И бы́сть сло́во Госпо́дне ко мнѣ́ глаго́ля:
|
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
|

|
сы́не человѣ́чь, обрати́ лице́ твоє́ къ горѣ́ сеі́ръ и прорцы́ на ню́ и рцы́ є́й:
|
Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
|
|

|
|
сія́ глаго́летъ Адонаі́ Госпо́дь: се́, а́зъ на тя́, горо́ сеі́ръ, и простру́ ру́ку мою́ на тя́ и поста́влю тя́ пу́сту, и опустѣ́єши,
|
and say to it, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O mount Seir, and I will stretch out my hand against thee, and will make thee a waste, and thou shalt be made desolate.
|

|
и во градѣ́хъ твои́хъ пусты́ню сотворю́, и ты́ въ пусты́ню бу́деши, и уразумѣ́єши, я́ко а́зъ є́смь Госпо́дь.
|
And I will cause desolation in thy cities, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.
|

Поне́же бы́сть въ тебѣ́ вражда́ вѣ́чная, и присѣдѣ́ла єси́ до́му Ізра́илеву лука́вствомъ, руко́ю враго́въ съ мече́мъ во вре́мя печа́ли и́хъ и во вре́мя непра́вды, на послѣ́докъ:

Because thou hast been a perpetual enemy, and hast laid wait craftily for the house of Israel, with the hand of enemies with a sword, in the time of injustice, at the last:

сего́ ра́ди живу́ а́зъ, глаго́летъ Адонаі́ Госпо́дь, поне́же въ кро́ви согрѣши́ла єси́, и кро́вь пожене́тъ тя́, кро́вь возненави́дѣла єси́, и кро́вь иждене́тъ тя́.
|
Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord God, verily thou hast sinned even to blood, therefore blood shall pursue thee.
|

|
И поста́влю го́ру сеі́ръ пу́сту и опустѣ́вшу, и погублю́ от нея́ человѣ́ки и скоты́, [и приходя́ша и отходя́ща:]
|
And I will make mount Seir a waste, and desolate, and I will destroy from off it men and cattle:
|

|
и напо́лню я́звеными твои́ми хо́лмы твоя́ и де́бри твоя́, и на всѣ́хъ по́лехъ твои́хъ я́звеніи мече́мъ паду́тъ въ тебѣ́:
|
and I will fill thy hills and thy valleys with slain men, and in all thy plains there shall fall in thee men slain with the sword.

и пу́сту во вѣ́къ поста́влю тя́, и гра́ди твои́ не населя́тся ктому́, и уразумѣ́єши, я́ко а́зъ є́смь Госпо́дь.
|
I will make thee a perpetual desolation, and thy cities shall not be inhabited any more: and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.

Поне́же рекла́ єси́: о́ба язы́ка и о́бѣ странѣ́ мои́ бу́дутъ, и возму́ и́хъ въ наслѣ́діє, а Госпо́дь та́мо є́сть:
|
Because thou saidst, The two nations and the two countries shall be mine, and I shall inherit them; whereas the Lord is there:

сего́ ра́ди живу́ а́зъ, глаго́летъ Адонаі́ Госпо́дь, и сотворю́ тебѣ́ по враждѣ́ твоє́й и по ре́вности твоє́й, ю́же сотвори́ла єси́ от ненавидѣ́нія къ ни́мъ, и позна́нъ бу́ду тобо́ю, єгда́ и́мамъ тебе́ суди́ти, и уразумѣ́єши, я́ко а́зъ є́смь Госпо́дь.

therefore, as I live, saith the Lord, I will even deal with thee according to thine enmity, and I will be made known to thee when I shall judge thee:

Слы́шахъ гла́съ всѣ́хъ хуле́ній твои́хъ, я́же глаго́лала єси́: го́ры Ізра́илевы пу́сты даны́ на́мъ во снѣ́дь:
|
and thou shalt know that I am the Lord. I have heard the voice of thy blasphemies, whereas thou hast said, The desert mountains of Israel are given to us for food;

и велерѣ́чила єси́ на мя́ усты́ твои́ми и умно́жила на мя́ словеса́, а́зъ же услы́шахъ.
|
and thou hast spoken swelling words against me with thy mouth: I have heard them.
|

Сего́ ра́ди та́ко глаго́летъ Адонаі́ Госпо́дь: во весе́ліи всея́ земли́ пу́сту тя́ сотворю́:
|
Thus saith the Lord; When all the earth is rejoicing, I will make thee desert.
|

|
я́коже пора́довалася єси́ о наслѣ́дій до́му Ізра́илева, я́ко поги́бе, та́ко сотворю́ тебѣ́: пуста́ бу́деши, горо́ сеі́ръ, и вся́ Ідуме́а потреби́тся, и увѣ́дятъ, я́ко а́зъ є́смь Госпо́дь Бо́гъ и́хъ.
|
Thou shalt be desert, O mount Seir, and all Idumea; and it shall be utterly consumed: and thou shalt know that I am the Lord their God.
