all Israel were occupied before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, without number.
6
6
And the priests bring in the ark into its place, into the oracle of the house, even into the holy of holies, under the wings of the cherubs.
7
7
Y. For the cherubs spread out their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubs covered the ark and its holy things above.
8
8
And the holy staves projected, and the ends of the holy staves appeared out of the holy places in front of the oracle, and were not seen without.
9
9
Не бЁ въ ківHтэ т0кмw двЁ скриж†ли кaмєнны, скриж†ли завёта, и5хже положи2 мwmсeй въ хwри1вэ, ±же завэщA гDь со сынaми ї}левыми, внегдA и3сходи1ти и5мъ t земли2 є3гЂпетскіz. There was nothing in the ark except the two tables of stone, the tables of the covenant which Moses put there in Choreb, which tables the Lord made as a covenant with the children of Israel in their going forth from the land of Egypt.
10
10
And it came to pass when the priests departed out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house.
11
11
и3 не можaху їерeє стaти служи1ти t лицA w4блака, ћкw и3сп0лни слaва гDнz хрaмъ. And the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, because the glory of the Lord filled the house.
12
ТогдA речE соломHнъ: гDь речE є4же њбитaти во мглЁ,
13
And the king turned his face, and the king blessed all Israel, (and the whole assembly of Israel stood:)
15
15
И# речE (цaрь): блгcвeнъ гDь бGъ ї}левъ днeсь, и4же гlа ўсты6 свои1ми њ давjдэ nтцЁ моeмъ и3 рукaма свои1ма и3сп0лни, гlz: and he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel to-day, who spoke by his mouth concerning David my father, and has fulfilled it with his hands, saying,
16
16
t днE въ џньже и3звед0хъ лю1ди мо‰ ї}лz и3з8 є3гЂпта, не и3збрaхъ грaда t всёхъ племeнъ ї}левыхъ на создaніе хрaму, є4же бhти и4мени моемY тaмw: но и3збрaхъ во їеrли1мэ бhти и4мени моемY тaмw: и3 и3збрaхъ давjда бhти є3мY властели1ну над8 людьми2 мои1ми ї}лемъ: From the day that I brought out my people Israel out of Egypt, I have not chosen a city in any one tribe of Israel to build a house, so that my name should be there: but I chose Jerusalem that my name should be there, and I chose David to be over my people Israel.
17
17
и3 бhсть на сeрдцы nтцY моемY давjду, є4же создaти хрaмъ и4мени гDа бGа ї}лева, And it was in the heart of my father to build a house to the name of the Lord God of Israel.
18
18
And the Lord said to David my father, Forasmuch as it came into thine heart to build a house to my name, thou didst well that it came upon thine heart.
19
19
nбaче ты2 не сози1ждеши хрaма, но рaзвэ сhнъ тв0й, и4же и3зhде и3з8 чрeслъ твои1хъ, т0й сози1ждетъ хрaмъ и4мени моемY: Nevertheless thou shalt not build the house, but thy son that has proceeded out of thy bowels, he shall build the house to my name.
20
20
и3 возстaви гDь гlг0лъ св0й є3г0же гlа: и3 востaхъ вмёстw давjда nтцA моегw2, и3 сэд0хъ на прест0лэ ї}левэ, ћкоже гlа гDь, и3 создaхъ хрaмъ и4мени гDа бGа ї}лева, And the Lord has confirmed the word that he spoke, and I am risen up in the place of my father David, and I have sat down on the throne of Israel, as the Lord spoke, and I have built the house to the name of the Lord God of Israel.
21
21
и3 постaвихъ тaмw мёсто ківHту, въ нeмже є4сть тaмw завётъ гDень, є3г0же завэщA гDь со nтцы6 нaшими во и3звождeніи и4хъ и3з8 земли2 є3гЂпетскіz. And I have set there a place for the ark, in which is the covenant of the Lord, which the Lord made with our fathers, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.
22
22
And Solomon stood up in front of the altar before all the congregation of Israel; and he spread out his hands toward heaven:
23
23
и3 речE: гDи б9е ї}левъ, нёсть ћкоже ты2 бGъ на нб7си2 горЁ и3 на земли2 ни1зу, хранsй завётъ и3 млcть рабY твоемY ходsщему пред8 тоб0ю всёмъ сeрдцемъ свои1мъ, and he said, Lord God of Israel, there is no God like thee in heaven above and on the earth beneath, keeping covenant and mercy with thy servant who walks before thee with all his heart;
24
24
±же сохрани1лъ є3си2 рабY твоемY давjду nтцY моемY: и4бо гlалъ є3си2 ўсты6 твои1ми и3 рукaма твои1ма соверши1лъ є3си2, ћкоже дeнь сeй: which thou hast kept toward thy servant David my father: for thou hast spoken by thy mouth and thou hast fulfilled it with thine hands, as at this day.
25
25
And now, O Lord God of Israel, keep for thy servant David my father, the promises which thou hast spoken to him, saying, There shall not be taken from thee a man sitting before me on the throne of Israel, provided only thy children shall take heed to their ways, to walk before me as thou hast walked before me.
26
26
Y: And now, O Lord God of Israel, let, I pray thee, thy word to David my father be confirmed.
27
27
ћкw ѓще и4стиннw всели1тсz бGъ съ челwвёки на земли2; ѓще нб7о и3 нб7о нб7сE не довлёютъ ти2, кольми2 пaче хрaмъ сeй, є3г0же создaхъ и4мени твоемY; But will God indeed dwell with men upon the earth? if the heaven and heaven of heavens will not suffice thee, how much less even this house which I have built to thy name?
28
28
Yet, O Lord God of Israel, thou shalt look upon my petition, to hear the prayer which thy servant prays to thee in thy presence this day,
29
29
да бyдутъ џчи твои2 tвє1рсты на хрaмъ сeй дeнь и3 н0щь, на мёсто њ нeмже рeклъ є3си2: бyдетъ и4мz моE тaмw на ўслhшаніе моли1твы, є4юже м0литсz рaбъ тв0й на мёстэ сeмъ дeнь и3 н0щь: that thine eyes may be open toward this house day and night, even toward the place of which thou saidst, My name shall be there, to hear the prayer which thy servant prays at this place day and night.
30
30
And thou shalt hearken to the prayer of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, which they shall pray toward this place; and thou shalt hear in thy dwelling-place in heaven, and thou shalt do and be gracious.
31
31
Whatsoever trespasses any one shall commit against his neighbour,—and if he shall take upon him an oath so that he should swear, and he shall come and make confession before thine altar in this house,
32
32
и3 ты2 ўслhшиши t нб7сE, и3 сотвори1ши сyдъ лю1демъ твои6мъ ї}лю: њсуди1ти беззак0ннаго, дaти пyть є3гw2 на главY є3гw2, и3 њправди1ти првdнаго, дaти є3мY по прaвдэ є3гw2: then shalt thou hear from heaven, and do, and thou shalt judge thy people Israel, that the wicked should be condemned, to recompense his way upon his head; and to justify the righteous, to give to him according to his righteousness.
33
33
є3гдA падyтъ лю1діе твои2 ї}ль пред8 враги6, ћкw согрэшaтъ ти2, и3 њбратsтсz къ тебЁ, и3 и3сповёдzтсz и4мени твоемY, и3 пом0лzтсz и3 возглаг0лютъ моли1тву къ тебЁ въ хрaмэ сeмъ: When thy people Israel falls before enemies, because they shall sin against thee, and they shall return and confess to thy name, and they shall pray and supplicate in this house,
34
34
и3 ты2 ўслhшиши съ нб7сE, и3 млcтивъ бyдеши њ согрэшeніихъ людjй свои1хъ ї}лz, и3 возврати1ши | въ зeмлю, ю4же дaлъ є3си2 nтцє1мъ и4хъ: then shalt thou hear from heaven, and be gracious to the sins of thy people Israel, and thou shalt restore them to the land which thou gavest to their fathers.
35
35
внегдA заключи1тисz небеси2 и3 не бhти дождю2, ћкw согрэшaтъ ти2, и3 пом0лzтсz на мёстэ сeмъ, и3 и3сповёдzтсz и4мени твоемY, и3 t грBхъ свои1хъ њбратsтсz, є3гдA смири1ши и5хъ: When the heaven is restrained, and there is no rain, because they shall sin against thee, and they shall pray toward this place, and shall make confession to thy name, and shall turn from their sins when thou shalt have humbled them,
36
36
и3 ўслhшиши съ нб7сE, и3 млcтивъ бyдеши њ грэсёхъ рабA твоегw2 и3 людjй твои1хъ ї}лz: ћкw kви1ши и5мъ пyть благjй ходи1ти по немY, и3 дaси д0ждь на зeмлю, ю4же дaлъ є3си2 лю1демъ твои6мъ въ достоsніе: then thou shalt hear from heaven, and be merciful to the sins of thy servant and of thy people Israel; for thou shalt shew them the good way to walk in it, and thou shalt give rain upon the earth which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.
37
37
глaдъ ѓще бyдетъ, смeрть ѓще бyдетъ, є3гдA бyдетъ возжжeніе, гyсєницы, ржA ѓще бyдетъ, и3 ѓще њскорбsтъ | врази2 и4хъ въ є3ди1нэмъ t градHвъ и4хъ: всE проти1вное, всsка болёзнь, If there should be famine, if there should be death, because there should be blasting, locust, or if there be mildew, and if their enemy oppress them in any one of their cities, with regard to every calamity, every trouble,
38
38
всsка моли1тва, всsко молeніе ѓще бyдетъ всsкому человёку t людjй ї}левыхъ, є3гдA познaетъ кjйждо болёзнь сeрдца своегw2, и3 воздви1гнетъ рyцэ свои2 въ хрaмэ сeмъ: every prayer, every supplication whatever shall be made by any man, as they shall know each the plague of his heart, and shall spread abroad his hands to this house,
39
39
и3 ты2 ўслhшиши t нб7сE, t гот0вагw жили1ща твоегw2, и3 млcтивъ бyдеши, и3 сотвори1ши, и3 дaси коемyждо по путє1мъ є3гw2, ћкоже ўвёси сeрдце є3гw2, ћкw ты2 є3ди1нъ т0кмw вёси всёхъ сердцA сынHвъ человёческихъ: then shalt thou hearken from heaven, out of thine established dwelling-place, and shalt be merciful, and shalt do, and recompense to every man according to his ways, as thou shalt know his heart, for thou alone knowest the heart of all the children of men:
40
40
да боsтсz тебє2 вс‰ дни6, въ нsже поживyтъ на земли2, ю4же дaлъ є3си2 nтцє1мъ нaшымъ: that they may fear thee all the days that they live upon the land, which thou hast given to our fathers.
41
41
And for the stranger who is not of thy people,
42
42
и3 пріи1детъ, и3 пом0литсz на мёстэ сeмъ: when they shall come and pray toward this place,
43
43
и3 ты2 ўслhшиши съ нб7сE t гот0вагw жили1ща твоегw2, и3 сотвори1ши по всёмъ, въ є3ли1кихъ ѓще призовeтъ тS чуждjй, ћкw да ўразумёютъ вси2 лю1діе земнjи и4мz твоE и3 ўбоsтсz тебє2, ћкоже лю1діе твои2 ї}ль, и3 разумёютъ, ћкw и4мz твоE наречeсz на хрaмэ сeмъ, є3г0же создaхъ: then shalt thou hear them from heaven, out of thine established dwelling-place, and thou shalt do according to all that the stranger shall call upon thee for, that all the nations may know thy name, and fear thee, as do thy people Israel, and may know that thy name has been called on this house which I have builded.
44
44
Y: If it be that thy people shall go forth to war against their enemies in the way by which thou shalt turn them, and pray in the name of the Lord toward the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built to thy name,
45
45
и3 ты2 ўслhшиши съ нб7сE моли1тву и4хъ и3 молє1ніz и4хъ, и3 сотвори1ши њправдaніе и5мъ: then shalt thou hear from heaven their supplication and their prayer, and shalt execute judgment for them.
46
46
8, If it be that they shall sin against thee, (for there is not a man who will not sin,) and thou shalt bring them and deliver them up before their enemies, and they that take them captive shall carry them to a land far or near,
47
47
и3 њбратsтъ сердцA сво‰ въ земли2, ѓможе пресели1шасz, и3 њбратsтсz, и3 пом0лzтсz тебЁ въ земли2 преселeніz своегw2, глаг0люще: согрэши1хомъ, беззак0нновахомъ, непрaвдовахомъ: and they shall turn their hearts in the land whither they have been carried captives, and turn in the land of their sojourning, and supplicate thee, saying, We have sinned, we have done unjustly, we have transgressed,
48
48
Y: and they shall turn to thee with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies whither thou hast carried them captives, and shall pray to thee toward their land which thou hast given to their fathers, and the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built to thy name:
49
49
и3 ўслhшиши t нб7сE, t гот0вагw жили1ща твоегw2 моли1тву и4хъ и3 молeніе и4хъ, и3 сотвори1ши њправдaніе и5мъ, then shalt thou hear from heaven thine established dwelling-place,
50
50
и3 млcтивъ бyдеши непрaвдамъ и4хъ, и4миже согрэши1ша ти2, и3 по всBмъ tметaніємъ и4хъ, и4миже tверг0шасz тебє2, да дaси и5хъ въ щедрHты пред8 плэни1вшими и4хъ, и3 ўщeдрzтъ |: and thou shalt be merciful to their unrighteousness wherein they have trespassed against thee, and according to all their transgressions wherewith they have transgressed against thee, and thou shalt cause them to be pitied before them that carried them captives, and they shall have compassion on them:
51
51
ћкw лю1діе твои2 и3 наслёдіе твоE сyть, и5хже и3звeлъ є3си2 и3з8 земли2 є3гЂпетскіz t среды2 пeщи желёзныz: for they are thy people and thine inheritance, whom thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, out of the midst of the furnace of iron.
52
52
S, And let thine eyes and thine ears be opened to the supplication of thy servant, and to the supplication of thy people Israel, to hearken to them in all things for which they shall call upon thee.
53
53
ћкw ты2 и3збрaлъ є3си2 | себЁ въ наслёдіе t всёхъ людjй земли2, ћкоже гlалъ є3си2 рук0ю рабA твоегw2 мwmсeа, внегдA и3звести2 тебЁ nтцы2 нaшz и3з8 земли2 є3гЂпетскіz, гDи гDи. Because thou hast set them apart for an inheritance to thyself out of all the nations of the earth, as thou spokest by the hand of thy servant Moses, when thou broughtest our fathers out of the land of Egypt, O Lord God.—
54
54
И# бhсть є3гдA скончA соломHнъ молsсz ко гDу всeю моли1твою и3 молeніемъ си1мъ, и3 востA t лицA nлтарS гDнz припaдъ на кwлёна сво‰, и3 рyцэ свои2 воздЁ на нeбо, And it came to pass when Solomon had finished praying to the Lord all this prayer and supplication, that he rose up from before the altar of the Lord, after having knelt upon his knees, and his hands were spread out towards heaven.
55
55
и3 стA, и3 благослови2 вeсь соб0ръ ї}левъ, глaсомъ вeліимъ глаг0лz: And he stood, and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying,
56
56
блгcвeнъ гDь (бGъ) днeсь, и4же дадE пок0й лю1демъ свои6мъ ї}лю, по всBмъ є3ли6ка гlа: не премэни1сz сл0во ни є3ди1но во всёхъ словесёхъ є3гw2 бlги1хъ, и4миже гlа рук0ю мwmсeа рабA своегw2: Blessed be the Lord this day, who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he said: there has not failed one word among all his good words which he spoke by the hand of his servant Moses.
57
57
да бyдетъ гDь бGъ нaшъ съ нaми, ћкоже бЁ со nтцы6 нaшими: да не њстaвитъ нaсъ, нижE да tврати1тъ нaсъ, May the Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers; let him not desert us nor turn from us,
58
58
преклони1ти сердцA н†ша къ немY, є4же ходи1ти во всёхъ путeхъ є3гw2 и3 храни1ти вс‰ зaпwвэди є3гw2 и3 повелBніz є3гw2 и3 њправд†ніz є3гw2, ±же заповёда nтцє1мъ нaшымъ: that he may turn our hearts toward him to walk in all his ways, and to keep all his commandments, and his ordinances which he commanded our fathers.

Въ т0й дeнь њсвzти2 цaрь (соломHнъ) среди1ну дворA, ћже пред8 лицeмъ хрaма гDнz: ћкw сотвори2 тaмw всесожжeніе и3 дaры, и3 жє1ртвы и3 т{чнаz ми1рныхъ, ћкw nлтaрь мёдzный, и4же пред8 гDемъ, мaлъ бЁ, є4же не возмощи2 вмэсти1ти всесожжє1ніz дарHвъ и3 жє1ртвы ми1рныхъ. In that day the king consecrated the middle of the court in the front of the house of the Lord; for there he offered the whole-burnt-offering, and the sacrifices, and the fat of the peace-offerings, because the brazen altar which was before the Lord was too little to bear the whole-burnt-offering and the sacrifices of peace-offerings.
