А҆за́рїа же сы́нъ а҆да́довъ, бы́сть на не́мъ дх҃ъ бж҃їй:	And Azarias the son of Oded—upon him came the Spirit of the Lord,
2	2
и҆ и҆зы́де во срѣ́тенїе а҆́сѣ и҆ всемꙋ̀ і҆ꙋ́дѣ и҆ венїамі́нꙋ и҆ речѐ є҆мꙋ̀: оу҆слы́шите мѧ̀, а҆́са и҆ ве́сь і҆ꙋ́да и҆ венїамі́нъ: гдⷭ҇ь съ ва́ми, ꙗ҆́кѡ бы́сте съ ни́мъ: и҆ а҆́ще взы́щете є҆гѡ̀, ѡ҆брѧ́щетсѧ ва́мъ, а҆́ще же ѡ҆ста́вите є҆го̀, ѡ҆ста́витъ ва́съ:	and he went out to meet Asa, and all Juda and Benjamin, and said, Hear me, Asa, and all Juda and Benjamin. The Lord is with you, while ye are with him; and if ye seek him out, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.

мно́зи дні́е (бꙋ́дꙋтъ) во і҆и҃ли без̾ бг҃а и҆́стиннагѡ и҆ без̾ свѧще́нника оу҆ча́щагѡ и҆ без̾ зако́на:	And Israel has been a long time without the true God, and without a priest to expound the truth, and without the law.

є҆гда́ же ѡ҆братѧ́тсѧ въ печа́ли ко гдⷭ҇ꙋ бг҃ꙋ і҆и҃левꙋ и҆ взы́щꙋтъ є҆гѡ̀, и҆ ѡ҆брѧ́щетсѧ и҆̀мъ:	But he shall turn them to the Lord God of Israel, and he will be found of them.

и҆ во вре́мѧ ѻ҆́но не бꙋ́детъ ми́ръ и҆сходѧ́щемꙋ и҆ входѧ́щемꙋ, ꙗ҆́кѡ оу҆́жасъ гдⷭ҇ень на всѣ́хъ ѡ҆бита́ющихъ на землѝ	And in that time there is no peace to one going out, or to one coming in, for the terror of the Lord is upon all that inhabit the lands.
6	6
и҆ ѡ҆полчи́тсѧ ꙗ҆зы́къ на ꙗ҆зы́къ и҆ гра́дъ проти́вꙋ гра́да, ꙗ҆́кѡ гдⷭ҇ь смꙋти́тъ и҆̀хъ во всѧ́цѣй печа́ли:	And nation shall fight against nation, and city against city; for God has confounded them with every kind of affliction.

и҆ вы̀ оу҆крѣпи́тесѧ, и҆ да не ѡ҆слабѣ́ютъ рꙋ́ки ва́шѧ, є҆́сть бо мзда̀ дѣ́лꙋ ва́шемꙋ.	But be ye strong, and let not your hands be weakened: for there is a reward for your work.

И҆ є҆гда̀ оу҆слы́ша а҆́са словеса̀ сїѧ̑ и҆ прⷪ҇ро́чество а҆за́рїи прⷪ҇ро́ка, оу҆крѣпи́сѧ и҆ ѿѧ̀ всѧ̑ і҆́дѡлы ѿ всеѧ̀ землѝ і҆ꙋ́дины и҆ венїамі́ни и҆ ѿ градѡ́въ, и҆̀хже содержа́ше і҆еровоа́мъ въ горѣ̀ є҆фре́мли, и҆ ѡ҆свѧтѝ ѻ҆лта́рь гдⷭ҇ень, и҆́же бѣ̀ пред̾ хра́момъ гдⷭ҇нимъ:	And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of Adad the prophet, then he strengthened himself, and cast out the abominations from all the land of Juda and Benjamin, and from the cities which Jeroboam possessed, in mount Ephraim, and he renewed the altar of the Lord, which was before the temple of the Lord.

собра́ же (всего̀) і҆ꙋ́дꙋ и҆ венїамі́на и҆ прише́лцєвъ ѡ҆бита́ющихъ съ ни́мъ ѿ є҆фре́ма и҆ ѿ манассі́и и҆ ѿ сѷмеѡ́на, мно́зи бо къ немꙋ̀ прибѣго́ша ѿ і҆и҃лѧ, є҆гда̀ оу҆ви́дѣша, ꙗ҆́кѡ гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ є҆гѡ̀ съ ни́мъ.	And he assembled Juda and Benjamin, and the strangers that dwelt with him, of Ephraim, and of Manasse, and of Symeon: for many of Israel were joined to him, when they saw that the Lord his God was with him.

И҆ собра́шасѧ во і҆ерⷭ҇ли́мъ въ мцⷭ҇ъ тре́тїй, въ лѣ́то пѧтоена́десѧть ца́рства а҆́сы,	And they assembled at Jerusalem in the third month, in the fifteenth year of the reign of Asa.
11	11
и҆ пожро́ша гдⷭ҇ꙋ въ де́нь то́й ѿ коры́стей, и҆̀хже приведо́ша, волѡ́въ се́дмь сѡ́тъ и҆ ѻ҆ве́цъ се́дмь ты́сѧщъ,	And he sacrificed to the Lord in that day of the spoils which they brought, seven hundred calves and seven thousand sheep.
12	12
и҆ поидо́ша въ завѣ́тѣ, є҆́же и҆ска́ти гдⷭ҇а бг҃а ѻ҆тє́цъ свои́хъ всѣ́мъ се́рдцемъ и҆ все́ю дꙋше́ю свое́ю:	And he entered into a covenant that they should seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul.
13	13
и҆ (речѐ): всѧ́къ, и҆́же а҆́ще не взы́щетъ гдⷭ҇а бг҃а і҆и҃лева, да оу҆́мретъ ѿ ю̑нагѡ да́же до старѣ́йшагѡ, ѿ мꙋ́жа да́же до жены̀.	And that whoever should not seek the Lord God of Israel, should die, whether young or old, whether man or woman.
14	14
И҆ клѧ́шасѧ гдⷭ҇ꙋ гла́сомъ вели́кимъ въ восклица́нїи и҆ въ трꙋба́хъ и҆ въ ро́жаныхъ.	And they swore to the Lord with a loud voice, and with trumpets, and with cornets.
15	15
И҆ возра́довасѧ ве́сь і҆ꙋ́да ѡ҆ клѧ́твѣ, ꙗ҆́кѡ ѿ всеѧ̀ дꙋшѝ клѧ́шасѧ, и҆ все́ю во́лею взыска́ша є҆гѡ̀, и҆ ѡ҆брѣ́тесѧ и҆̀мъ, и҆ дадѐ и҆̀мъ гдⷭ҇ь поко́й ѡ҆́крестъ.	And all Juda rejoiced concerning the oath: for they swore with all their heart, and they sought him with all their desires; and he was found of them: and the Lord gave them rest round about.
16	16
И҆ маа́хꙋ ма́терь свою̀ ѿлꙋчѝ, да не слꙋ́житъ а҆ста́ртꙋ, и҆ сокрꙋшѝ і҆́дѡла и҆ сожжѐ въ пото́цѣ ке́дрстѣмъ.	And he removed Maacha his mother from being priestess to Astarte; and he cut down the idol, and burnt it in the brook of Kedron.
17	17
То́кмѡ высо́кихъ не ѿста́ви, є҆ще́ бо бѧ́хꙋ во і҆и҃ли, но се́рдце а҆́сы бѣ̀ соверше́нно во всѣ́хъ дне́хъ є҆гѡ̀:	Nevertheless they removed not the high places: they still existed in Israel: nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect all his days.
18	18
и҆ внесѐ ст҃а̑ѧ даві́да ѻ҆тца̀ своегѡ̀ и҆ ст҃а̑ѧ своѧ̑ въ до́мъ бж҃їй, сребро̀ и҆ зла́то и҆ сосꙋ́ды.	And he brought in the holy things of David his father, and the holy things of the house of God, silver, and gold, and vessels.
19	19
И҆ бра́нь не бы́сть є҆мꙋ̀ да́же до три́десѧть пѧ́тагѡ лѣ́та ца́рства а҆́сина.	And there was no war waged with him until the thirty-fifth year of the reign of Asa.
