И# бhсть брaнь на мн0го междY д0момъ саyлимъ и3 междY д0момъ давjдовымъ, и3 д0мъ давjдовъ возвышaшесz и3 ўкрэплsшесz, д0мъ же саyль и3дsше и3 и3знемогaше.	And there was war for a long time between the house of Saul and the house of David; and the house of David grew continually stronger; but the house of Saul grew continually weaker.

И# роди1шасz давjду въ хеврHнэ сынHвъ шeсть: и3 бЁ первор0дный є3мY ґмнHнъ t ґхінаaмы їезраилjтыни,	And sons were born to David in Chebron: and his first-born was Amnon the son of Achinoom the Jezraelitess.

и3 вторhй є3мY сhнъ далуjа t ґвігeи карми1лскіz, и3 трeтій ґвессалHмъ сhнъ маaхи дщeре fолмJ царS гессjрска,	And his second son was Daluia, the son of Abigaia the Carmelitess; and the third, Abessalom the son of Maacha the daughter of Tholmi the king of Gessir.

четвeртый ґдHніа сhнъ ґггjfы, и3 пsтый сафатjа t ґвітaлы,	And the fourth was Ornia, the son of Aggith, and the fifth was Saphatia, the son of Abital.

и3 шестhй їеfераaмъ t є4глы жены2 давjдовы: сjи роди1шасz давjду въ хеврHнэ.	And the sixth was Jetheraam, the son of Ægal the wife of David. These were born to David in Chebron.

И# бhсть внегдA бhти брaни междY д0момъ саyлимъ и3 междY д0момъ давjдовымъ, и3 бsше ґвени1ръ держA д0мъ саyловъ.	And it came to pass while there was war between the house of Saul and the house of David, that Abenner was governing the house of Saul.

И# саyлова подл0жница бЁ, є4йже бЁ и4мz ресфA, дщeрь їHлz. И# вни1де къ нeй ґвени1ръ, и3 речE їевосfeй сhнъ саyль ко ґвени1ру: что2 ћкw вшeлъ є3си2 къ подл0жницэ nтцA моегw2;	And Saul had a concubine, Respha, the daughter of Jol; and Jebosthe the son of Saul said to Abenner, Why hast thou gone in to my father's concubine?

И# разгнёвасz ѕэлw2 ґвени1ръ њ словеси2 сeмъ на їевосfeа и3 речE є3мY ґвени1ръ: є3дA пeсіz главA є4смь ѓзъ; сотвори1хъ днeсь ми1лость д0му саyла nтцA твоегw2 и3 брaтіи и3 знaємымъ, и3 не tступи1хъ въ д0мъ давjдовъ, и3 и4щеши на мнЁ ты2 њ непрaвдэ жены2 днeсь;	And Abenner was very angry with Jebosthe for this saying; and Abenner said to him, Am I a dog's head? I have this day wrought kindness with the house of Saul thy father, and with his brethren and friends, and have not gone over to the house of David, and dost thou this day seek a charge against me concerning injury to a woman?

сі‰ да сотвори1тъ бGъ ґвени1ру и3 сі‰ да приложи1тъ є3мY, занE ћкоже клsтсz гDь давjду, тaкw сотворю2 є3мY въ сeй дeнь,	God do thus and more also to Abenner, if as the Lord swore to David, so do I not to him this day;

є4же tsти цaрство t д0му саyлz и3 воздви1гнути прест0лъ давjдовъ во ї}ли и3 во їyдэ t дaна дaже до вирсавjи.	to take away the kingdom from the house of Saul, and to raise up the throne of David over Israel and over Juda from Dan to Bersabee.

И# не возм0же ктомY їевосfeй tвэщaти ґвени1ру словесE t боsзни, ћже къ немY.	And Jebosthe could not any longer answer Abenner a word, because he feared him.

И# послA ґвени1ръ къ давjду послы2 въ fелaмъ, и3дёже бЁ, ѓбіе, глаг0лz: положи2 завётъ тв0й со мн0ю, и3 сE, рукA моS съ тоб0ю, є4же возврати1ти ми2 къ тебЁ вeсь д0мъ ї}левъ.	And Abenner sent messengers to David to Thælam where he was, immediately, saying, Make thy covenant with me, and, behold, my hand is with thee to bring back to thee all the house of Israel.

И# речE давjдъ: д0брэ, ѓзъ положY съ тоб0ю завётъ, т0кмw словесE є3ди1нагw прошY ў тебє2, глаг0лz: не и4маши ви1дэти лицA моегw2, ѓще не приведeши мелх0лы дщeре саyли, приходsщу ти2 ви1дэти лицE моE.	And David said, With a good will I will make with thee a covenant: only I demand one condition of thee, saying, Thou shalt not see my face, unless thou bring Melchol the daughter of Saul, when thou comest to see my face.

И# послA давjдъ ко їевосfeю сhну саyлю вёстники, глаг0лz: tдaждь мнЁ женY мою2 мелх0лу, ю4же взsхъ за сто2 неwбрёзаній и3ноплемeнничихъ.	And David sent messengers to Jebosthe the son of Saul, saying, Restore me my wife Melchol, whom I took for a hundred foreskins of the Philistines.

И# послA їевосfeй, и3 взsтъ ю5 t мyжа є3S t фалтіи1ла сhна селли1мова.	And Jebosthe sent, and took her from her husband, even from Phaltiel the son of Selle.

И# и3дsше мyжъ є3S съ нeю плaчасz дaже до варакjма. И# речE къ немY ґвени1ръ: и3ди2, возврати1сz. И# возврати1сz.	And her husband went with her weeping behind her as far as Barakim. And Abenner said to him, Go, return; and he returned.

И# речE ґвени1ръ къ старёйшинамъ ї}лєвымъ, глаг0лz: вчерA и3 трeтіzгw днE и3скaсте давjда, да цaрствуетъ над8 вaми:	And Abenner spoke to the elders of Israel, saying, In former days ye sought David to reign over you;

и3 нн7э сотвори1те, ћкоже гDь гlа њ давjдэ, гlz: рук0ю рабA моегw2 давjда сп7сY лю1ди мо‰ ї}лz t руки2 и3ноплемeнничи и3 t руки2 всёхъ врагHвъ и4хъ.	and now perform it: for the Lord has spoken concerning David, saying, By the hand of my servant David I will save Israel out of the hand of all their enemies.

И# глаг0ла ґвени1ръ во ќшы веніамjну: и3 и4де ґвени1ръ глаг0лати во ќшы давjдwвы въ хеврHнъ вс‰, є3ли6ка ўгHдна бёша пред8 nчи1ма ї}левыма и3 пред8 nчи1ма всегw2 д0му веніамjнz.	And Abenner spoke in the ears of Benjamin: and Abenner went to speak in the ears of David at Chebron, all that seemed good in the eyes of Israel and in the eyes of the house of Benjamin.

И# пріи1де ґвени1ръ къ давjду въ хеврHнъ, и3 съ ни1мъ двaдесzть мужeй. И# сотвори2 давjдъ пи1ръ ґвени1ру и3 мужє1мъ є3гw2 и5же съ ни1мъ.	And Abenner came to David to Chebron, and with him twenty men: and David made for Abenner and his men with him a banquet of wine.

И# речE ґвени1ръ къ давjду: востaну нн7э и3 пойдY и3 соберY къ господи1ну моемY царю2 всего2 ї}лz, и3 положY съ ни1мъ завётъ, и3 цaрствовати и4маши всёми, и4хже желaетъ душA твоS. И# послA давjдъ ґвени1ра, и3 и4де съ ми1ромъ.	And Abenner said to David, I will arise now, and go, and gather to my lord the king all Israel; and I will make with him a covenant, and thou shalt reign over all whom thy soul desires. And David sent away Abenner, and he departed in peace.

И# сE, џтроцы давjдwвы и3 їwaвъ и3дsху t и3сх0да и3 корhсть мн0гу несsху съ соб0ю, и3 ґвени1ръ ўжE не бЁ съ давjдомъ въ хеврHнэ, ћкw tслaнъ бsше, и3 tи1де съ ми1ромъ.	And, behold, the servants of David and Joab arrived from their expedition, and they brought much spoil with them: and Abenner was not with David in Chebron, because he had sent him away, and he had departed in peace.

Їwaвъ же и3 всE в0инство є3гw2 пріи1де: и3 возвэсти1ша їwaву, глаг0люще: прихождaше ґвени1ръ сhнъ ни1ровъ къ давjду, и3 tслA є3го2, и3 tи1де съ ми1ромъ.	And Joab and all his army came, and it was reported to Joab, saying, Abenner the son of Ner is come to David, and David has let him go, and he has departed in peace.

И# вни1де їwaвъ къ царю2 и3 речE: что2 сіE сотвори1лъ є3си2; сE, прихождaше ґвени1ръ къ тебЁ, и3 почто2 tпусти1лъ є3си2 є3го2, и3 tи1де съ ми1ромъ;	And Joab went in to the king, and said, What is this that thou hast done? behold, Abenner came to thee; and why hast thou let him go, and he has departed in peace?

и3ли2 не вёси ѕл0бы ґвени1ра сhна ни1рова, ћкw слукaвствовати къ тебЁ пріи1де, и3 ўразумёти и3сх0дъ тв0й и3 вх0дъ тв0й, и3 ўвёдати вс‰ є3ли6ка твори1ши ты2;	Knowest thou not the mischief of Abenner the son of Ner, that he came to deceive thee, and to know thy going out and thy coming in, and to know all things that thou doest?

И# возврати1сz їwaвъ t давjда, и3 послA послы2 в8слёдъ ґвени1ра, и3 возврати1ша є3го2 t клaдzзz сеірaмска: давjдъ же не вёдzше.	And Joab returned from David, and sent messengers to Abenner after him; and they bring him back from the well of Seïram: but David knew it not.

И# возврати2 ґвени1ра въ хеврHнъ, и3 соврати2 є3го2 їwaвъ на странY t врaтъ глаг0лати къ немY лукaвнw: и3 ўдaри є3го2 въ лsдвіz, и3 ќмре въ кр0ви ґсаи1ла брaта їwaвлz.	And he brought back Abenner to Chebron, and Joab caused him to turn aside from the gate to speak to him, laying wait for him: and he smote him there in the loins, and he died for the blood of Asael the brother of Joab.

И# ўслhша давjдъ по си1хъ и3 речE: чи1стъ є4смь ѓзъ и3 цaрство моE t гDа и3 tнн7э и3 до вёка t кр0ве ґвени1ра сhна ни1рова:	And David heard of it afterwards, and said, I and my kingdom are guiltless before the Lord even for ever of the blood of Abenner the son of Ner.

да сни1детъ на главY їwaвлю и3 на вeсь д0мъ nтцA є3гw2, и3 да не њскудёетъ t д0му їwaвлz и3зливazй сёмz, и3 прокажeнный, и3 держaйсz жезлA, и3 пaдаzй nрyжіемъ, и3 ўмaленный хлёбами.	Let it fall upon the head of Joab, and upon all the house of his father; and let there not be wanting of the house of Joab one that has an issue, or a leper, or that leans on a staff, or that falls by the sword, or that wants bread.

Їwaвъ же и3 ґвeсса брaтъ є3гw2 наблюдaху ґвени1ра, понeже ўби2 ґсаи1ла брaта и4хъ въ гаваHнэ на брaни.	For Joab and Abessa his brother laid wait continually for Abenner, because he slew Asael their brother at Gabaon in the battle.

И# речE давjдъ ко їwaву и3 ко всBмъ лю1демъ є3гw2: раздери1те ри6зы вaшz и3 препоsшитесz врeтищы, и3 рыдaйте њ ґвени1рэ. Сaмъ же цaрь давjдъ и3дsше в8слёдъ nдрA.	And David said to Joab and to all the people with him, Rend your garments, and gird yourselves with sackcloth, and lament before Abenner. And king David followed the bier.

И# погреб0ша ґвени1ра въ хеврHнэ. И# воздви1же цaрь глaсъ св0й и3 плaкасz над8 гр0бомъ є3гw2, и3 вси2 лю1діе плaкаша њ ґвени1рэ.	And they bury Abenner in Chebron: and the king lifted up his voice, and wept at his tomb, and all the people wept for Abenner.

И# плaкасz цaрь над8 ґвени1ромъ и3 речE: є3дA смeртію навaла ќмре ґвени1ръ;	And the king mourned over Abenner, and said, Shall Abenner die according to the death of Nabal?

рyцэ твои2 не св‰заны, н0зэ твои2 не во њк0вахъ: не приступи1лъ є3си2 ћкоже навaлъ, пред8 сынми2 непрaвды пaлъ є3си2. И# собрaшасz вси2 лю1діе плaкатисz є3гw2,	Thy hands were not bound, and thy feet were not put in fetters: one brought thee not near as Nabal; thou didst fall before children of iniquity.

и3 пріид0ша вси2 лю1діе предложи1ти давjду ћсти хлёбы є3щE сyщу дни2. И# клsтсz давjдъ, глаг0лz: сі‰ да сотвори1тъ ми2 бGъ и3 сі‰ да приложи1тъ, ћкw ѓще не зaйдетъ с0лнце, не и4мамъ вкуси1ти хлёба ни и3н0гw чегw2.	And all the people assembled to weep for him. And all the people came to cause David to eat bread while it was yet day: and David swore, saying, God do so to me, and more also, if I eat bread or any thing else before the sun goes down.

И# познaша вси2 лю1діе, и3 ўгHдна бhша пред8 ни1ми вс‰, є3ли6ка сотвори2 цaрь пред8 людьми2.	And all the people took notice, and all things that the king did before the people were pleasing in their sight.
37	37
И# разумёша вси2 лю1діе и3 вeсь ї}ль въ т0й дeнь, ћкw не бhсть t царS ўбjйства ґвени1ру сhну ни1рову.	So all the people and all Israel perceived in that day, that it was not of the king to slay Abenner the son of Ner.
38	38
И# речE цaрь nтрокHмъ свои6мъ: не вёсте ли, ћкw властели1нъ вели1къ падE въ сeй дeнь во ї}ли;	And the king said to his servants, Know ye not that a great prince is this day fallen in Israel?

и3 ћкw ѓзъ є4смь бли1жній днeсь и3 возстaвленъ въ царS; мyжіе же сjи сhнове сар{ины жесточaйшіи менє2 сyть: да воздaстъ гDь творsщему лук†внаz по ѕл0бэ є3гw2.	And that I am this day a mere kinsman of his, and as it were a subject; but these men the sons of Saruia are too hard for me: the Lord reward the evil-doer according to his wickedness.
