| И# пріид0ша вс‰ племенA ї}лєва къ давjду въ хеврHнъ и3 глаг0лаша є3мY: сE, кHсти тво‰ и3 пл0ть твоS мы2 є3смы2: | And all the tribes of Israel come to David to Chebron, and they said to him, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh. |

| и3 вчерA и3 трeтіzгw днE саyлу сyщу царю2 над8 нaми, ты2 бhлъ є3си2 вводsй и3 и3зводsй ї}лz, и3 речE гDь къ тебЁ: ты2 ўпасeши лю1ди мо‰ ї}лz и3 ты2 бyдеши в0ждь лю1демъ мои6мъ ї}лю. | And heretofore Saul being king over us, thou wast he that didst lead out and bring in Israel: and the Lord said to thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt be for a leader to my people Israel. |

| И# пріид0ша вси2 старBйшины ї}лєвы къ царю2 въ хеврHнъ, и3 положи2 и5мъ цaрь давjдъ завётъ въ хеврHнэ пред8 гDемъ: и3 помaзаша давjда на цaрство над8 всёмъ ї}лемъ. | And all the elders of Israel come to the king to Chebron; and king David made a covenant with them in Chebron before the Lord; and they anoint David king over all Israel. |

| Сhнъ три1десzти лётъ давjдъ внегдA воцари1тисz є3мY, и3 цaрствова четhредесzть лётъ: | David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years. |

| сeдмь лётъ и3 мцcей шeсть цaрствова въ хеврHнэ над8 їyдою, и3 три1десzть три2 лBта цaрствова над8 всёмъ ї}лемъ и3 їyдою во їеrли1мэ. | Seven years and six months he reigned in Chebron over Juda, and thirty-three years he reigned over all Israel and Juda in Jerusalem. |

| И# п0йде давjдъ и3 вси2 мyжіе є3гw2 во їеrли1мъ ко їевусeю, живyщему на земли2 т0й. И# рёша давjду: не вни1деши сёмw, ћкw востaша хромjи и3 слэпjи глаг0люще: ћкw не вни1детъ давjдъ сёмw. | And David and his men departed to Jerusalem, to the Jebusite that inhabited the land: and it was said to David, Thou shalt not come in hither: for the blind and the lame withstood him, saying, David shall not come in hither. |

| И# взS давjдъ крёпость сіHню: сіS є4сть грaдъ давjдовъ. | And David took first the hold of Sion: this is the city of David. |

| И# речE давjдъ въ дeнь т0й: всsкъ поражazй їевусeа да касaетсz мечeмъ и3 хромhхъ и3 слэпhхъ и3 ненави1дzщихъ души2 давjдовы. Сегw2 рaди рекyтъ: слэпjи и3 хромjи не вни1дутъ въ д0мъ гDень. | And David said on that day, Every one that smites the Jebusite, let him attack with the dagger both the lame and the blind, and those that hate the soul of David. Therefore they say, The lame and the blind shall not enter into the house of the Lord. |

| И# сёде давjдъ въ крёпости, и3 наречeсz сіS грaдъ давjдовъ: и3 создA т0й грaдъ w4колw t краегрaдіz, и3 д0мъ св0й. | And David dwelt in the hold, and it was called the city of David, and he built the city itself round about from the citadel, and he built his own house. |

| И# и3дsше давjдъ и3дhй и3 величaемь, и3 гDь вседержи1тель съ ни1мъ. | And David advanced and became great, and the Lord Almighty was with him. |

| И# послA хірaмъ цaрь тЂрскій послы2 къ давjду, и3 дрeва кeдрwва, и3 древодёлей, и3 каменодёлателей, и3 создaша д0мъ давjду. | And Chiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and cedar wood, and carpenters, and stone-masons: and they built a house for David. |

| И# ўразумЁ давjдъ, ћкw ўгот0ва є3го2 гDь въ царS над8 ї}лемъ, и3 ћкw вознесeсz цaрство є3гw2 людjй є3гw2 рaди ї}лz. | And David knew that the Lord had prepared him to be king over Israel, and that his kingdom was exalted for the sake of his people Israel. |

| И# поsтъ давjдъ є3щE жєны2 и3 подлHжницы t їеrли1ма по пришeствіи своeмъ t хеврHна: и3 бhша давjду є3щE сhнове и3 дщє1ри. | And David took again wives and concubines out of Jerusalem, after he came from Chebron: and David had still more sons and daughters born to him. |

| И# сі‰ и3менA роди1вшымсz є3мY во їеrли1мэ: самyсъ и3 сwвaвъ, и3 наfaнъ и3 соломHнъ, | And these are the names of those that were born to him in Jerusalem; Sammus, and Sobab, and Nathan, and Solomon. |

| и3 є3лісамA и3 є3лідаE и3 є3ліфалafъ, самаE, їесівafъ, наfaнъ, галамаaнъ, їеваaръ, fеисyсъ, є3ліфалafъ, нагefъ, нафeкъ, їанаfaнъ и3 леасамЂсъ, ваалімafъ, є3ліфаafъ. | And Elisama, and Elidae, and Eliphalath, |

| И# ўслhшаша и3ноплемє1нницы, ћкw помaзасz давjдъ цaрь над8 ї}лемъ, и3 взыд0ша вси2 и3ноплемє1нницы и3скaти давjда. И# ўслhша давjдъ, и3 сни1де въ крёпость. | And the Philistines heard that David was anointed king over Israel; and all the Philistines went up to seek David; and David heard of it, and went down to the strong hold. |

| И#ноплемє1нницы же пріид0ша и3 соедини1шасz во ю3д0ли тітaнстэй. | And the Philistines came, and assembled in the valley of the giants. |

| И# вопроси2 давjдъ гDа, глаг0лz: взhду ли ко и3ноплемeнникwмъ; и3 предaси ли | въ рyцэ мои2; И# речE гDь къ давjду: взhди, ћкw предаS предaмъ и3ноплемeнники въ рyцэ твои2. | And David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt thou deliver them into my hands? and the Lord said to David, Go up, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into thine hands. |

| И# пріи1де давjдъ съ вhшнихъ сёчей и3 посэчE и3ноплемeнники тaмw. И# речE давjдъ: и3зсэчE гDь враги2 мо‰ и3ноплемeнники предо мн0ю, ћкоже пресэкaютсz в0ды. Сегw2 рaди наречeсz и4мz мёста тогw2 свhше сёчей. | And David came from Upper Breaches, and smote the Philistines there: and David said, The Lord has destroyed the hostile Philistines before me, as water is dispersed; therefore the name of that place was called Over Breaches. |

| И# њстaвиша тaмw (и3ноплемє1нницы) б0ги сво‰, и3 взS и5хъ давjдъ и3 мyжіе и5же съ ни1мъ (и3 речE давjдъ сожещи2 и5хъ во nгни2). | And they leave there their gods, and David and his men with him took them. |

| И# приложи1ша пaки пріити2 и3ноплемє1нницы и3 собрaшасz на ю3д0ли тітaнстэй. | And the Philistines came up yet again, and assembled in the valley of Giants. |

| И# вопроси2 давjдъ гDа: взhду ли ко и3ноплемeнникwмъ; и3 предaси ли и5хъ въ рyцэ мои2; И# речE є3мY гDь: не и3сходи2 на срётеніе и5мъ, но ўклони1сz t ни1хъ, и3 пристyпиши къ ни6мъ бли1з8 дубрaвы плaча: | And David enquired of the Lord: and the Lord said, Thou shalt not go up to meet them: turn from them, and thou shalt meet them near the place of weeping. |

| и3 бyдетъ, є3гдA ўслhшиши глaсъ шyма t дубрaвы плaча, тогдA сни1деши къ ни6мъ, ћкw тогдA и3зhдетъ гDь пред8 тоб0ю сэщи2 на брaни и3ноплемeнники. | And it shall come to pass when thou hearest the sound of a clashing together from the grove of weeping, then thou shalt go down to them, for then the Lord shall go forth before thee to make havoc in the battle with the Philistines. |

| И# сотвори2 давjдъ, ћкоже заповёда є3мY гDь, и3 и3зби2 и3ноплемeнники t гаваHна дaже до земли2 гази1ра. | And David did as the Lord commanded him, and smote the Philistines from Gabaon as far as the land of Gazera. |
