| And Esau took to himself wives of the daughters of the Chananites; Ada, the daughter of Ælom the Chettite; and Olibema, daughter of Ana the son of Sebegon, the Evite; | И҆са́ѵъ же поѧ̀ себѣ̀ жєны̀ ѿ дще́рей ханане́йскихъ: а҆дꙋ̀, дще́рь є҆лѡ́ма хетте́ина, и҆ ѻ҆лївемꙋ̀, дще́рь а҆на́ню сы́на севегѡ́на є҆ѵе́ина, |

| and Basemath, daughter of Ismael, sister of Nabaioth. | и҆ васема́ѳꙋ, дще́рь і҆сма́илю, сестрꙋ̀ навеѡ́ѳовꙋ. |

| And Ada bore to him Eliphas; and Basemath bore Raguel. | Роди́ же а҆да̀ и҆са́ѵꙋ є҆лїфа́са, и҆ васема́ѳъ родѝ рагꙋи́ла, |

| And Olibema bore Jeus, and Jeglom, and Core; these are the sons of Esau, which were born to him in the land of Chanaan. | и҆ ѻ҆лївема̀ родѝ і҆еꙋ́са и҆ і҆егло́ма и҆ коре́а: сі́и сы́нове и҆са̑ѵли, и҆̀же бы́ша є҆мꙋ̀ въ землѝ ханаа́нстѣй. |

| And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and all his possessions, and all his cattle, and all that he had got, and all things whatsoever he had acquired in the land of Chanaan; and Esau went forth from the land of Chanaan, from the face of his brother Jacob. | Поѧ́ же и҆са́ѵъ жєны̀ своѧ̑ и҆ сы́ны своѧ̑ и҆ дщє́ри своѧ̑, и҆ всѧ̑ тѣлеса̀ до́мꙋ своегѡ̀ и҆ всѧ̑ и҆мѣ̑нїѧ своѧ̑ и҆ всѧ̑ скоты̀, и҆ всѧ̑, є҆ли̑ка притѧжа̀, и҆ всѧ̑, є҆ли̑ка приѡбрѣ́те въ землѝ ханаа́нстѣй, и҆ ѿи́де и҆са́ѵъ и҆з̾ землѝ ханаа́нскїѧ ѿ лица̀ і҆а́кѡва бра́та своегѡ̀: |

| For their substance was too great for them to dwell together; and the land of their sojourning could not bear them, because of the abundance of their possessions. | бѧ́хꙋ бо и҆мѣ̑нїѧ и҆́хъ мнѡ́га, є҆́же жи́ти вкꙋ́пѣ: и҆ не можа́ше землѧ̀ ѡ҆бита́нїѧ и҆́хъ вмѣсти́ти и҆̀хъ, ѿ мно́жества и҆мѣ́нїй и҆́хъ. |

| And Esau dwelt in mount Seir; Esau, he is Edom. | Всели́сѧ же и҆са́ѵъ на горѣ̀ сиі́ръ: и҆са́ѵъ то́й є҆́сть є҆дѡ́мъ. |

| And these are the generations of Esau, the father of Edom in the mount Seir. | Сі́и же ро́дове и҆са́ѵа, ѻ҆тца̀ є҆дѡ́млѧ, на горѣ̀ сиі́ръ: |

| And these are the names of the sons of Esau. Eliphas, the son of Ada, the wife of Esau; and Raguel, the son of Basemath, wife of Esau. | и҆ сїѧ̑ и҆мена̀ сынѡ́въ и҆са́ѵлихъ: є҆лїфа́съ, сы́нъ а҆ды̀, жены̀ и҆са́ѵли, и҆ рагꙋи́лъ, сы́нъ васема́ѳы, жены̀ и҆са́ѵли. |

| And the sons of Eliphas were Thæman, Omar, Sophar, Gothom, and Kenez. | Бы́ша же є҆лїфа́сꙋ сы́нове: ѳема́нъ, ѡ҆ма́ръ, сѡфа́ръ, гоѳѡ́мъ и҆ кене́зъ. |

| And Thamna was a concubine of Eliphaz, the son of Esau; and she bore Amalec to Eliphas. These are the sons of Ada, the wife of Esau. | Ѳамна́ же бѧ́ше нало́жница є҆лїфа́са, сы́на и҆са́ѵлѧ, и҆ родѝ є҆лїфа́сꙋ а҆мали́ка: сі́и сы́нове а҆ды̀, жены̀ и҆са́ѵли. |

| And these are the sons of Raguel; Nachoth, Zare, Some, and Moze. These were the sons of Basemath, wife of Esau. | Сі́и же сы́нове рагꙋи́лѡвы: нахо́ѳъ, зарѐ, сомѐ и҆ мозѐ: сі́и бы́ша сы́нове васема́ѳы, жены̀ и҆са́ѵли. |

| And these are the sons of Olibema, the daughter of Ana, the son of Sebegon, the wife of Esau; and she bore to Esau, Jeus, and Jeglom, and Core. | Сі́и же сы́нове ѻ҆лївемы̀ дще́ре а҆на́ни сы́на севегѡ́нѧ, жены̀ и҆са́ѵли: роди́ же и҆са́ѵꙋ і҆еꙋ́са и҆ і҆егло́ма и҆ коре́а. |

| and Deson, and Asar, and Rison. These are the chiefs of the Chorrhite, the son of Seir, in the land of Edom. | и҆ дисѡ́нъ, и҆ а҆са́ръ и҆ рїсѡ́нъ: сі́и старѣ̑йшины хорре́ова сы́на сиі́ра въ землѝ є҆дѡ́мстѣй. |

| And the sons of Lotan were Chorrhi and Hæman; and the sister of Lotan, Thamna. | Бы́ша же сы́нове лѡта̑ни: хоррі̀ и҆ є҆ма́нъ, сестра́ же лѡта́нѧ ѳамна̀. |

| And these are the sons of Sobal; Golam, and Manachath, and Gæbel, and Sophar, and Omar. | Сі́и же сы́нове сѡва́лѡвы: гѡла́мъ и҆ манаха́ѳъ, и҆ геви́лъ и҆ сѡфа́ръ и҆ ѡ҆ма́ръ. |

| And these are the sons of Sebegon; Aïe, and Ana; this is the Ana who found Jamin in the wilderness, when he tended the beasts of his father Sebegon. | И҆ сі́и сы́нове севегѡ̑ни: а҆їѐ и҆ а҆на̀: се́й є҆́сть а҆на̀, и҆́же ѡ҆брѣ́те і҆амі́нь въ пꙋсты́ни, є҆гда̀ пасѧ́ше под̾ѧре́мники [мскѝ] севегѡ́на, ѻ҆тца̀ своегѡ̀. |

| And these are the kings which reigned in Edom, before a king reigned in Israel. | И҆ сі́и ца́рїе ца́рствовавшїи во є҆дѡ́мѣ, пре́жде ца́рствованїѧ царе́й во і҆и҃ли: |

| And Balac, son of Beor, reigned in Edom; and the name of his city was Dennaba. | и҆ ца́рствова во є҆дѡ́мѣ вала́къ, сы́нъ веѡ́ровъ: и҆́мѧ же гра́дꙋ є҆гѡ̀ деннава̀. |

| And Balac died; and Jobab, son of Zara, from Bosorrha reigned in his stead. | Оу҆́ мре же вала́къ, и҆ ца́рь бы́сть по не́мъ і҆ѡва́въ, сы́нъ за́ринъ ѿ восо́рры. |

| And Jobab died; and Asom, from the land of the Thæmanites, reigned in his stead. | Оу҆́ мре же і҆ѡва́въ, и҆ ца́рь бы́сть по не́мъ а҆сѡ́мъ ѿ землѝ ѳеманѡ́ни. |

| And Asom died; and Adad son of Barad, who cut off Madiam in the plain of Moab, ruled in his stead; and the name of his city was Getthaim. | Оу҆́ мре же а҆сѡ́мъ, и҆ бы́сть ца́рь по не́мъ а҆да́дъ сы́нъ вара́довъ, и҆́же и҆зсѣчѐ мадїа́ма на по́ли мѡа́вли: и҆́мѧ же гра́дꙋ є҆гѡ̀ гетѳе́мъ. |
