| Ґвраaмъ роди2 їсаaка. Їсаaкъ же роди2 їaкова. Їaковъ же роди2 їyду и3 брaтію є3гw2. | Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judah and his brethren; |

| Їyда же роди2 фарeса и3 зaру t fамaры. Фарeсъ же роди2 є3ср0ма. Е#ср0мъ же роди2 ґрaма. | and Judah begat Perez and Zerah of Tamar; and Perez begat Hezron; and Hezron begat Ram; |

| Ґрaмъ же роди2 ґмінадaва. Ґмінадaвъ же роди2 наассHна. НаассHнъ же роди2 салмHна. | and Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon; and Nahshon begat Salmon; |

| СалмHнъ же роди2 во0за t рахaвы. Во0зъ же роди2 њви1да t рyfы. Њви1дъ же роди2 їессeа. | and Salmon begat Boaz of Rahab; and Boaz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; |

| Їессeй же роди2 дв7да царS. Дв7дъ же цaрь роди2 соломHна t ўрjины. | and Jesse begat David the king. And David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Uriah; |

| СоломHнъ же роди2 ровоaма. Ровоaмъ же роди2 ґвjю. Ґвjа же роди2 ѓсу. | and Solomon begat Rehoboam; and Rehoboam begat Abijah; and Abijah begat Asa; |

| Ѓса же роди2 їwсафaта. Їwсафaтъ же роди2 їwрaма. Їwрaмъ же роди2 nзjю. | and Asa begat Jehoshaphat; and Jehoshaphat begat Joram; and Joram begat Uzziah; |

| Nзjа же роди2 їwаfaма. Їwаfaмъ же роди2 ґхaза. Ґхaзъ же роди2 є3зекjю. | and Uzziah begat Jotham; and Jotham begat Ahaz; and Ahaz begat Hezekiah; |

| Е#зекjа же роди2 манассjю. Манассjа же роди2 ґмHна. ҐмHнъ же роди2 їwсjю. | and Hezekiah begat Manasseh; and Manasseh begat Amon; and Amon begat Josiah; |

| Їwсjа же роди2 їех0нію и3 брaтію є3гw2, въ преселeніе вавmлHнское [Ст. №‹ въ нёкіихъ грeч.: їwсjа же роди2 їwакjма и3 брaтію є3гw2. Їwакjмъ же роди2 їех0нію въ преселeніе вавmлHнское.]. | and Josiah begat Jechoniah and his brethren, at the time of the carrying away to Babylon. |

| По преселeніи же вавmлHнстэмъ, їех0ніа роди2 салаfjилz. Салаfjиль же роди2 зоровaвелz. | And after the carrying away to Babylon, Jechoniah begat Shealtiel; and Shealtiel begat Zerubbabel; |

| Зоровaвель же роди2 ґвіyда. Ґвіyдъ же роди2 є3ліакjма. Е#ліакjмъ же роди2 ґзHра. | and Zerubbabel begat Abiud; and Abiud begat Eliakim; and Eliakim begat Azor; |

| ҐзHръ же роди2 садHка. СадHкъ же роди2 ґхjма. Ґхjмъ же роди2 є3ліyда. | and Azor begat Zadok; and Zadok begat Achim; and Achim begat Eliud; |

| Е#ліyдъ же роди2 є3леазaра. Е#леазaръ же роди2 матfaна. Матfaнъ же роди2 їaкwва. | and Eliud begat Eleazar; and Eleazar begat Matthan; and Matthan begat Jacob; |

| Їaкwвъ же роди2 їHсифа, мyжа мRjина, и3з8 неsже роди1сz ї}съ, глаг0лемый хrт0съ. | and Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. |

| Всёхъ же родHвъ t ґвраaма до дв7да р0дове четыренaдесzте: и3 t дв7да до преселeніz вавmлHнскаго р0дове четыренaдесzте: и3 t преселeніz вавmлHнскаго до хrтA р0дове четыренaдесzте. | So all the generations from Abraham unto David are fourteen generations; and from David unto the carrying away to Babylon fourteen generations; and from the carrying away to Babylon unto the Christ fourteen generations. |

Ї}съ хrт0во ржcтво2 си1це бЁ: њбручeннэй бо бhвши м™ри є3гw2 мRjи їHсифови, прeжде дaже не сни1тисz и4ма, њбрётесz и3мyщи во чрeвэ t д¦а с™а. | Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. |

| ЇHсифъ же мyжъ є3S, првdнъ сhй и3 не хотS є3S њбличи1ти, восхотЁ тaй пусти1ти ю5. | And Joseph her husband, being a righteous man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. |

| Сі‰ же є3мY помhслившу, сE, ѓгGлъ гDень во снЁ kви1сz є3мY, глаг0лz: їHсифе, сhне дв7довъ, не ўб0йсz пріsти мRіaмъ жены2 твоеS: р0ждшеебосz въ нeй, t д¦а є4сть с™а: | But when he thought on these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. |

| роди1тъ же сн7а, и3 наречeши и4мz є3мY ї}съ: т0й бо сп7сeтъ лю1ди сво‰ t грBхъ и4хъ. | And she shall bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name JESUS; for it is he that shall save his people from their sins. |

| Сіe же всE бhсть, да сбyдетсz речeнное t гDа прbр0комъ, глаг0лющимъ: | Now all this is come to pass, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, |

| сE, дв7а во чрeвэ пріи1метъ и3 роди1тъ сн7а, и3 нарекyтъ и4мz є3мY є3мманyилъ, є4же є4сть сказaемо: съ нaми бGъ. | Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, And they shall call his name Immanuel; which is, being interpreted, God with us. |

| Востaвъ же їHсифъ t снA, сотвори2 ћкоже повелЁ є3мY ѓгGлъ гDень, и3 пріsтъ женY свою2, | And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took unto him his wife; |

| и3 не знazше є3S, д0ндеже роди2 сн7а своего2 пeрвенца, и3 наречE и4мz є3мY ї}съ. | and knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. |
