И$ прїидо'ша сн~ове і^и^л~ьтестїи весь со'ньмъ, въ пђсты'ню си'нъ, въ мцsъ, а~, и^ прибыва'хђ лю'дїе въ кади'сњ, и^ сконча'ся т^ђ марїа'мъ и^ погребе'ся т^ђ”
|
And the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, came into the wilderness of Sin, in the first month, and the people abode in Cades; and Mariam died there, and was buried there.
|

|
И$ не бя'ше воды` со'н#мђ. и^ събра'шася на мољ=сїя, і^ а^а^ро'на”
|
And there was no water for the congregation: and they gathered themselves together against Moses and Aaron.
|
|

|
|
И$ хђля'хђ лю'ди на мољ=сїя гл~юще, ё%нее б^ы было` намъ да бы'хом# изме'рли въ поги'бели братїя на'шея преD гм~ъ,
|
And the people reviled Moses, saying, Would we had died in the destruction of our brethren before the Lord!
|

|
въскђю въведо'сте со'ньмъ гн~ь въ пђсты'ню сїю, погђби'ти н^ы и^ ско'ты наша”
|
And wherefore have ye brought up the congregation of the Lord into this wilderness, to kill us and our cattle?
|
|

|
|
Въскђ'южъ н^ы и^зведо'сте и^зъ е^гљ=пта, и^ прїидо'сте въ мњсто с^е зло'е, мњсто в немже не сњ'ется ни смо'кви. н^и виногра'да, ниже ши'покъ, ниже воды` е^сть пи'ти”
|
And wherefore is this? Ye have brought us up out of Egypt, that we should come into this evil place; a place where there is no sowing, neither figs, nor vines, nor pomegranates, neither is there water to drink.

И$ пришеD мољ=сїи і^ а^а^ро'нъ эT лица` со'ньмђ. преD две'ри хра'мђ свњдњнїя, и^ падо'ша ниC, и^ ја%ви'ся сла'ва гн~я на нею`”
|
And Moses and Aaron went from before the assembly to the door of the tabernacle of witness, and they fell upon their faces; and the glory of the Lord appeared to them.
|

|
И$ рече г~ь къ мољ=сїю гл~я,
|
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
|
|

|
|
възми` жезлъ свой и^ съзови` со'ньмъ т^ы, і^ а^а^ро'нъ братъ твои, и^ гл~ета къ ка'меню преD ни'ми, и^ даs во'ды своя. і^ и^зведе'ши и^мъ во'ды и^с ка'мени, и^ напои'та со'нмъ, и^ ско'ты и^хъ”
|
Take thy rod, and call the assembly, thou and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye to the rock before them, and it shall give forth its waters; and ye shall bring forth for them water out of the rock, and give drink to the congregation and their cattle.

|
И$ взя` мољ=сїи жезлъ е^же преD гм~ъ, ја%коже повелњ` г~ь”
|
And Moses took his rod which was before the Lord, as the Lord commanded.
|
|

|
|
И$ съзва` мољ=сїи і^ а^а^ро'нъ со'нмъ преD ка'мень. и^ рече к ни'мъ, послђш'аите мене, непокори'вїи, е^да` л^и эT ка'мени сего, и^зведе'мъ ваM во'дђ”
|
And Moses and Aaron assembled the congregation before the rock, and said to them, Hear me, ye disobedient ones; must we bring you water out of this rock?
|

|
И$ въздви'гъ мољсїи рђкђ свою. и^ ё^да'ри въ ка'мень жезломъ два'жды, і^ и^зы'де вода` мно'га и^ напи'ся со'нмъ весь, и^ ско'ты и^хъ”
|
And Moses lifted up his hand and struck the rock with his rod twice; and much water came forth, and the congregation drank, and their cattle.
|

|
И$ рече г~ь къ мољсїю і^ а^а^ро'нђ гл~я. ја%ко не вњ'роваста ѓ^ст~ити мя преD сн~ьми і^и'л~ьтескими, сего` ради не въведе'та в^ы соньма` сего` в# зе'млю ю%же да'хъ и^мъ”
|
And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, Because ye have not believed me to sanctify me before the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.
|

|
Си вода` сопе'рная. ја^ко похђли'ша сн~ове і^и^л~ьтестїи преD гм~ъ, и^ ѓ^ст~ися в ниX”
|
This is the water of Strife, because the children of Israel spoke insolently before the Lord, and he was sanctified in them.
|
|

|
|
И$ посла` мољ=сїи послы` эT кади'съ къ ц~рю е^до'мъскомђ гл~я, та'ко рече бра'тъ твои і^и^л~ь, т^ы вњси ве'сь трђдъ дошеDшїи насъ”
|
And Moses sent messengers from Cades to the king of Edom, saying, Thus says thy brother Israel; Thou knowest all the distress that has come upon us.
|

|
|
И$ снидо'ша эTц~ы наши въ е^гљ=пет#. и^ жи'хомъ въ е^гљ=птњ дн~и мно'ги, и^ съзли'ша намъ е^гљ=птяне, и^ эTц~емъ нашиM”
|
And how our fathers went down into Egypt, and we sojourned in Egypt many days, and the Egyptians afflicted us and our fathers.
|

|
И$ възопи'хоM къ г~ђ. и^ ё^слы'ша г~ь гла'съ нашъ, и^ посла'въ а%гг~ла і^ и^зведе` н^ы и^зъ е^гљ=пта, и^ нн~њ е^смы` въ кади'сњ гра'дњ, на конец# предњлъ твои^хъ.
|
And we cried to the Lord, and the Lord heard our voice, and sent an angel and brought us out of Egypt; and now we are in the city of Cades, at the extremity of thy coasts.
|

|
да пре'идем# сквозњ зе'млю твою`, не про'идемъ сквозњ се'ла, н^и сквозњ виногра'ды, н^и пїеM воды`, въ пото'цњхъ твои^хъ” Но^ пђте'мъ ц~рьскимъ про'идемъ, не съврати'мся, н^и на' десно, н^и на' лњво, до'ндеже про'идемъ предњлы твоя”
|
We will pass through thy land: we will not go through the fields, nor through the vineyards, nor will we drink water out of thy cistern: we will go by the king's highway; we will not turn aside to the right hand or to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

|
И$ рече къ ни'мъ е^до'м# не про'идеши сквозњ м^я, а^ще л^и ни` т^о ра'тїю и^зы'демъ проти'вђ тебе`”
|
And Edom said to him, Thou shalt not pass through me, and if otherwise, I will go forth to meet thee in war.
|

|
Реко'ша же к ни'мъ сн~ове і^и^л~еви, поD горо'ю мине'мъ, и^ а'ще эT воды` твое'я пїе'мъ м^ы и^ ско'ты на'ша да'мы цњнђ` тебњ, и^но'го нњсть никое^го'же дњла, поD горо'ю да мине'мъ”
|
And the children of Israel say to him, We will pass by the mountain; and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, I will pay thee: but it is no matter of importance, we will go by the mountain.
|

|
Се'и же рече, не мине'ши сквозњ м^я. і^ и^зы'де проти'вђ и^мъ е^до'мъ с наро'домъ тя'жкым#, и^ рђко'ю крњ'пкою”
|
And he said, Thou shalt not pass through me; and Edom went forth to meet him with a great host, and a mighty hand.
|

|
И$ не въсхотњ е^до'мъ минђти і^и^л~ю посредњ предњлъ свои^хъ, и^ ё^клони'ся і^и^л~ь эT него”
|
So Edom refused to allow Israel to pass through his borders, and Israel turned away from him.
|
|

22
|
|
И$ въздвиго'шася эT кади'съ, и^ прїидо'ша сн~ове і^и^л~ьтестїи весь со'нмъ, въ ѓ%ръ го'рђ”
|
And they departed from Cades; and the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, came to Mount Or.
|
|

|
|
И$ рече г~ь къ мољ=сїю і^ а^аро'нђ въ ѓ%ръ горњ` ё^ предњлъ земля` е^до'мля гл~я”
|
And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron in mount Or, on the borders of the land of Edom, saying,
|
|

|
|
да ся приложиT а^аро'нъ къ людеM своиM, ја%ко не вни'дете въ зе'млю ю%же даX сн~омъ і^и^л~евымъ въ наслњдїе. понеже раз#гнњ'васте м^я ё^ воды` похђле'нїа”
|
Let Aaron be added to his people; for ye shall certainly not go into the land which I have given the children of Israel, because ye provoked me at the water of strife.
|

|
Возми` а^а^ро'на брата твое^го, и^ е^лиа^зара сн~а е^го, и^ възведи` я& на ѓ%ръ горђ преD всњмъ со'ньмоM”
|
Take Aaron, and Eleazar his son, and bring them up to the mount Or before all the congregation;
|
|

|
|
И$ съвлечи` а^аро'нђ ри'зы еh, и^ ѓ^блечи` е^лиа^за'ра сн~а е^го, а^аро'н же приближи'в#ся да ё%мреT т^ђ”
|
and take Aaron's apparel from off him, and put it on Eleazar his son: and let Aaron die there and be added to his people.
|

|
И$ сътвори` мољ=сїи ја^коже повелњ е^мђ г~ь. и^ възведе` я& на ѓ%ръ го'рђ, преD всњмъ со'ньмомъ”
|
And Moses did as the Lord commanded him, and took him up to mount Or, before all the congregation.
|
|

|
|
И$ съвлече` а^а^ро'нђ ри'зы е^го, и^ ѓ^блече` в н^я е^лиа^за'ра, сн~а е^го”
|
And he took Aaron's garments off him, and put them on Eleazar his son, and Aaron died on the top of the mountain; and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.
|

|
|
И$ ё%мре а^а^ро'нъ та'мо на вр'ъсњ горы`. и^ сни'де мољ=сїи и^ е^лиа^за'ръ, съ горы`”
|
And all the congregation saw that Aaron was dead: and they wept for Aaron thirty days, even all the house of Israel.
|

|
|
И$ ви'дњ ве'сь соньмъ ја^ко ё%мре а^аро'нъ, и^ пла'кашася лю'дїе наD а^а^ро'номъ л~ дн~їи, и^ весь до'мъ і^и~левъ”
