| И҆ возопѝ во оу҆́шы моѝ гла́сомъ вели́кимъ, гл҃ѧ: прибли́жисѧ ѿмще́нїе гра́да: и҆ кі́йждо и҆мѣ́ѧше сосꙋ́ды и҆стребле́нїѧ въ рꙋцѣ̀ свое́й. | And he cried in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, The judgment of the city has drawn nigh; and each had the weapons of destruction in his hand. |

| И҆ сѐ, ше́сть мꙋже́й и҆до́ша ѿ пꙋтѝ вра́тъ высо́кихъ зрѧ́щихъ на сѣ́веръ, и҆ коемꙋ́ждо сѣки́ра (погꙋбле́нїѧ) въ рꙋцѣ̀ є҆гѡ̀: и҆ мꙋ́жъ є҆ди́нъ посредѣ̀ и҆́хъ ѡ҆блече́нъ въ поди́ръ, и҆ по́ѧсъ ѿ сапфі́ра ѡ҆ чре́слѣхъ є҆гѡ̀: и҆ внидо́ша и҆ ста́ша бли́з̾ же́ртвенника мѣ́дѧнагѡ. | And, behold, six men came from the way of the high gate that looks toward the north, and each one's axe was in his hand; and there was one man in the midst of them clothed with a long robe down to the feet, and a sapphire girdle was on his loins: and they came in and stood near the brazen altar. |

| И҆ сла́ва бг҃а і҆и҃лева взы́де ѿ херꙋві́мѡвъ сꙋ́щаѧ на ни́хъ въ непокрове́нное до́мꙋ: и҆ призва̀ мꙋ́жа ѡ҆болче́на въ поди́ръ, и҆́же и҆мѣ́ѧше на чре́слѣхъ свои́хъ по́ѧсъ. | And the glory of the God of Israel, that was upon them, went up from the cherubs to the porch of the house. And he called the man that was clothed with the long robe, who had the girdle on his loins; |

| И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ немꙋ̀: пройдѝ средѣ̀ гра́да і҆ерⷭ҇ли́ма и҆ да́ждь зна́мєнїѧ на ли́ца мꙋже́й стенѧ́щихъ и҆ болѣ́знꙋющихъ ѡ҆ всѣ́хъ беззако́нїихъ быва́ющихъ средѣ̀ и҆́хъ. | and said to him, Go through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark on the foreheads of the men that groan and that grieve for all the iniquities that are done in the midst of them. |

| И҆ си̑мъ речѐ, слы́шащꙋ мнѣ̀: и҆ди́те во гра́дъ в̾слѣ́дъ є҆гѡ̀, и҆зсѣцы́те и҆ не пощади́те ѻ҆чи́ма ва́шима и҆ не поми́лꙋйте: | And he said to the first in my hearing, Go after him into the city, and smite: and let not your eyes spare, and have no mercy. |

| ста́рца и҆ ю҆́ношꙋ и҆ дѣ́вꙋ, и҆ младе́нцы и҆ жєны̀ и҆збі́йте въ потребле́нїе: а҆ ко всѣ̑мъ, на ни́хже є҆́сть зна́менїе, не прикаса́йтесѧ: ѿ ѡ҆свѧще́нныхъ мои́хъ начни́те. И҆ нача́ша ѿ мꙋже́й ста́рыхъ, и҆̀же бѣ́ша внꙋ́трь въ домꙋ̀. | Slay utterly old man and youth, and virgin, and infants, and women: but go ye not nigh any on whom is the mark: begin at my sanctuary. So they began with the elder men who were within in the house. |

| И҆ речѐ къ ни̑мъ: ѡ҆скверни́те до́мъ, и҆ напо́лните пꙋти̑ мертвецє́въ и҆сходѧ́ще, и҆ и҆зсѣцы́те (сꙋ́щихъ во гра́дѣ). | And he said to them, Defile the house, and go out and fill the ways with dead bodies, and smite. |

| И҆ бы́сть внегда̀ сѣча́хꙋ и҆̀хъ, ѡ҆ста́хъ а҆́зъ и҆ падо́хъ ни́цъ, и҆ возопи́хъ и҆ рѣ́хъ: го́ре, (го́ре,) ѽ, лю́тѣ мнѣ̀, а҆дѡнаю̀ гдⷭ҇и! є҆да̀ потреблѧ́еши ты̀ ѡ҆ста́нки і҆и҃лєвы, є҆гда̀ разлива́еши ꙗ҆́рость твою̀ на і҆ерⷭ҇ли́мъ; | And it came to pass as they were smiting, that I fell upon my face, and cried out, and said, Alas, O Lord! wilt thou destroy the remnant of Israel, in pouring out thy wrath upon Jerusalem? |

| И҆ речѐ ко мнѣ̀: непра́вда до́мꙋ і҆и҃лева и҆ і҆ꙋ́дина возвели́чисѧ ѕѣлѡ̀ ѕѣлѡ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ напо́лнисѧ землѧ̀ люді́й мно́гихъ, и҆ гра́дъ напо́лнисѧ непра́вдъ и҆ нечисто́тъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ рѣ́ша: ѡ҆ста́вилъ є҆́сть гдⷭ҇ь зе́млю и҆ не ви́дитъ гдⷭ҇ь. | Then said he to me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Juda is become very exceedingly great: for the land is filled with many nations, and the city is filled with iniquity and uncleanness: because they have said, The Lord has forsaken the earth, The Lord looks not upon it. |

| И҆ а҆́зъ є҆́смь, и҆ не пощади́тъ ѻ҆́ко моѐ, ни поми́лꙋю, пꙋти̑ и҆́хъ на главы̑ и҆́хъ да́хъ. | Therefore mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have any mercy: I have recompensed their ways upon their heads. |

| И҆ сѐ, мꙋ́жъ, ѡ҆болче́ный въ поди́ръ и҆ препоѧ́санъ по́ѧсомъ ѡ҆ чре́слѣхъ свои́хъ, ѿвѣщава́ше, глаго́лѧ: сотвори́хъ, ꙗ҆́коже заповѣ́далъ мѝ є҆сѝ. | And, behold, the man clothed with the long robe, and girt with the girdle about his loins, answered and said, I have done as thou didst command me. |
