Chapter 2

1
If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassions,
2
2
и3сп0лните мою2 рaдость, да т0жде мyдрствуете, тy же люб0вь и3мyще, є3динодyшни, є3диномyдренни: make full my joy, that ye be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;
3
3
ничт0же по рвeнію и3ли2 тщеслaвію, но смиреномdріемъ дрyгъ дрyга чeстію б0лша себє2 творsще. doing nothing through faction or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind each counting other better than himself;
4
4
Не свои1хъ си2 кjйждо, но и3 дрyжнихъ кjйждо смотрsйте. look not each of you to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.
5
5
©м7.) For let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6
6
и4же, во w4бразэ б9іи сhй, не восхищeніемъ непщевA бhти рaвенъ бGу: who, existing in the form of God, counted not the being on an equality with God a thing to be grasped,
7
7
но себE ўмaлилъ [и3стощи1лъ], зрaкъ рабA пріи1мъ, въ под0біи человёчестэмъ бhвъ, и3 w4бразомъ њбрётесz ћкоже человёкъ: but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men;
8
8
смири1лъ себE, послушли1въ бhвъ дaже до смeрти, смeрти же кrтныz. and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross.
9
9
Тёмже и3 бGъ є3го2 превознесE и3 даровA є3мY и4мz, є4же пaче всsкагw и4мене, Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him a name which is above every name;
10
10
да њ и4мени ї}совэ всsко колёно поклони1тсz нбcныхъ и3 земнhхъ и3 преисп0днихъ, that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth,
11
11
7A. and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
12
12
(За? ©м7№.) Тёмже, возлю1бленніи мои2, ћкоже всегдA послyшасте менє2, не ћкоже въ пришeствіи моeмъ т0чію, но нн7э мн0гw пaче во tшeствіи моeмъ, со стрaхомъ и3 трeпетомъ своE спcніе содэвaйте: So then, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;
13
13
бGъ бо є4сть дёйствуzй въ вaсъ и3 є4же хотёти и3 є4же дёzти њ бlговолeніи. for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.
14
14
Вс‰ твори1те без8 роптaніz и3 размышлeніz, Do all things without murmurings and questionings;
15
15
да бyдете непови1нни и3 цёли, ч†да б9іz непорHчна посредЁ р0да стропти1ва и3 развращeна, въ ни1хже kвлsетесz ћкоже свэти6ла въ мjрэ, that ye may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom ye are seen as lights in the world,
16
16
©м7в7.) ћкw не вотщE тек0хъ, ни вотщE труди1хсz. holding forth the word of life; that I may have whereof to glory in the day of Christ, that I did not run in vain neither labor in vain.
17
17
Но ѓще и3 жрeнъ бывaю њ жeртвэ и3 слyжбэ вёры вaшеz, рaдуюсz и3 сорaдуюсz всBмъ вaмъ: Yea, and if I am offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all:
18
18
тaкожде и3 вы2 рaдуйтесz и3 сорaдуйтесz мнЁ. and in the same manner do ye also joy, and rejoice with me.
19
19
Ўповaю же њ гDэ ї}сэ тімоfeа вск0рэ послaти къ вaмъ, да и3 ѓзъ благодyшствую, ўвёдэвъ ±же њ вaсъ. But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.
20
20
Ни є3ди1нагw бо и4мамъ равнодyшна, и4же пrнэе њ вaсъ попечeтсz: For I have no man like-minded, who will care truly for your state.
21
21
For they all seek their own, not the things of Christ Jesus.
22
22
But ye know the proof of him, that, as a child serveth a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the gospel.
23
23
Him therefore I hope to send forthwith, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me:
24
24
©м7G.) Надёюсz же њ гDэ, ћкw и3 сaмъ ск0рw пріидY къ вaмъ. but I trust in the Lord that I myself also shall come shortly.
25
25
Потрeбнэе же возмнёхъ є3пафродjта брaта и3 споспёшника и3 св0инника моего2, вaшего же послaнника и3 служи1телz потрeбэ моeй, послaти къ вaмъ, But I counted it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need;
26
26
понeже желaніемъ желaше ви1дэти всёхъ вaсъ, и3 тужaше, занE слhшасте, ћкw болЁ. since he longed after you all, and was sore troubled, because ye had heard that he was sick:
27
27
Y. for indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow upon sorrow.
28
28
Скорёе u5бо послaхъ є3го2, да ви1дэвше є3го2 пaки, возрaдуетесz, и3 ѓзъ безпечaленъ пребyду. I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that, when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
29
29
Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy; and hold such in honor:
30
30
занE за дёло хrт0во дaже до смeрти прибли1жисz, понyдивъ себE вседyшнw [презрёвъ дyшу свою2], да и3сп0лнитъ вaше лишeніе слyжбы ћже ко мнЁ. because for the work of Christ he came nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.
