Then Darius the king made a decree, and caused a search to be made in the record-offices, where the treasure is stored in Babylon. ТогдA дaрій цaрь повелЁ, и3 и3скaша во книгохрани1телницахъ, и3дёже сокрHвище лежи1тъ въ вавmлHнэ.

And there was found in the city, in the palace, a volume, and this was the record written in it. И# њбрётесz во ґмafэ грaдэ мидjйстэмъ въ палaтэ глави1зна є3ди1на, и3 сіE пи1сано бЁ въ нeй на пaмzть:

In the first year of king Cyrus, Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the holy house of God that was in Jerusalem, saying, Let the house be built, and the place where they sacrifice the sacrifices. (Also he appointed its elevation, in height sixty cubits; its breadth was of sixty cubits.) въ лёто пeрвое кЂра царS, кЂръ цaрь цaрь повелЁ њ д0мэ б9іи, и4же во їеrли1мэ: д0мъ да сози1ждетсz, и3 мёсто, и3дёже жрyтъ жє1ртвы: и3 положи2 мёру высоты2 лакHтъ шестьдесsтъ, широтA є3гw2 лакHтъ шестьдесsтъ:

And let there be three strong layers of stone, and one layer of timber; and the expense shall be paid out of the house of the king. и3 стёны кaмєнныz твє1рдыz три2, и3 стэнA древsнаz є3ди1на, и3ждивeніе же t д0му царeва да дaстсz:

And the silver and the gold vessels of the house of God, which Nabuchodonosor carried off from the house that was in Jerusalem, and carried to Babylon, let them even be given, and be carried to the temple that is in Jerusalem, and put in the place where they were set in the house of God. и3 сосyди д0му б9іz златjи и3 срeбрzніи, и5хже навуходон0соръ взS t д0му, и4же во їеrли1мэ, и3 пренесE и5хъ въ вавmлHнъ, да tдадyтсz и3 внесyтсz въ д0мъ, и4же во їеrли1мэ, на мёсто, и3дёже и3 постaвлени бsху въ домY б9іи:

Now, ye rulers beyond the river, Satharbuzanai, and their fellow-servants the Apharsachæans, who are on the other side of the river, give these things, keeping far from that place. нн7э u5бо дади1те, кнsзіе сyщіи за рэк0ю, саfарвузанaй и3 сослужи1теліе и4хъ ґфарсахeє, и5же за рэк0ю, далeче tиди1те tтyду:

Now let alone the work of the house of God: let the rulers of the Jews and the elders of the Jews build that house of God on its place. нн7э њстaвите дёло д0му б9іz: кнsзіе їудeйстіи и3 старBйшины и4хъ д0мъ б9ій т0й да созидaютъ на мёстэ своeмъ:

Also a decree has been made by me, if haply ye may do somewhat in concert with the elders of the Jews for the building of that house of God: to wit, out of the king's property, even the tributes beyond the river, let there be money to defray the expenses carefully granted to those men, so that they be not hindered. и3 t менє2 повелёно бhсть, да не когдA что2 сотвори1те проти1вно старёйшинамъ жидHвскимъ въ созидaніи д0му б9іz џнагw: и3 t и3мёній цaрскихъ дaней сyщихъ за рэк0ю прилёжнw на и3ждивeніе да даeтсz мужє1мъ тBмъ, є4же бы не престaло дёло то2:

And whatever need there may be, ye shall give both the young of bulls and rams, and lambs for whole-burnt-offerings to the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, oil:—let it be given them according to the word of the priests that are in Jerusalem, day by day whatsoever they shall ask; и3 є4же ѓще њскудёетъ, и3 телцы2 и3 nвны2 и3 ѓгнцы, во всесожжє1ніz бGу нбcному, пшени1ца, с0ль, віно2, є3лeй, по словеси2 свzщeнникwвъ, и5же во їеrли1мэ, да даeтсz и5мъ по вс‰ дни6, є4же ѓще воспр0сzтъ,

that they may offer sweet savours to the God of heaven, and that they may pray for the life of the king and his sons. да бyдутъ приносsщіи благоух†ніz бGу нбcному и3 да м0лzтсz њ жи1зни царS и3 сынHвъ є3гw2:

And a decree has been made by me, that every man who shall alter this word, timber shall be pulled down from his house, and let him be lifted up and slain upon it, and his house shall be confiscated. и3 t менє2 ўстaвлено повелёніе, да всsкъ человёкъ, и4же престyпитъ повелёніе сіE, в0зметсz дрeво t д0му є3гw2, и3 воздви1женъ њбёситсz на нeмъ, и3 д0мъ є3гw2 мнЁ бyдетъ взsтъ:

And may the God whose name dwells there, overthrow every king and people who shall stretch out his hand to alter or destroy the house of God which is in Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be diligently attended to. и3 бGъ, є3гHже њбитaетъ и4мz тaмw, да низврати1тъ всsкаго царS и3 лю1ди, и5же прострyтъ рyку свою2 премэни1ти и3ли2 разори1ти д0мъ б9ій, и4же є4сть во їеrли1мэ: ѓзъ дaрій постaвихъ повелёніе, съ прилэжaніемъ да бyдетъ.

Then Thanthanai the governor on this side beyond the river, Satharbuzanai, and his fellow-servants, according to that which king Darius sent, so they did diligently. ТогдA fаfанaй кнsзь страны2 зарёчныz, саfарвузанaй и3 сослужeбницы є3гw2, ћкоже послA дaрій цaрь, тaкw сотвори1ша тщaтелнw.

And the elders of the Jews and the Levites built, at the prophecy of Aggæus the prophet, and Zacharias the son of Addo: and they built up, and finished it, by the decree of the God of Israel, and by the decree of Cyrus, and Darius, and Arthasastha, kings of the Persians. СтарBйшины же їудeйстіи созидaху и3 леvjти по прbр0честву ґггeа прbр0ка и3 захaріи сhна ѓддwва. И# создaша и3 соверши1ша по повелёнію бGа ї}лева и3 по повелёнію кЂра и3 дaріа и3 ґртаxeрxа царeй пeрсскихъ,

And they finished this house by the third day of the month Adar, which is the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king. и3 соверши1ша д0мъ т0й дaже до днE трeтіzгw, мцcа ґдaра, и4же є4сть въ лёто шест0е цaрства дaріа царS.

And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the rest of the children of the captivity, kept the dedication of the house of God with gladness. Сотвори1ша же сhнове ї}лєвы, свzщeнницы и3 леvjти, и3 пр0чіи сынHвъ преселeніz њбновлeніе д0му б9іz въ рaдости,

And they offered for the dedication of the house of God a hundred calves, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, twelve kids of the goats for a sin-offering for all Israel, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. и3 принес0ша на њбновлeніе д0му б9іz телцє1въ сто2, nвнHвъ двёсти, ѓгнцєвъ четhреста, козлHвъ t к0зъ за грэхи2 всегw2 ї}лz дванaдесzть, по числY колёнъ ї}левыхъ:

And they set the priests in their divisions, and the Levites in their separate orders, for the services of God in Jerusalem, according to the writing of the book of Moses. и3 постaвиша свzщeнникwвъ въ чинёхъ свои1хъ и3 леvjты въ чaстехъ свои1хъ на служeніе д0му б9іz во їеrли1мэ, ћкоже пи1сано є4сть въ кни1зэ мwmсeовэ.

And the children of the captivity kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month. И# сотвори1ша сhнове преселeніz пaсху въ четвертыйнaдесzть дeнь мцcа пeрвагw:

For the priests and Levites were purified, all were clean to a man, and they slew the passover for all the children of the captivity, and for their brethren the priests, and for themselves. њчищeни бо бsху свzщeнницы и3 леvjти дaже до є3ди1нагw вси2 чи1сти, и3 пожр0ша пaсху всBмъ сынHмъ преселeніz и3 брaтіи и4хъ свzщeнникwмъ и3 себЁ самhмъ.

And the children of Israel ate the passover, even they that were of the captivity, and every one who separated himself to them from the uncleanness of the nations of the land, to seek the Lord God of Israel. И# kд0ша сhнове ї}лєвы пaсху, и5же t преселeніz, и3 всsкъ tлучи1выйсz t њсквернeніz kзhкwвъ земли2 къ ни6мъ, є4же взыскaти гDа бGа ї}лева.

And they kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with gladness, because the Lord made them glad, and he turned the heart of the king of Assyria to them, to strengthen their hands in the works of the house of the God of Israel. И# сотвори1ша прaздникъ њпрэсн0чный сeдмь днjй въ весeліи, ћкw возвесели2 и5хъ гDь и3 њбрати2 сeрдце царS ґссyрска къ ни6мъ, ўкрэпи1ти рyки и4хъ въ дёлэхъ д0му бGа ї}лева.
