did very carefully oversee the holy works, assisting the ancients of the Jews and governors of the temple. настоsху свzщє1ннымъ дэлHмъ, прилёжнэе содёйствующе старёйшинамъ їудeєвъ и3 свzщенноначaлникwмъ:

And so the holy works prospered, when Aggeus and Zacharias the prophets prophesied. и3 благопоспBшна бsху свzщє1ннаz дэлA, прорицaющымъ ґггeю и3 захaріи прbр0комъ.

And they finished these things by the commandment of the Lord God of Israel; and with the consent of Cyrus, Darius, and Artaxerxes, kings of Persia, И# соверши1ша сі‰ по зaповэди гDа бGа ї}лева и3 съ повелёніемъ кЂра и3 дaріа и3 ґртаxeрxа царeй пeрсскихъ:

the holy house was finished in the three and twentieth day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of king Darius. и3 совершeнъ бhсть д0мъ с™hй дaже до трeтіzгw и3 двадесsтагw днE мцcа ґдaра, шестaгw лёта дaріа царS.

And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and others that were of the captivity, that were added unto them, did according to the things written in the book of Moses. И# сотвори1ша сhнове ї}лєвы и3 свzщeнницы и3 леvjти и3 пр0чіи, и5же бsху t плэнeніz, пристaвленніи, по напи6саннымъ въ кни1зэ мwmсeовэ,

And to the dedication of the temple of the Lord they offered an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; и3 принес0ша во њбновлeніе свzти1лища гDнz ю3нцє1въ сто2 nвнHвъ двёсти, ѓгнцєвъ четhре ст†,

and twelve goats for the sin of all Israel, according to the number of the chief of the tribes of Israel. козлHвъ за грэхи2 всегw2 ї}лz дванaдесzть по числY, t племеноначaлникwвъ ї}левыхъ дванaдесzти.

The priests also and the Levites stood arrayed in their vestments, according to their kindreds, in the service of the Lord God of Israel, according to the book of Moses: and the porters at every gate. И# стaша свzщeнницы и3 леvjти по племенHмъ њдёzни въ ри6зы, над8 дёлы гDа бGа ї}лева, по кни1зэ мwmсeовэ, и3 вр†тари над8 кjимиждо двeрми,

And the children of Israel that were of the captivity held the passover the fourteenth day of the first month, after that the priests and the Levites were sanctified, И# содёzша сhнове ї}левы съ сyщими t плэнeніz пaсху въ четвертыйнaдесzть дeнь пeрвагw мцcа, є3гдA њсвzти1шасz свzщeнницы и3 леvjти.

together with all the children of the captivity; for they were sanctified, because the Levites were all sanctified together. Вси1 же сhнове плэнeніz не вкyпэ њчи1стишасz, понeже леvjти вси2 вкyпэ њчи1стишасz

And so they offered the passover for all them of the captivity, and for their brethren the priests, and for themselves. и3 пожр0ша пaсху всBмъ сыновHмъ плэнeніz и3 брaтіzмъ и4хъ свzщeнникwмъ и3 себЁ сaми.

And the children of Israel that came out of the captivity did eat, even all they that had separated themselves from the abominations of the people of the land, and sought the Lord. И# kд0ша сhнове ї}лє1вы, и5же t плэнeніz, вси2 tлучи1вшіисz t мeрзостей kзhкwвъ земли2, и4щуще гDа,

And they kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days, making merry before the Lord, и3 прaздноваша прaздникъ њпрэсн0кwвъ сeдмь днjй, веселsщесz пред8 гDемъ,

for that he had turned the counsel of the king of Assyria toward them, to strengthen their hands in the works of the Lord God of Israel. понeже њбрати2 совётъ царS ґссmрjйскагw къ ни6мъ, є4же ўкрэпи1ти рyки и4хъ на дэлA гDа бGа ї}лева.
