| И҆ бы́сть въ четве́ртое лѣ́то, ца́рствꙋющꙋ седекі́и царю̀ і҆ꙋ́динꙋ, въ пѧ́тый мцⷭ҇ъ, рече́ ми а҆на́нїа сы́нъ а҆зѡ́ровъ лжи́вый проро́къ гаваѡні́тскїй въ домꙋ̀ гдⷭ҇ни, пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма жерцє́въ и҆ всѣ́хъ люді́й, глаго́лѧ: | Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I stir up against Babylon, and against the Chaldeans dwelling therein, a deadly burning wind. |

| та́кѡ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь вседержи́тель бг҃ъ і҆и҃левъ: сокрꙋши́хъ ꙗ҆ре́мъ царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нска: | And I will send forth against Babylon spoilers, and they shall spoil her, and shall ravage her land. Woe to Babylon round about her in the day of her affliction. |

| є҆щѐ два̀ лѣ̑та дні́й, возвращꙋ̀ а҆́зъ на мѣ́сто сїѐ всѧ̑ сосꙋ́ды до́мꙋ гдⷭ҇нѧ, ꙗ҆̀же взѧ̀ навꙋходоно́соръ ца́рь вавѷлѡ́нскїй ѿ мѣ́ста сегѡ̀ и҆ пренесѐ ѧ҆̀ до вавѷлѡ́на, | Let the archer bend his bow, and him that has armour put it on: and spare ye not her young men, but destroy ye all her host. |

| и҆ і҆ехоні́ю сы́на і҆ѡакі́мова царѧ̀ і҆ꙋ́дина, и҆ всѐ преселе́нїе і҆ꙋ́дино вше́дшее въ вавѷлѡ́нъ возвращꙋ̀ въ мѣ́сто сїѐ, гл҃етъ гдⷭ҇ь, ꙗ҆́кѡ сокрꙋшꙋ̀ ꙗ҆ре́мъ царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нска. | And slain men shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, and men pierced through shall fall without it. |

| И҆ речѐ і҆еремі́а прⷪ҇ро́къ ко а҆на́нїи лжепроро́кꙋ пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма жерцє́въ и҆ пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма всѣ́хъ люді́й стоѧ́щихъ въ домꙋ̀ гдⷭ҇ни, | For Israel and Juda have not been forsaken of their God, of the Lord Almighty; whereas their land was filled with iniquity against the holy things of Israel. |

| и҆ речѐ і҆еремі́а: пои́стиннѣ та́кѡ да сотвори́тъ гдⷭ҇ь, да оу҆тверди́тъ гдⷭ҇ь сло́во твоѐ, є҆́же ты̀ прорица́еши, є҆́же возврати́ти сосꙋ́ды до́мꙋ гдⷭ҇нѧ и҆ всѧ̑ преселє́нныѧ и҆з̾ вавѷлѡ́на на мѣ́сто сїѐ: | Flee ye out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every one his soul: and be not overthrown in her iniquity; for it is the time of her retribution from the Lord; he is rendering to her a recompence. |

| ѻ҆ба́че слы́шите сло́во сїѐ, є҆́же а҆́зъ глаго́лю во оу҆́шы ва́ши и҆ во оу҆́шы всѣ́хъ люді́й: | Babylon has been a golden cup in the Lord's hand, causing all the earth to be drunken: the nations have drunk of her wine; therefore they were shaken. |

| проро́цы, бы́вшїи пре́жде менє̀ и҆ пре́жде ва́съ ѿ вѣ́ка, прореко́ша на мнѡ́ги зе́мли и҆ на ца̑рства вели̑ка ѡ҆ ра́ти и҆ ѡ҆ погꙋбле́нїи и҆ ѡ҆ гла́дѣ: | And Babylon is fallen suddenly, and is broken to pieces: lament for her; take balm for her deadly wound, if by any means she may be healed. |

| проро́къ прорекі́й ми́ръ, прише́дшꙋ сло́вꙋ позна́ютъ прⷪ҇ро́ка, є҆го́же посла̀ и҆̀мъ гдⷭ҇ь въ вѣ́рѣ. | We tried to heal Babylon, but she was not healed: let us forsake her, and depart every one to his own country: for her judgment has reached to the heaven, it has mounted up to the stars. |

| И҆ взѧ̀ а҆на́нїа пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма всѣ́хъ люді́й кла̑ды ѿ вы́и і҆еремі́ины и҆ сокрꙋшѝ ѧ҆̀. | The Lord has brought forth his judgment: come, and let us declare in Sion the works of the Lord our God. |

| И҆ речѐ а҆на́нїа пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма всѣ́хъ люді́й глаго́лѧ: си́це речѐ гдⷭ҇ь: та́кѡ сокрꙋшꙋ̀ ꙗ҆ре́мъ навꙋходоно́сора царѧ̀ вавѷлѡ́нска є҆щѐ два̀ лѣ̑та дні́й со вы́и всѣ́хъ ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ. И҆ ѿи́де і҆еремі́а на пꙋ́ть сво́й. | Prepare the arrows; fill the quivers: the Lord has stirred up the spirit of the king of the Medes: for his wrath is against Babylon, to destroy it utterly; for it is the Lord's vengeance, it is the vengeance of his people. |

| И҆ бы́сть сло́во гдⷭ҇не ко і҆еремі́и, по сокрꙋше́нїи а҆на́нїинѣ кла̑дъ со вы́и є҆гѡ̀, гл҃ѧ: | Lift up a standard on the walls of Babylon, prepare the quivers, rouse the guards, prepare the weapons: for the Lord has taken the work in hand, and will execute what he has spoken against the inhabitants of Babylon, |

| и҆дѝ и҆ рцы̀ ко а҆на́нїи глаго́лѧ: та́кѡ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь: кла̑ды дрєвѧ́ныѧ сокрꙋши́лъ є҆сѝ и҆ сотвори́ши вмѣ́стѡ тѣ́хъ кла̑ды желѣ̑зны, | dwelling on many waters, and amidst the abundance of her treasures; thine end is come verily into thy bowels. |

| ꙗ҆́кѡ та́кѡ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь: ꙗ҆ре́мъ желѣ́зенъ возложи́хъ на вы̑и всѣ́хъ ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ, слꙋжи́ти навꙋходоно́сорꙋ царю̀ вавѷлѡ́нскꙋ, и҆ послꙋ́жатъ є҆мꙋ̀: ктомꙋ̀ и҆ ѕвѣ̑ри зємны́ѧ да́хъ є҆мꙋ̀. | For the Lord has sworn by his arm, saying, I will fill thee with men as with locusts; and they that come down shall cry against thee. |

| И҆ речѐ і҆еремі́а прⷪ҇ро́къ ко а҆на́нїи: слы́ши, а҆на́нїе: не посла̀ тебѐ гдⷭ҇ь, ты́ же сотвори́лъ є҆сѝ люді́й си́хъ оу҆пова́ти на непра́вдꙋ. | The Lord made the earth by his power, preparing the world by his wisdom, by his understanding he stretched out the heaven. |

| Тогѡ̀ ра́ди си́це речѐ гдⷭ҇ь: сѐ, а҆́зъ ѿпꙋщꙋ́ тѧ ѿ лица̀ землѝ, въ се́мъ лѣ́тѣ оу҆́мреши, ꙗ҆́кѡ на гдⷭ҇а (бг҃а) глаго́лалъ є҆сѝ. | At his voice he makes a sound of water in the heaven, and brings up clouds from the extremity of the earth; he makes lightnings for rain, and brings light out of his treasures. |

| И҆ оу҆́мре а҆на́нїа лжепроро́къ въ се́мъ лѣ́тѣ мцⷭ҇а седма́гѡ. | Every man has completely lost understanding; every goldsmith is confounded because of his graven images: for they have cast false gods, there is no breath in them. |
