| И# призвA тwвjтъ тwвjю сhна своего2 и3 речE є3мY: промhсли, чaдо мздY человёку ходи1вшему съ тоб0ю: и3 приложи1ти є3мY подобaетъ. | Then Tobit called his son Tobias, and said unto him, My son, see that the man have his wages, which went with thee, and thou must give him more. |

| И# речE: џтче, не бyду њби1жденъ дaвъ є3мY п0лъ, ±же принес0хъ, | And Tobias said unto him, O father, it is no harm to me to give him half of those things which I have brought: |

3
| понeже приведE мS тебЁ здрaва и3 женY мою2 и3зцэли2, и3 сребро2 моE принесE, и3 тебE тaкожде ўврачевA. | for he hath brought me again to thee in safety, and made whole my wife, and brought me the money, and likewise healed thee. |
4
4
Y. | Then the old man said, It is due unto him. |
5
5
| So he called the angel, and he said unto him, Take half of all that ye have brought, and go away in safety. |

| ТогдA призвaвъ nбои1хъ тaйнw, речE и4ма: блгcви1те бGа и3 томY и3сповёдайтесz, и3 вели1чіе дади1те є3мY, и3 и3сповёдайтесz є3мY пред8 всёми живyщими њ си1хъ, ±же сотвори2 съ вaма: добро2 є4же блгcви1ти бGа и3 возноси1ти и4мz є3гw2, словесA дёлъ б9іихъ благочeстно сказyюще: и3 да не лэнитeсz и3сповёдатисz є3мY: | Then he took them both apart, and said unto them, Bless God, praise him, and magnify him, and praise him for the things which he hath done unto you in the sight of all that live. It is good to praise God, and exalt his name, and honourably to shew forth the works of God; therefore be not slack to praise him. |

| тaйну царeву добро2 храни1ти, дэлa же б9іz tкрывaти слaвнw: добро2 твори1те, и3 ѕло2 не њбрsщетъ вы2: | It is good to keep close the secret of a king, but it is honourable to reveal the works of God. Do that which is good, and no evil shall touch you. |

| блaго моли1тва съ пост0мъ и3 ми1лостынею и3 прaвдою: блaго мaлое съ прaвдою, нeжели мн0го съ непрaвдою: добро2 твори1ти ми1лостыню, нeжели сокр0виществовати злaто, | Prayer is good with fasting and alms and righteousness. A little with righteousness is better than much with unrighteousness. It is better to give alms than to lay up gold: |
9
9
| ми1лостынz бо t смeрти и3збавлsетъ и3 тaz њчищaетъ всsкъ грёх: творsщіи ми1лwстыни и3 пр†вды и3сп0лнzтсz жи1зни, | for alms doth deliver from death, and shall purge away all sin. Those that exercise alms and righteousness shall be filled with life: |
10
10
A: | but they that sin are enemies to their own life. |
11
11
| не ўтаю2 t вaсъ всsкагw словесE, рёхъ бо: тaйну царeву храни1ти добро2, дэлa же б9іz tкрывaти слaвнw: | Surely I will keep close nothing from you. For I said, It was good to keep close the secret of a king, but that it was honourable to reveal the works of God. |

| и3 н}э, є3гдA моли1лсz є3си2 ты2 и3 невёстка твоS сaрра, ѓзъ приношaхъ пaмzть моли1твы вaшеz пред8 с™aго, и3 є3гдA погребaлъ є3си2 мє1ртвыz, под0бнэ присyтствовахъ тебЁ, | Now therefore, when thou didst pray, and Sara thy daughter in law, I did bring the remembrance of your prayers before the Holy One: and when thou didst bury the dead, I was with thee likewise. |
13
13
| и3 є3гдA не лэни1лсz є3си2 востaти и3 њстaвити њбёдъ тв0й, да tшeдъ покрhеши мeртваго, не ўтаи1лсz є3си2 менє2 благотворsй, но съ тоб0ю бёхъ: | And when thou didst not delay to rise up, and leave thy dinner, to go and cover the dead, thy good deed was not hid from me: but I was with thee. |
14
14
| и3 нн7э послa мz бGъ и3зцэли1ти тS и3 невёстку твою2 сaрру: | And now God hath sent me to heal thee and Sara thy daughter in law. |
15
15
| I am Raphael, one of the seven holy angels, which present the prayers of the saints, and which go in and out before the glory of the Holy One. |
16
16
| Then they were both troubled, and fell upon their faces: for they feared. |
17
17
| И# речE и4ма: не б0йтесz, ћкw ми1ръ вaма бyдетъ, бGа же благослови1те во вёкъ: | But he said unto them, Fear not, for it shall go well with you; praise God therefore. |
18
18
| ћкw не своeю си2 благодaтію, но в0лею бGа нaшегw пріид0хъ, сегw2 рaди благослови1те є3го2 во вёкъ: | For not of any favour of mine, but by the will of our God I came; wherefore praise him for ever. |
19
19
| вс‰ дни6 kвлsхсz вaма, и3 не kд0хъ, нижE пи1хъ, но видёніе вы2 зрsсте: | All these days I did appear unto you; but I did neither eat nor drink, but ye did see a vision. |
20
20
| Now therefore give God thanks: for I go up to him that sent me; but write all things which are done in a book. |
21
21
2: | And when they arose, they saw him no more. |
22
22
| и3 и3сповёдаста дэлA вє1ліz и3 ч{днаz б9іz, и3 кaкw kви1сz и4ма ѓгGлъ гDень. | Then they confessed the great and wonderful works of God, and how the angel of the Lord had appeared unto them. |
