3
3
| Њ си1хъ чaдwмъ свои6мъ повёдите, ґ ч†да в†ша чaдwмъ свои6мъ, ґ ч†да и4хъ р0ду друг0му: | Tell your children concerning them, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. |
4

| њстaнокъ гyсеницъ поzд0ша прyзи, и3 њстaнокъ прyгwвъ поzд0ша мши6цы, и3 њстaнокъ мши1цъ поzд0ша си1плеве. | The leavings of the caterpillar has the locust eaten, and the leavings of the locust has the palmerworm eaten, and the leavings of the palmerworm has the cankerworm eaten. |
5
5
| Ўтрезви1тесz, піsніи, t вінA своегw2 и3 плaчитесz: рыдaйте, вси2 пію1щіи віно2 до піsнства, ћкw tsсz t ќстъ вaшихъ весeліе и3 рaдость. | Awake, ye drunkards, from your wine, and weep: mourn, all ye that drink wine to drunkenness: for joy and gladness are removed from your mouth. |
6
6
| Понeже kзhкъ взhде на зeмлю мою2 крёпокъ и3 безчи1сленъ: зyбы є3гw2 (ћкоже) зyбы львHвы, и3 членHвныz є3гw2 ћкоже льви1чища: | For a strong and innumerable nation is come up against my land, their teeth are lion's teeth, and their back teeth those of a lion's whelp. |
7
7
| He has ruined my vine, and utterly broken my fig-trees: he has utterly searched my vine, and cast it down; he has peeled its branches. |
8
8
| Lament to me more than a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. |
9
9
| И#звeржесz жeртва и3 возліsніе и3з8 д0му гDнz: плaчитесz, жерцы2, служaщіи жeртвеннику гDню, | The meat-offering and drink-offering are removed from the house of the Lord: mourn, ye priests that serve at the altar of the Lord. |
10

10
плaчисz, землE, ћкw пострадA пшени1ца, и3 и4зсше віно2, ўмaлисz є3лeй, | For the plains languish: let the land mourn, for the corn languishes; the wine is dried up, the oil becomes scarce; |
11
11
плaчитесz, сeла, по пшени1цэ и3 по kчмeни, ћкw поги1бе њб8имaніе t ни1вы, | the husbandmen are consumed: mourn your property on account of the wheat and barley; for the harvest has perished from off the field. |
12
12
| віногрaдъ и4зсше, и3 смHквы ўмaлишасz: ши1пки, и3 фjніxъ, и3 ћблонь, и3 вс‰ древA пwльскaz и3зсх0ша, ћкw посрами1ша рaдость сhнове челwвёчи. | The vine is dried up, and the fig-trees are become few; the pomegranate, and palm-tree, and apple, and all the trees of the field are dried up: for the sons of men have abolished joy. |
13
13
| Препоsшитесz и3 бjйтесz, жерцы2, плaчитесz, служaщіи жeртвеннику: вни1дите, поспи1те во врeтищихъ, служaщіи бGу, ћкw tsсz t д0му бGа вaшегw жeртва и3 возліsніе: | Gird yourselves with sackcloth, and lament, ye priests: mourn, ye that serve at the altar: go in, sleep in sackcloths, ye that minister to God: for the meat-offering and drink-offering are withheld from the house of your God. |
14
14
| њсвzти1те п0стъ, проповёдите цэльбY, собери1те старBйшины вс‰ живyщыz на земли2 въ д0мъ бGа вaшегw и3 воззови1те ко гDу ўсeрднw: | Sanctify a fast, proclaim a solemn service, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of your God, and cry earnestly to the Lord, |
15
15

16
16
| ћкw пред8 nчи1ма вaшима пи1щы взsшасz и3 t д0му бGа вaшегw весeліе и3 рaдость. | Your meat has been destroyed before your eyes, joy and gladness from out of the house of your God. |
17
17
| The heifers have started at their mangers, the treasures are abolished, the wine-presses are broken down; for the corn is withered. |
18
18
| Что2 положи1мъ себЁ; восплaкашасz стадA волHвъ, ћкw не бЁ пaжити и5мъ, и3 п†ствы џвчыz погиб0ша. | What shall we store up for ourselves? the herds of cattle have mourned, because they had no pasture; and the flocks of sheep have been utterly destroyed. |
19

19
| Къ тебЁ, гDи, возопію2, ћкw џгнь потреби2 кр†снаz пустhни, и3 плaмень пожжE вс‰ древA пwльскaz, | To thee, O Lord, will I cry: for fire has devoured the fair places of the wilderness, and a flame has burnt up all the trees of the field. |
20

20
| And the cattle of the field have looked up to thee: for the fountains of waters have been dried up, and fire has devoured the fair places of the wilderness. |

8, | Sound the trumpet in Sion, make a proclamation in my holy mountain, and let all the inhabitants of the land be confounded: for the day of the Lord is near; |
2
2
| дeнь тмы2 и3 бyри, дeнь w4блака и3 мглы2: ћкоже ќтро разлію1тсz по горaмъ лю1діе мн0зи и3 крёпцы, под0бни и5мъ не бhша t вёка, и3 по ни1хъ не приложи1тсz до лётъ въ р0дъ и3 р0дъ: | for a day of darkness and gloominess is near, a day of cloud and mist: a numerous and strong people shall be spread upon the mountains as the morning; there has not been from the beginning one like it, and after it there shall not be again even to the years of many generations. |
3
3
| ±же пред8 ни1мъ џгнь потреблszй, и3 ±же за ни1мъ возгарazсz плaмень: ћкоже рaй слaдости землS пред8 лицeмъ є3гw2, и3 ±же созади2 є3гw2 п0ле пaгубы, и3 спасaющагwсz не бyдетъ и5мъ: | Before them is a consuming fire, and behind them is a flame kindled: the land before them is as a paradise of delight, and behind them a desolate plain: and there shall none of them escape. |
4
4
| ћкоже ви1дъ к0нскій ви1дъ и4хъ, и3 ћкоже кHнницы, тaкw проженyтъ: | Their appearance is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they pursue. |

6
6
| T лицA и4хъ сокрушaтсz лю1діе: всsкое лицE ѓки њпалeніе горнцA. | Before them shall the people be crushed: every face shall be as the blackness of a caldron. |
7

8
8
| и3 кjйждо t брaта своегw2 не tстyпитъ: њтzгощeни nр{жіи свои1ми п0йдутъ и3 въ стрэлaхъ свои1хъ падyтъ, но не скончaютсz. | and not one shall stand aloof from his brother: they shall go on weighed down with their arms, and they fall upon their weapons, yet shall they in no wise be destroyed. |
9

9
| They shall seize upon the city, and run upon the walls, and go up upon the houses, and enter in through the windows as thieves. |
10
10
| Before them the earth shall be confounded, and the sky shall be shaken: the sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their light. |
11
11
| И# гDь дaстъ глaсъ св0й пред8 лицeмъ си1лы своеS, ћкw мн0гъ є4сть ѕэлw2 п0лкъ є3гw2, ћкw крэпк† дэлA словeсъ є3гw2: занE вели1къ дeнь гDень, вели1къ и3 свётелъ ѕэлw2, и3 кто2 бyдетъ дов0ленъ є3мY; | And the Lord shall utter his voice before his host: for his camp is very great: for the execution of his words is mighty: for the day of the Lord is great, very glorious, and who shall be able to resist it? |
12

12

| И# нн7э гlетъ гDь бGъ вaшъ: њбрати1тесz ко мнЁ всёмъ сeрдцемъ вaшимъ въ постЁ и3 въ плaчи и3 въ рыдaніи, | Now therefore, saith the Lord your God, turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with lamentation: |

14

14
| Кто2 вёсть, њбрати1тсz ли, и3 раскaетсz, и3 њстaвитъ за соб0ю блгcвeніе и3 жeртву и3 возліsніе гDу бGу вaшему; | Who knows if he will return, and repent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meat-offering and a drink-offering to the Lord your God? |
15
15
Y, | Sound the trumpet in Sion, sanctify a fast, proclaim a solemn service: |

17
| МеждY степeньми жeртвенника восплaчутсz жерцы2 служaщіи гDу и3 рекyтъ: пощади2, гDи, лю1ди тво‰ и3 не дaждь достоsніz твоегw2 на ўкори1зну, да не њбладaютъ и4ми kзhцы, да не рекyтъ во kзhцэхъ: гдЁ є4сть бGъ и4хъ; | Between the porch and the altar let the priests that minister to the Lord weep, and say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them, lest they should say among the heathen, Where is their God? |
18
18
| But the Lord was jealous of his land, and spared his people. |

21
