И$ н~нњ ѓ^градиTся дщ^и е^фрњмова ѓ^гражде'нїеM. ра'ть ёчиню` на вы, жезло'мъ пораꙁитᲆ за че'люсть пле'мена і^и^л~ева”
|
And thou, Bethleem, house of Ephratha, art few in number to be reckoned among the thousands of Juda; yet out of thee shall one come forth to me, to be a ruler of Israel; and his goings forth were from the beginning, even from eternity.

И т^ы виџлеѓ'ме до'ме е^фра'џA е^да` маl е^си т^ы ја%коже быти в ты'сђщахъ і^ё'диныхъ” эT тебе б^о мн^њ и^зы'идетъ старњишина ја%ко бы'ти въ княж#ство въ і^и^л~и, и^сходи же е^го и^ско'ни дн~їи вњ'чныхъ”
|
Therefore shall he appoint them to wait till the time of her that travails: she shall bring forth, and then the remnant of their brethren shall return to the children of Israel.

Сего раd дасть я& до вре'мене, ражда'ющая ро'дитъ. и^ ѓ^ста'вшеи бра'тїя и^хъ възвратяTся къ сн~омъ і^и^л~евомъ.
|
And the Lord shall stand, and see, and feed his flock with power, and they shall dwell in the glory of the name of the Lord their God: for now shall they be magnified to the ends of the earth.

и^ ста'нетъ и^ ё'зритъ, и^ ё^пасетъ па'ствђ свою съ крњпостїю г~ь. и^ въ сла'вђ и'мени г~а б~а томђ бђдђтъ. зане` нн~њ възвели'чится до конець земли`.
|
And she shall have peace when Assur shall come into your land, and when he shall come up upon your country; and there shall be raised up against him seven shepherds, and eight attacks of men.

и^ бђдетъ се'и ми'ръ. е^гда` а^сљ=ръ прїидетъ на ꙁе'млю ва'шђ, и^ е^гда` възы'детъ на странђ` ва'шђ” и^ въста'нђтъ на'нь се'дмь пастђхъ и^ ѓ'смь ја%ꙁвъ чл~чскь.

And they shall tend the Assyrian with a sword, and the land of Nebrod with her trench: and he shall deliver you from the Assyrian, when he shall come upon your land, and when he shall invade your coasts.

и^ ё^пасђтᲆ а^сљ=ра ѓ^рђ'жїемъ, и^ зе'млю невро'довђ ко'пїями ея`. і^ и^зба'витъ эT а^сљ=ра е^гда прїидетъ на ꙁе'млю ва'шђ, и^ е^гда въстђпиT на предњлы ва'ша.

And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many peoples, as dew falling from the Lord, and as lambs on the grass; that none may assemble nor resist among the sons of men.
|

И$ бђдетъ ѓ^ста'нокъ і^а'ковль въ страна'хъ сре'дњ людїи мно'гъ а^ки роса` эT г~а па'дающи, и^ ја%ко а'гньцы на садњ`, ја%коже да не събере'тся ни е^ді'нъ, ни сътръпи'тъ въ сн~охъ чл~честњхъ”
|
And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many nations, as a lion in the forest among cattle, and as a lion's whelp among flocks of sheep, even as when he goes through, and selects, and carries off his prey, and there is none to deliver.

И$ бЂдетъ ѓ^станоk і^а'ковль въ страна'хъ средњ людїи мно'гъ а^ки ле'въ въ ско'тњхъ въ дђбра'вњ, и^ ја%ко льви'чищъ въ ста'дњхᲆ ѓ'вчїихъ. ја%коже е^гда про'идетъ и^ эTлђчи'въ въсхи'тить, и^ не бђдеT эTи^ма'ющаго.

Thine hand shall be lifted up against them that afflict thee, and all thine enemies shall be utterly destroyed.
|

|
възнесе'тся рђка твоя на сожаля'ющая тебњ, и^ вс^и вра'зи твои` потребя'тся”
|
And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will utterly destroy the horses out of the midst of thee, and destroy thy chariots:
|

|
|
И$ бђдеT в тои дн~ь гл~етъ г~ь, поᲄреблю` ко'ня твоя и^с# сре'ды твоея, и^ погђблю` ѓ^рђжїе твое,
|
and I will utterly destroy the cities of thy land, and demolish all thy strong-holds:
|

|
и^ потреблю` гра'ды эT земля` твоея, и^ разве'ргђ вс^я тве'рди твоя.
|
and I will utterly destroy thy sorceries out of thine hands; and there shall be no soothsayers in thee.
|
|

|
|
и^ эTврь'гђ влъхвова'нїя эT рђкђ твоею, и^ влъхвђющїи не бђдђт# в тебњ`.
|
And I will utterly destroy thy graven images, and thy statues out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt never any more worship the works of thine hands.
|
|

|
и^ потреблю` и^звая'н#ныя твоа, и^ кђми'ры твоя и^с# среды тебе. и^ посемъ да ся не поклониши дњлесеM рђкђ твоею.
|
And I will cut off the groves out of the midst of thee, and I will abolish thy cities.
|
|

|
|
и^ посњкђ` лђги средњ тебе, и^ погђблю` гра'ды твоя.
|
And I will execute vengeance on the heathen in anger and wrath, because they hearkened not.
|
|
15
|
|
|
и^ сътворю` съ гнњ'вомъ и^ съ ја%ростїю месть страна'мъ, поне'же не послђшаша”
|
