| Во днeхъ є3гw2 взhде навуходон0соръ цaрь вавmлHнскій, и3 бhсть є3мY їwакjмъ рaбъ три2 лBта, и3 tврати1сz, и3 tвeржесz є3гw2. | In his days went up Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, and Joakim became his servant three years; and then he turned and revolted from him. |

| И# послA гDь є3мY є3динопоsсники халдє1йскіz и3 є3динопоsсники сmрjйскіz, поsсники сынHвъ ґммHнихъ, и3 послA и4хъ въ зeмлю їyдову на побэждeніе по словеси2 гDню, є4же гlа рук0ю рабHвъ свои1хъ прbр0кwвъ. | And the Lord sent against him the bands of the Chaldeans, and the bands of Syria, and the bands of Moab, and the bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them into the land of Juda to prevail against it, according to the word of the Lord, which he spoke by his servants the prophets. |

| Nбaче пріи1де по гнёву гDню на їyду, є4же tстaвити є3го2 t лицA своегw2 грBхъ рaди манассjиныхъ, по всBмъ є3ли6ка сотвори2, | Moreover it was the purpose of the Lord concerning Juda, to remove them from his presence, because of the sins of Manasses, according to all that he did. |

| и3 кр0вь непови1нную проліS, и3 нап0лни їеrли1мъ кр0ве непови1нныz, сегw2 рaди не восхотЁ гDь ўмлcтивитисz. | Moreover he shed innocent blood, and filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not pardon it. |

| И# прHчаz словeсъ їwакjмовыхъ, и3 вс‰ є3ли6ка сотвори2, не сE ли, сі‰ напи6сана въ кни1зэ словeсъ днjй царeй їyдиныхъ; | And the rest of the acts of Joakim, and all that he did, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Juda? |

| И# ќспе їwакjмъ со nтцы6 свои1ми, и3 воцари1сz їехонjа вмёстw є3гw2. | And Joakim slept with his fathers: and Joachim his son reigned in his stead. |

| И# не приложи2 ксемY цaрь є3гЂпетскій и3зhти и3з8 земли2 своеS, ћкw взS цaрь вавmлHнскій t пот0ка є3гЂпетска дaже до рэки2 є3vфрaта, вс‰ є3ли6ка бhша царS є3гЂпетска. | And the king of Egypt came no more out of his land: for the king of Babylon took away all that belonged to the king of Egypt from the river of Egypt as far as the river Euphrates. |

| Сhнъ nсминaдесzти лётъ їехонjа, є3гдA начA цaрствовати, и3 три2 мцcы цaрствова во їеrли1мэ. И$мz же мaтере є3гw2 нeсfа, дщи2 є3ланасfaна, t їеrли1ма. | Eighteen years old was Joachim when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Nestha, daughter of Ellanastham, of Jerusalem. |

| И# сотвори2 лукaвое пред8 nчи1ма гDнима, по всемY є3ли1ко сотвори2 nтeцъ є3гw2. | And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father did. |

| И# въ врeмz то2 взhде навуходон0соръ цaрь вавmлHнскими на їеrли1мъ, и3 бhсть грaдъ во њблежeніи. | At that time went up Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon to Jerusalem, and the city was besieged. |

| И# пріи1де навуходон0соръ цaрь вавmлHнскій на грaдъ їеrли1мъ, и3 џтроцы є3гw2 w4колw њбсэдsху грaдъ. | And Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon came against the city, and his servants besieged it. |

| И# и3зhде їехонjа цaрь їyдинъ ко царю2 вавmлHнскому, сaмъ и3 џтроцы є3гw2, и3 мaти є3гw2, и3 кн‰зи є3гw2, и3 скопцы2 є3гw2, и3 взS є3го2 цaрь вавmлHнскій въ nсм0е лёто цaрства своегw2. | And Joachim king of Juda came forth to the king of Babylon, he and his servants, and his mother, and his princes, and his eunuchs; and the king of Babylon took him in the eighth year of his reign. |

| И# и3знесE вс‰ сокрHвища tтyду с{щаz во хрaмэ гDни и3 сокр0вища д0му царeва, и3 сокруши2 вс‰ сосyды златы6z, ±же сотвори2 соломHнъ цaрь ї}левъ во хрaмэ по гlу гDню, | And he brought forth thence all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king's house, and he cut up all the golden vessels which Solomon the king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, according to the word of the Lord. |

| и3 пресели2 їеrли1млzны и3 вс‰ кн‰зи, и3 си6льныz крёпостію, плёна дeсzть тhсzщъ плэни1въ, и3 всsкаго древодёлz, и3 худ0жники: и3 никт0же њстaсz, т0кмw ўб0зіи земли2 тоS: | And he carried away the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and all the captains, and the mighty men, taking captive ten thousand prisoners, and every artificer and smith: and only the poor of the land were left. |

| и3 преведE їехонjю въ вавmлHнъ, и3 мaтерь царeву, и3 жєны2 царє1вы, и3 скопцы2 є3гw2, и3 крBпкіz земли2 тоS введE на преселeніе и3з8 їеrли1ма въ вавmлHнъ: | And he carried Joachim away to Babylon, and the king's mother, and the king's wives, and his eunuchs: and he carried away the mighty men of the land into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon. |

| и3 вс‰ мyжы си1лы, сeдмь тhсzщъ, и3 древодBль и3 худ0жникwвъ тhсzщу, вси2 си1льніи творsщіи брaнь, и3 введE и4хъ цaрь вавmлHнскій въ преселeніе въ вавmлHнъ. | And all the men of might, even seven thousand, and one thousand artificers and smiths: all were mighty men fit for war; and the king of Babylon carried them captive to Babylon. |

| И# постaви царeмъ вавmлHнскій цaрь ватfанjю сhна є3гw2 и3 вмёстw є3гw2, и3 преложи2 и4мz є3мY седекjа. | And the king of Babylon made Batthanias his son king in his stead, and called his name Sedekias. |

| Сhнъ двaдесzти и3 є3ди1нагw лёта седекjа, внегдA начA цaрствовати, и3 є3динонaдесzть лётъ цaрствова во їеrли1мэ. И$мz же мaтере є3гw2 ґмітaла, дщи2 їеремjина, t ловны2. | Twenty and one years old was Sedekias when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Amital, daughter of Jeremias. |

| И# сотвори2 лукaвое пред8 nчи1ма гDнима, по всемY є3ли6ка сотвори2 їwакjмъ, | And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Joachim did. |

| ћкw ћрость бЁ гDнz на їеrли1мэ и3 на їyдэ, д0ндеже tвeрже | t лицA своегw2. И# tвeржесz седекjа царS вавmлHнска. | For it was according to the Lord's anger against Jerusalem and on Juda, until he cast them out of his presence, that Sedekias revolted against the king of Babylon. |
