And these are the heads of their families, the leaders that went up with me in the reign of Arthasastha the king of Babylon.

Of the sons of Sachania, and of the sons of Phoros; Zacharias: and with him a company of a hundred and fifty.

Of the sons of Phaath-Moab; Eliana the son of Saraia, and with him two hundred that were males.

And of the sons of Zathoes; Sechenias the son of Aziel, and with him three hundred males.

And of the sons of Adin; Obeth the son of Jonathan, and with him fifty males.

And of the sons of Elam; Isæas the son of Athelia, and with him seventy males.

And of the sons of Saphatia; Zabadias the son of Michael, and with him eighty males.

And of the sons of Joab; Abadia the son of Jeiel, and with him two hundred and eighteen males.

And of the sons of Baani; Selimuth the son of Josephia, and with him a hundred and sixty males.

И$ эT сн~овъ ваа^ни` селоми'џъ, сн~ъ и^ѓ^сефїя, и^ с ни'мъ, р~ћ, мђжїи.

|
And of the sons of Babi; Zacharias the son of Babi, and with him twenty-eight males.
|
эT сн~овъ вавизая, заха'рїя сн~ъ вавњеv и^ с ни'мъ, к~и, мђжїи”

And of the sons of Asgad; Joanan the son of Accatan, and with him a hundred and ten males.
|
И$ эT сн~овъ а^з#га'довыхъ, и^ѓ^на'нъ сн~ъ и^ката'новъ, и^ с ни'мъ, р~і, мђжїи”

|
And of the sons of Adonicam were the last, and these were their names, Eliphalat, Jeel, and Samæa, and with them sixty males.

эT сн~овъ аDдоникама, и^же бя'хђ послDњнїи. и^ сїя и^мена` и^хъ, е^дфала'џ#. и^е^и'ль, и^ сама'ия, и^ с ними, ћE, мђжїи.

And of the sons of Baguæ, Uthai, and Zabud, and with him seventy males.
|
эT сн~овъ вагђа^и'левыхъ. ё^џа'и, и^ зађ'дъ, и^ с ни'ми, о~, мђжїи”

|
And I gathered them to the river that comes to Evi, and we encamped there three days: and I reviewed the people and the priests, and found none of the sons of Levi there.
|
Събра'х# же и^хъ к рњцњ` и^же бли'зъ е^вїя. и^ пребыхомъ т^ђ тр^и дн~и, и^ска'х# же въ лю'дехъ и^ въ сщ~енницњхъ эT сн~овъ левљ=и^нъ и^ не ѓ^брто'хъ т^ђ”

|
And I sent men of understanding to Eleazar, to Ariel, to Semeias, and to Alonam, and to Jarib, and to Elnatham, and to Nathan, and to Zacharias, and to Mesollam, and to Joarim, and to Elnathan.
|
Сего ра'ди эTдњлиX е^лиза'ръ, и^ а^рїе'лмъ и^ семея и^ маа^на наи^е^ри'ва и^ е^лнаџа'ма и^ наџа'на, и^ заха'рїю, и^ мес#сала'ма. і^ и^ѓ^а^ри'ма и^ е^лнаџа'на премђ'дрыи”

|
And I forwarded them to the rulers with the money of the place, and I put words in their mouth to speak to their brethren the Athinim with the money of the place, that they should bring us singers for the house of our God.
|
И$зведо'хъ и^хъ и^ поста'вихъ нача'лниками въ мњ'стњ сре'бренњ” И$ заповњ'дахъ въ ё^ста` и^мъ словеса` гл~ати къ бра'тїи и^хъ ст~ослђжи'телемъ, и^же въ сре'бренњ мњ'стњ” Привести` наM пою'щихъ, въ до'мъ бж~їи.

And they came to us, as the good hand of our God was upon us, even a man of understanding of the sons of Mooli, the son of Levi, the son of Israel, and at the commencement came his sons and his brethren, eighteen.

и^ прїидо'ша къ намъ. поне'же б^о рђка` бж~їа б^њ бл~га на на'съ” эT сн~овъ моѓ^се'вь сн~ъ лїеви, сн~овъ і^и^л~евъ и^ саравїя, и^ сн~ве е^го и^ бра'тїа е^го, и~і.

|
And Asebia, and Isaia of the sons of Merari, his brethren and his sons, twenty.
|
и^ а^савїа и^ с ни'мъ и^са'їа эT сн~овъ мера'ри. бра'тїя же е^го и^ сн~ове е^го, к~.

|
|
And of the Nathinim, whom David and the princes had appointed for the service of the Levites there were two hundred and twenty Nathinim; all were gathered by their names.

и^ эT саџинеи'мъ и%х#же да'лъ дв~дъ. и^ кн~ѕи къ слђж'бњ левљ=томъ. наџине'и, с~к, и^ вс^и тїи свои^мъ и^мене'мъ нарица'хђся”

And I proclaimed there a fast, at the river Aüe, that we should humble ourselves before our God, to seek of him a straight way for us, and for our children, and for all our property.
|
И$ проповњ'дахъ т^ђ говњнїе бли'зъ рњки` а^џђра е^же пока'ятися преD гм~ъ бм~ъ нашимъ, и^ проси'ти эT него пђть пра'выи на'мъ и^ сн~овомъ на'шимъ, и^ всемђ` сђществђ на'шемђ”

|
For I was ashamed to ask of the king a guard and horsemen to save us from the enemy in the way: for we had spoken to the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all that seek him, for good; but his power and his wrath are upon all that forsake him.
|
ПосрамиX бо ся и^спроси'ти эT цр~я по'мощи и^ ко'нникъ и^же ё^щитя'тъ наs эT вра'гъ на пђти`. ја%ко гл~ахомъ цр~ю рекђщи” Рђка` б~а на'шего е^сть на всњ'хъ и^же и%щђтъ е^го въ блгsти. и^ крњ'пость е^го и^ ја%рость е^го на всњхъ и^же ѓ^ставля'ютъ е^го”

So we fasted, and asked of our God concerning this; and he hearkened to us.
|
Говњ'хоM же и^ моли'хомся б~ђ на'шемђ” Того раd и^ прїидетъ на'мъ преспњва'ющи

And I gave charge to twelve of the chiefs of the priests, to Saraia, to Asabia, and ten of their brethren with them.
|
и^ эTлђчи'хъ эT кн~ѕе'и сщ~ен#ническихъ, в~і. сирїю и^ а^савїя с ни'ми эT бра'тїи и^хъ,

|
And I weighed to them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of the first-fruits of the house of our God, which the king, and his councillors, and his princes, and all Israel that were found, had dedicated.
|
і~” Възвњсил# же и^мъ сребро` и^ зла'то и^ сосђ'ды сщ~енныхъ до'мђ б~а на'шего, и^же въздава'ше цр~ь и^ совњтницы е^го, и^ кн~ѕи е^го”

|
I even weighed into their hands six hundred and fifty talents of silver, and a hundred silver vessels, and a hundred talents of gold;
|
И$ да'хъ въ рђ'ки и^хъ сребро`, тала'нтовъ, ѕ~, соT, н~. и^ съсђ'довъ сре'бряныX. р~. и^ зла'та, р~, тала'нтъ”

|
and twenty golden bowls, weighing about a thousand drachms, and superior vessels of fine shining brass, precious as gold.
|
И$ съсђди зла'тїи, к~. и^же и^мя'хђ сребрениk поты'сящи” И$ съсђдовъ мњди пресвњтлыя предо'брыя, Wв~. кра'сно ја%ко зла'то.

|
And I said to them, Ye are holy to the Lord; and the vessels are holy; and the silver and the gold are freewill-offerings to the Lord God of our fathers.
|
и^ реко'хъ и^мъ” Вы` ст~и г~ђ б~ђ, и^ съсђ'ди ст~їи. и^ сре'бро и^ зла'то, чт^о во'лею въда'но е^сть г~ђ б~ђ эTц~ъ на'шихъ”

|
Be watchful and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chief priests and the Levites, and the chiefs of families in Jerusalem, at the chambers of the house of the Lord.
|
Бди'те и^ стрежи'те до'ндеже въздади'те преD кн~ѕи сщ~ен#никовъ и^ левљ=товъ, и^ кн~ѕевъ ѓ^би'телныхъ і^и^л~евыхъ въ і^ерsлимњ, въ сокро'вищи до'мђ гн~я”

|
So the priests and the Levites took the weight of the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring to Jerusalem into the house of our God.
|
И$ въспрїя'ша же сщ~енницы и^ левљ=ти бре'мя сре'бра, и^ зла'та, и^ съсђ'довъ да възнесђтъ въ і^ерsлимъ, въ до'мъ б~а на'шего”

|
And we departed from the river of Aüe on the twelfth day of the first month, to come to Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was upon us, and delivered us from the hand of the enemy and adversary in the way.
|
Въздвиго'хомся эT рњки` даё%си, въ в~і, дн~ь. мцsа, а~ го. да и%демъ въ і^ерsлимъ” И$ рђка` б~а на'шего бы'сть на на'съ, і^ и^зба'вилъ насъ эT рђ'къ вра'жїи^хъ и^ лаа'теле'и пђтныхъ.

And we came to Jerusalem, and abode there three days.
|
и^ прїидохомъ въ і^ерsлиM и^ пребы'хомъ т^ђ, г~, дн~и”

|
And it came to pass on the fourth day that we weighed the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, in the house of our God, into the hand of Merimoth the son of Uria the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinees, and with them Jozabad the son of Jesus, and Noadia the son of Banaia, the Levites.

дн~и же д~ го, поста'вихомъ сребро` и^ зла'то, и^ съсђ'ди въ домђ` б~а на'шего поD рђ'кђ маримо'џа, сн~а ё^рїи^на сщ~енника, и^ с ни'мъ е^лїаза'ръ сн~ъ финее^совъ. и^ с ни'мъ и^ѓ^зава'дъ сн~ъ і^и^сђевъ и^ ноа^дїя сн~ъ ванаке'въ и^ левљ=ты,

All things were reckoned by number and weight, and the whole weight was written down.
|
по числђ`. и^ бре'мя всњмъ ѓ^пи'сано е^сть вс^е по мњ'рњ

|
At that time the children of the banishment that came from the captivity offered whole-burnt-offerings to the God of Israel, twelve calves for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, twelve goats for a sin-offering: all whole-burnt-offerings to the Lord.
|
въ вре'мя т^о” І$ и'же прїидо'ша эT плњне'нїа сн~ове преселе'нїа принесо'ша вс^есъж#же'нїе б~ђ і^и^л~евђ, телецъ, в~і. за всXњ люде'и і^и^л~евыX. ѓ%венъ, ч~ѕ. а%гнецъ, о~з. козло'въ за грњхи`, в~і. вс^я въ все`съж#же'нїе гн~е”

And they gave the king's mandate to the king's lieutenants, and the governors beyond the river: and they honoured the people and the house of God.
|
И$ да'ша же повеле'нїе цр~ево си'л#нымъ, и^же бя'хђ эT преDстоя'щихъ цр~еви, и^ кн~ѕемъ и^же за рњко'ю. и^ въздви'гнђша лю'дїе до'мъ бж~їи”
