Chapter 24

|
|
И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ мѡѷсе́ю, гл҃ѧ:
|
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
|

|
|
заповѣ́ждь сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ, да во́змꙋтъ тѝ є҆ле́й ѿ ма́сличїѧ чи́стъ и҆сцѣже́нъ въ свѣтѣ́нїе, да гори́тъ свѣти́ло всегда̀,
|
Charge the children of Israel, and let them take for thee pure olive oil beaten for the light, to burn a lamp continually,

|
внѣ̀ завѣ́сы въ ски́нїи свидѣ́нїѧ, и҆ возжига́ти бꙋ́дꙋтъ є҆го̀ а҆арѡ́нъ и҆ сы́нове є҆гѡ̀ ѿ ве́чера до заꙋ́тра пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ непреста́ннѡ, зако́ннѡ вѣ́чнѡ въ ро́ды ва́шѧ:
|
outside the veil in the tabernacle of witness; and Aaron and his sons shall burn it from evening until morning before the Lord continually, a perpetual statute throughout your generations.
|

|
на свѣти́лницѣ чи́стѣмъ возжига́ти бꙋ́дете свѣти̑ла пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ да́же до оу҆́тра.
|
Ye shall burn the lamps on the pure lamp-stand before the Lord till the morrow.
|

|
И҆ во́змете мꙋкѝ пшени́чны, и҆ сотворитѐ ѿ неѧ̀ двана́десѧть хлѣ́бѡвъ: двꙋ̀ десѧти́нъ да бꙋ́детъ хлѣ́бъ є҆ди́нъ:
|
And ye shall take fine flour, and make of it twelve loaves; each loaf shall be of two tenth parts.
|

|
и҆ возложи́те и҆̀хъ на два̀ положє́нїѧ, по шестѝ хлѣ́бѡвъ є҆ди́но положе́нїе на трапе́зѣ чи́стѣ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ:
|
And ye shall put them in two rows, each row containing six loaves, on the pure table before the Lord.
|

|
и҆ возложи́те на є҆ди́но положе́нїе лїва́нъ чи́стъ и҆ со́ль, и҆ да бꙋ́дꙋтъ хлѣ́бы въ па́мѧть предлежа́щыѧ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ:
|
And ye shall put on each row pure frankincense and salt; and these things shall be for loaves for a memorial, set forth before the Lord.
|

|
въ де́нь сꙋббѡ́ты да предлага́ютсѧ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ всегда̀ ѿ сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, завѣ́тъ вѣ́чный:
|
On the sabbath-day they shall be set forth before the Lord continually before the children of Israel, for an everlasting covenant.
|

|
и҆ да бꙋ́дꙋтъ а҆арѡ́нꙋ и҆ сынѡ́мъ є҆гѡ̀, и҆ да снѣдѧ́тъ ѧ҆̀ на мѣ́стѣ ст҃ѣ, сꙋ́ть бо ст҃а̑ѧ ст҃ы́хъ: сїѐ и҆̀мъ ѿ же́ртвъ гдⷭ҇ꙋ въ зако́нъ вѣ́чный.
|
And they shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat them in the holy place: for this is their most holy portion of the offerings made to the Lord, a perpetual statute.
|

|
И҆ и҆зы́де сы́нъ жены̀ і҆и҃лтѧныни, и҆ се́й бѣ̀ сы́нъ є҆гѵ́птѧнина въ сынѣ́хъ і҆и҃левыхъ: и҆ прѧ́хꙋсѧ въ полцѣ̀ и҆́же ѿ і҆и҃лтѧныни и҆ мꙋ́жъ і҆и҃лтѧнинъ:
|
And there went forth a son of an Israelitish woman, and he was son of an Egyptian man among the sons of Israel; and they fought in the camp, the son of the Israelitish woman, and a man who was an Israelite.
|

и҆ наре́къ сы́нъ жены̀ і҆и҃лтѧныни и҆́мѧ (гдⷭ҇не) проклѧ̀. И҆ приведо́ша є҆го̀ къ мѡѷсе́ю. И҆́мѧ же ма́тере є҆гѡ̀ салѡмі́ѳъ, дще́рь даврі́ина, ѿ пле́мене да́нова.
|
And the son of the Israelitish woman named THE NAME and cursed; and they brought him to Moses: and his mother's name was Salomith, daughter of Dabri of the tribe of Dan.
|

И҆ вверго́ша є҆го̀ въ темни́цꙋ, разсꙋди́ти ѡ҆ не́мъ повелѣ́нїемъ гдⷭ҇нимъ.
|
And they put him in ward, to judge him by the command of the Lord.
|
|

|
|
И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ мѡѷсе́ю, гл҃ѧ:
|
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
|
|

|
|
и҆зведѝ клѧ́вшаго внѣ̀ полка̀, и҆ да возложа́тъ всѝ слы́шавшїи рꙋ́цѣ своѝ на главꙋ̀ є҆гѡ̀, и҆ да побїю́тъ є҆го̀ ка́менїемъ ве́сь со́нмъ:
|
Bring forth him that cursed outside the camp, and all who heard shall lay their hands upon his head, and all the congregation shall stone him.
|

|
и҆ сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ глаго́ли и҆ рече́ши къ ни̑мъ: человѣ́къ человѣ́къ, и҆́же а҆́ще проклене́тъ бг҃а своего̀, грѣ́хъ прїи́метъ:
|
And speak to the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, Whosoever shall curse God shall bear his sin.
|

|
нарица́ѧй же и҆́мѧ гдⷭ҇не сме́ртїю да оу҆́мретъ: ка́менїемъ да побїю́тъ є҆го̀ ве́сь со́нмъ і҆и҃льскїй: а҆́ще тꙋзе́мецъ, и҆лѝ пришле́цъ, є҆гда̀ нарече́тъ и҆́мѧ гдⷭ҇не, да оу҆́мретъ:
|
And he that names the name of the Lord, let him die the death: let all the congregation of Israel stone him with stones; whether he be a stranger or a native, let him die for naming the name of the Lord.
|

|
и҆ человѣ́къ, и҆́же а҆́ще порази́тъ всѧ́кꙋ дꙋ́шꙋ человѣ́чꙋ, и҆ оу҆́мретъ, сме́ртїю да оу҆́мретъ:
|
And whosoever shall smite a man and he die, let him die the death.
|

|
и҆ и҆́же а҆́ще оу҆да́ритъ скота̀, и҆ оу҆́мретъ, да возда́стъ дꙋ́шꙋ вмѣ́стѡ дꙋшѝ:
|
And whosoever shall smite a beast, and it shall die, let him render life for life.
|

|
|
и҆ а҆́ще кто̀ сотвори́тъ поро́къ бли́жнемꙋ, ꙗ҆́коже сотворѝ є҆мꙋ̀, та́кожде и҆ є҆мꙋ̀ да сотворѧ́тъ:
|
And whosoever shall inflict a blemish on his neighbour, as he has done to him, so shall it be done to himself in return;

|
и҆зломле́нїе за и҆зломле́нїе, ѻ҆́ко за ѻ҆́ко, зꙋ́бъ за зꙋ́бъ: ꙗ҆́коже сотвори́лъ поро́къ человѣ́кꙋ, та́кожде да сотворѧ́тъ и҆ є҆мꙋ̀:
|
bruise for bruise, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as any one may inflict a blemish on a man, so shall it be rendered to him.
|

|
и҆́же а҆́ще оу҆да́ритъ человѣ́ка, и҆ оу҆́мретъ сме́ртїю да оу҆́мретъ:
|
Whosoever shall smite a man, and he shall die, let him die the death.
|
|
22

|
|
ѡ҆правда́нїе є҆ди́но бꙋ́детъ прише́лцꙋ и҆ тꙋзе́мцꙋ, ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́зъ є҆́смь гдⷭ҇ь бг҃ъ ва́шъ.
|
There shall be one judgment for the stranger and the native, for I am the Lord your God.
|

|
И҆ глаго́ла мѡѷсе́й къ сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ, и҆ и҆зведо́ша клѧ́вшаго внѣ̀ полка̀, и҆ поби́ша є҆го̀ ка́менїемъ ве́сь со́нмъ: и҆ сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы сотвори́ша, ꙗ҆́коже заповѣ́да гдⷭ҇ь мѡѷсе́ю.
|
And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, and they brought him that had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones: and the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses.
