Chapter 10	Глава́ і҃

Now these are the generations of the sons of Noe, Sem, Cham, Japheth; and sons were born to them after the flood.	Сїѧ̑ же (сꙋ́ть) бытїѧ̑ сынѡ́въ нѡ́евыхъ, си́ма, ха́ма, і҆а́феѳа. И҆ роди́шасѧ и҆̀мъ сы́нове по пото́пѣ.

The sons of Japheth, Gamer, and Magog, and Madoi, and Jovan, and Elisa, and Thobel, and Mosoch, and Thiras.	Сы́нове і҆а́феѳѡвы: гаме́ръ и҆ магѡ́гъ, и҆ мада́й и҆ і҆ѡѵа́нъ, и҆ є҆лїса̀ и҆ ѳове́лъ, и҆ мосо́хъ и҆ ѳі́расъ.

And the sons of Gamer, Aschanaz, and Riphath, and Thorgama.	Сы́нове же гаме́рѡвы: а҆схана́съ и҆ рїфа́ѳъ и҆ ѳоргама̀.

And the sons of Jovan, Elisa, and Tharseis, Cetians, Rhodians.	Сы́нове же і҆ѡѵа̑ни: є҆лїса̀ и҆ ѳарсі́съ, киті́йстїи и҆ роді́йстїи.

From these were the islands of the Gentiles divided in their land, each according to his tongue, in their tribes and in their nations.	Ѿ си́хъ раздѣли́шасѧ ѻ҆́строви ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ (всѣ́хъ) въ землѝ и҆́хъ: кі́йждо по ꙗ҆зы́кꙋ въ племенѣ́хъ свои́хъ и҆ въ наро́дѣхъ свои́хъ.

And the sons of Cham, Chus, and Mesrain, Phud, and Chanaan.	Сы́нове же ха́мѡвы: хꙋ́съ и҆ месраі́нъ, фꙋ́дъ и҆ ханаа́нъ.

And the sons of Chus, Saba, and Evila, and Sabatha, and Rhegma, and Sabathaca. And the sons of Rhegma, Saba, and Dadan.	Сы́нове хꙋ́сѡвы: сава̀ и҆ є҆ѵїла̀, и҆ саваѳа̀ и҆ регма̀, и҆ саваѳака̀. Сы́нове же регма́нѡвы: сава̀ и҆ дада́нъ.

And Chus begot Nebrod: he began to be a giant upon the earth.	Хꙋ́съ же родѝ неврѡ́да: се́й нача́тъ бы́ти и҆споли́нъ на землѝ:

He was a giant hunter before the Lord God; therefore they say, As Nebrod the giant hunter before the Lord.	се́й бѣ̀ и҆споли́нъ лове́цъ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ бг҃омъ: сегѡ̀ ра́ди рекꙋ́тъ: ꙗ҆́кѡ неврѡ́дъ и҆споли́нъ лове́цъ пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ.

And the beginning of his kingdom was Babylon, and Orech, and Archad, and Chalanne, in the land of Senaar.	И҆ бы́сть нача́ло ца́рства є҆гѡ̀ вавѷлѡ́нъ и҆ ѻ҆ре́хъ, и҆ а҆рха́дъ и҆ хала́нни на землѝ сеннаа́ръ.

Out of that land came Assur, and built Ninevi, and the city Rhooboth, and Chalach,	Ѿ землѝ тоѧ̀ и҆зы́де а҆ссꙋ́ръ: и҆ созда̀ нїнеѵі́ю, и҆ роѡвѡ́ѳъ гра́дъ, и҆ хала́хъ.

and Dase between Ninevi and Chalach: this is the great city.	И҆ дасе́мъ междꙋ̀ нїнеѵі́ею и҆ междꙋ̀ хала́хомъ: се́й є҆́сть гра́дъ вели́кїй.

And Mesrain begot the Ludiim, and the Nephthalim, and the Enemetiim, and the Labiim,	Месраі́нъ же родѝ лꙋдїи́ма и҆ нефѳалі́ма, и҆ є҆неметїи́ма и҆ лавїи́ма,

and the Patrosoniim, and the Chasmoniim (whence came forth Phylistiim) and the Gaphthoriim.	и҆ патросѡнїи́ма и҆ хасмѡнїи́ма, ѿню́дꙋже и҆зы́де фѷлїстїи́мъ, и҆ гафѳорїи́ма.

And Chanaan begot Sidon his first-born, and the Chettite,	Ханаа́нъ же родѝ сїдѡ́на пе́рвенца (своего̀) и҆ хетте́а,

and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,	и҆ і҆евꙋсе́а и҆ а҆морре́а, и҆ гергесе́а

and the Evite, and the Arukite, and the Asennite,	и҆ є҆ѵе́а, и҆ а҆рꙋке́а и҆ а҆сенне́а,

and the Aradian, and the Samarean, and the Amathite; and after this the tribes of the Chananites were dispersed.	и҆ а҆ра́дїа и҆ самаре́а, и҆ а҆маѳі́ю. И҆ посе́мъ разсѣ́ѧшасѧ племена̀ хананє́йскаѧ:

And the boundaries of the Chananites were from Sidon till one comes to Gerara and Gaza, till one comes to Sodom and Gomorrha, Adama and Seboim, as far as Dasa.	и҆ бы́ша предѣ́лы ханане́йстїи ѿ сїдѡ́на да́же прїитѝ до гера́ра и҆ га́зы, и҆дꙋ́ще да́же до содо́ма и҆ гомо́рры, до а҆дамы̀ и҆ севѡі́ма, да́же до да́са.

These were the sons of Cham in their tribes according to their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.	Сі́и сы́нове ха́мѡвы въ племенѣ́хъ свои́хъ, по ꙗ҆зы́кѡмъ свои̑мъ, въ страна́хъ свои́хъ и҆ въ наро́дѣхъ свои́хъ.

And to Sem himself also were children born, the father of all the sons of Heber, the brother of Japheth the elder.	И҆ си́мꙋ роди́сѧ и҆ томꙋ̀, ѻ҆тцꙋ̀ всѣ́хъ сынѡ́въ є҆ве́ровыхъ, бра́тꙋ і҆а́феѳа старѣ́йшагѡ [въ гре́ческомъ перево́дѣ і҆а́феѳъ пока́занъ бра́тъ си́мꙋ старѣ́йшїй.].

Sons of Sem, Elam, and Assur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Cainan.	Сы́нове си́мѡвы: є҆ла́мъ и҆ а҆ссꙋ́ръ, и҆ а҆рфаѯа́дъ и҆ лꙋ́дъ, и҆ а҆ра́мъ и҆ каїна́нъ.

And sons of Aram, Uz, and Ul, and Gater, and Mosoch.	И҆ сы́нове а҆ра̑мли: ѡ҆́съ и҆ оу҆́лъ, и҆ гате́ръ и҆ мосо́хъ.

And Arphaxad begot Cainan, and Cainan begot Sala. And Sala begot Heber.	И҆ а҆рфаѯа́дъ родѝ каїна́на, каїна́нъ же родѝ салꙋ̀, сала́ же родѝ є҆ве́ра.

And to Heber were born two sons, the name of the one, Phaleg, because in his days the earth was divided, and the name of his brother Jektan.	И҆ роди́стасѧ є҆ве́рꙋ два̀ сы̑на: и҆́мѧ є҆ди́номꙋ фале́къ: во дни̑ бо є҆гѡ̀ раздѣли́сѧ землѧ̀: и҆ и҆́мѧ бра́тꙋ є҆гѡ̀ і҆екта́нъ.

And Jektan begot Elmodad, and Saleth, and Sarmoth, and Jarach,	І҆екта́нъ же родѝ є҆лмѡда́да и҆ сале́фа, и҆ сармѡ́ѳа и҆ і҆ара́ха,

and Odorrha, and Aibel, and Decla,	и҆ ѻ҆до́рра и҆ є҆ви́ла и҆ декла̀,

and Eval, and Abimael, and Saba,	и҆ є҆ѵа́ла и҆ а҆вїмаи́ла и҆ сове́ва,

and Uphir, and Evila, and Jobab, all these were the sons of Jektan.	и҆ оу҆фі́ра и҆ є҆ѵі́ла и҆ і҆ѡва́ва: всѝ сі́и сы́нове і҆екта́нѡвы.

And their dwelling was from Masse, till one comes to Saphera, a mountain of the east.	И҆ бы́сть селе́нїе и҆́хъ ѿ ма́си да́же прїитѝ до сафи́ра, горы̀ восто́чныѧ.

These were the sons of Sem in their tribes, according to their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.	Сі́и сы́нове си́мѡвы, въ племенѣ́хъ свои́хъ, по ꙗ҆зы́кѡмъ и҆́хъ, въ страна́хъ и҆́хъ и҆ въ наро́дѣхъ и҆́хъ.

These are the tribes of the sons of Noe, according to their generations, according to their nations: of them were the islands of the Gentiles scattered over the earth after the flood.	Сїѧ̑ племена̀ сынѡ́въ нѡ́евыхъ по родѡ́мъ и҆́хъ, по ꙗ҆зы́кѡмъ и҆́хъ: ѿ си́хъ разсѣ́ѧшасѧ ѻ҆́строви ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ на землѝ по пото́пѣ.
