| (Зач. 175) Сего́ ра́ди іму́ще служе́ніє сіє́, я́коже поми́ловані би́хом, не стужа́єм сі; | Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we faint not: |

| но отреко́хомся та́йних сра́ма, не в лука́вствії ходя́ще, ні льстя́ще словесе́ Бо́жия, но явле́нієм і́стини представля́юще себе́ ко вся́цій со́вісті челові́честій, пред Бо́гом. | but we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. |

| А́ще ли же єсть покрове́нно благовіствова́ніє на́ше, в ги́бнущих єсть покрове́нно, | And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in them that perish: |

| в ни́хже бог ві́ка сего́ осліпи́ ра́зуми неві́рних, во є́же не возсія́ти їм сві́ту благовіствова́нія сла́ви Христо́ви, І́же єсть о́браз Бо́га неви́димаго. | in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn upon them. |

| Не себе́ бо пропові́даєм, но Христа́ Ісу́са Го́спода; себе́ же самі́х рабо́в вам Ісу́са (Го́спода) ра́ди; | For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. |

| (Зач. 176) я́ко Бог реки́й із тьми сві́ту возсія́ти, і́же возсія́ в сердця́х на́ших, к просвіще́нію ра́зума сла́ви Бо́жия о лиці́ Ісу́с Христо́ві. | Seeing it is God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. |

| І́мами же сокро́вище сіє́ в скуде́льних сосу́діх, да премно́жество си́ли бу́деть Бо́жия, а не от нас; | But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves; |

|
| во всем скорб'я́ще, но не стужа́юще сі; неча́ємі, но не отчаява́ємі; | we are pressed on every side, yet not straitened; perplexed, yet not unto despair; |
|

|
| гони́мі, но не оставля́ємі; низлага́ємі, но не погиба́юще; | pursued, yet not forsaken; smitten down, yet not destroyed; |
|

|
| всегда́ ме́ртвость Го́спода Ісу́са в ті́лі нося́ще, да і живо́т Ісу́сов в ті́лі на́шем яви́ться. | always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body. |

|
| При́сно бо ми живі́ї в смерть предає́мся Ісу́са ра́ди, да і живо́т Ісу́сов яви́ться в ме́ртвенній пло́ті на́шей; | For we who live are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh. |

| ті́мже смерть у́бо в нас ді́йствуєть, а живо́т в вас. | So then death worketh in us, but life in you. |

| (Зач. 177) Іму́ще же тойже дух ві́ри, по пи́санному: «Ві́ровах, ті́мже возглаго́лах», — і ми ві́руєм, ті́мже і глаго́лем, | But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, I believed, and therefore did I speak; we also believe, and therefore also we speak; |

| ві́дяще, я́ко Воздви́гий Го́спода Ісу́са, і нас со Ісу́сом воздви́гнеть, і предпоста́вить с ва́ми. | knowing that he that raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also through Jesus, and shall present us with you. |

| Вся бо вас ра́ди, да благода́ть умно́жившаяся, мно́жайшими благодаре́нії ізби́точествить в сла́ву Бо́жию. | For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound unto the glory of God. |
|

| Ті́мже не стужа́єм сі; но а́ще і вні́шній наш челові́к тлі́єть, оба́че вну́тренній обновля́ється по вся дні. | Wherefore we faint not; but though our outward man is decaying, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. |
|

| Є́же бо ни́ні ле́гкоє печа́лі на́шея, по преумноже́нію в преспі́яніє тяготу́ ві́чния сла́ви соді́ловаєть нам, | For our light affliction, which is for the moment, worketh for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; |
|

| не смотря́ющим нам ви́димих, но неви́димих; ви́димая бо вре́менна, неви́димая же ві́чна. | while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. |
