Chapter 2
Главa в7
1
1
For you yourselves, brethren, know our entering in unto you, that it hath not been found vain: (За? ©…д7.) Сaми бо вёсте, брaтіе, вх0дъ нaшъ и4же къ вaмъ, ћкw не вотщE бhсть:
2
2
but having suffered before and been shamefully treated, as ye know, at Philippi, we waxed bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God in much conflict. но предпострадaвше и3 досаждeни бhвше, ћкоже вёсте, въ філjппэхъ, дерзнyхомъ њ бз7э нaшемъ глаг0лати къ вaмъ бlговэствовaніе б9іе со мн0гимъ п0двигомъ.
3
3
For our exhortation is not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: Ўтэшeніе бо нaше не t прeлести, ни t нечистоты2, ни лeстію:
4
4
but even as we have been approved of God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God who proveth our hearts. но ћкоже и3скуси1хомсz t бGа вёрни бhти пріsти бlговэствовaніе, тaкw глаг0лемъ, не ѓки человёкwмъ ўгождaюще, но бGу и3скушaющему сердцA н†ша.
5
5
For neither at any time were we found using words of flattery, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness, God is witness; Никогдaже бо въ словеси2 ласкaніz бhхомъ къ вaмъ, ћкоже вёсте, нижE въ винЁ лихоимaніz: бGъ свидётель!
6
6
nor seeking glory of men, neither from you nor from others, when we might have claimed authority as apostles of Christ. Ни и4щуще t человBкъ слaвы, ни t вaсъ, ни t и3нёхъ:
7
7
But we were gentle in the midst of you, as when a nurse cherisheth her own children: могyще въ тzготЁ бhти, ћкоже хrтHвы ґпcли, но бhхомъ ти1си посредЁ вaсъ, ћкоже дои1лица грёетъ сво‰ ч†да.
8
8
even so, being affectionately desirous of you, we were well pleased to impart unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were become very dear to us. Тaкw желaюще вaсъ, благоволи1хомъ подaти вaмъ не т0чію бlговэствовaніе б9іе, но и3 дyшы сво‰, занeже возлю1блени бhсте нaмъ.
9
9
For ye remember, brethren, our labor and travail: for working night and day, that we might not burden any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God. (За? ©…е7.) П0мните бо, брaтіе, трyдъ нaшъ и3 п0двигъ: н0щь бо и3 дeнь дёлающе, да не њтzготи1мъ ни є3ди1нагw t вaсъ, проповёдахомъ вaмъ бlговэствовaніе б9іе.
10
10
Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and righteously and unblamably we behaved ourselves toward you that believe: Вы2 свидётелє и3 бGъ, ћкw прпdбнw и3 првdнw и3 непор0чнw вaмъ вёрующымъ бhхомъ,
11
11
as ye know how we dealt with each one of you, as a father with his own children, ћкоже вёсте, занE є3ди1наго ког0ждо вaсъ, ћкоже nтeцъ ч†да сво‰,
12
12
exhorting you, and encouraging you, and testifying, to the end that ye should walk worthily of God, who calleth you into his own kingdom and glory. молsще и3 ўтэшaюще вaсъ, и3 свидётелствующе вaмъ ходи1ти дост0йнw бGу, призвaвшему вы2 во своE цrтво и3 слaву.
13
13
For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that, when ye received from us the word of the message, even the word of God, ye accepted it not as the word of men, but, as it is in truth, the word of God, which also worketh in you that believe. Сегw2 рaди и3 мы2 благодари1мъ бGа непрестaннw, ћкw пріeмше сл0во слhшаніz б9іz t нaсъ, пріsсте не ѓки сл0во человёческо, но, ћкоже є4сть вои1стинну, сл0во б9іе, є4же и3 дёйствуетсz въ вaсъ вёрующихъ.
14
14
For ye, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus: for ye also suffered the same things of your own countrymen, even as they did of the Jews; (За? ©…ѕ7.)
15
15
who both killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and drove out us, and please not God, and are contrary to all men; ўби1вшихъ и3 гDа ї}са и3 є3гw2 прbр0ки, и3 нaсъ и3згнaвшихъ, и3 бGу не ўгоди1вшихъ, и3 всBмъ человёкwмъ проти1вzщихсz,
16
16
forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved; to fill up their sins always: but the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost. (и3) возбранsющихъ нaмъ глаг0лати kзhкwмъ, да спасyтсz, во є4же и3сп0лнити и5мъ грэхи2 сво‰ всегдA: пости1же же на ни1хъ гнёвъ до концA.
17
17
But we, brethren, being bereaved of you for a short season, in presence not in heart, endeavored the more exceedingly to see your face with great desire: Мh же, брaтіе, њсиротёвше t вaсъ ко врeмени часA лицeмъ, ґ не сeрдцемъ, ли1шше тщaхомсz лицE вaше ви1дэти мн0гимъ желaніемъ.
18
18
wherefore we would fain have come unto you, I Paul once and again; and Satan hindered us. Тёмже хотёхомъ пріити2 къ вaмъ, ѓзъ ќбw пavелъ, є3ди1ною и3 двaжды: и3 возбрани2 нaмъ сатанA.
19
19
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of glorying? Are not even ye, before our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? Кт0 бо нaмъ ўповaніе и3ли2 рaдость и3ли2 вэнeцъ похвалeніz; Не и3 вh ли пред8 гDемъ нaшимъ ї}съ хrт0мъ во2 пришeствіи є3гw2;
20
20
For ye are our glory and our joy. (За? ©…з7.) Вh бо є3стE слaва нaша и3 рaдость.
