And the sons of Ruben the first-born of Israel (for he was the first-born; but because of his going up to his father's couch, his father gave his blessing to his son Joseph, even the son of Israel; and he was not reckoned as first-born;	Сы́нове же рꙋви́ма пе́рвенца і҆и҃лева: ꙗ҆́кѡ то́й пе́рвенецъ: и҆ внегда̀ є҆мꙋ̀ взы́ти на ло́же ѻ҆тца̀ своегѡ̀, дадѐ благослове́нїе є҆гѡ̀ сы́нꙋ своемꙋ̀ і҆ѡ́сифꙋ, сы́нꙋ і҆и҃левꙋ, и҆ не бы́сть (то́й) вмѣне́нъ въ пе́рвенство,

for Judas was very mighty even among his brethren, and one was to be a ruler out of him: but the blessing was Joseph's).	ꙗ҆́кѡ і҆ꙋ́да си́ленъ крѣ́постїю и҆ въ бра́тїи свое́й, и҆ въ вожда̀ и҆з̾ негѡ̀, и҆ благослове́нїе і҆ѡ́сифꙋ.

The sons of Ruben the first-born of Israel; Enoch, and Phallus, Asrom, and Charmi.	Сы́нове рꙋви́ма пе́рвенца і҆и҃лева: є҆нѡ́хъ и҆ фаллꙋ́съ, а҆срѡ́нъ и҆ хармі́й.

The sons of Joel; Semei, and Banaia his son: and the sons of Gug the son of Semei.	Сы́нове і҆ѡи́лєвы: семе́й и҆ ване́а сы́нъ є҆гѡ̀. Сы́нове же го́га сы́на семе́ина:

His son was Micha, his son Recha, his son Joel,	сы́нъ є҆гѡ̀ мїха̀, сы́нъ є҆гѡ̀ риха̀, сы́нъ є҆гѡ̀ ваа́лъ,

his son Beël, whom Thagla-phallasar king of Assyria carried away captive: he is the chief of the Rubenites.	векра̀ сы́нъ є҆гѡ̀, є҆го́же преселѝ ѳаглафалласа́ръ ца́рь а҆ссирі́и҆скїй: се́й бы́сть кнѧ́зь колѣ́на рꙋви́мова.

And his brethren in his family, in their distribution according to their generations; the chief, Joel, and Zacharia.	И҆ бра́тїѧ є҆гѡ̀ во ѻ҆те́чествѣ свое́мъ, въ и҆счисле́нїихъ свои́хъ, по родѡ́мъ и҆́хъ, кнѧ́зь і҆ѡи́ль и҆ заха́рїа,

And Balec the son of Azuz, the son of Sama, the son of Joel: he dwelt in Aroer, and even to Naban, and Beelmasson.	и҆ вале́къ сы́нъ а҆зꙋ́зовъ, сы́нъ са́ммы, сы́нъ і҆ѡи́левъ: то́й ѡ҆бита̀ во а҆рои́рѣ и҆ въ нава́нѣ и҆ веелмаѡ́нѣ,

And he dwelt eastward to the borders of the wilderness, from the river Euphrates: for they had much cattle in the land of Galaad.	и҆ проти́вꙋ восто́ка ѡ҆бита̀ да́же до вхо́да пꙋсты́ни, ѿ рѣкѝ є҆ѵфра́та, ꙗ҆́кѡ ско́тъ и҆́хъ мно́гъ въ землѝ галаа́дстѣй.

And in the days of Saul they made war upon the sojourners in the land; and they fell into their hands, all of them dwelling in their tents eastward of Galaad.	Во дни̑ же саꙋ́ла возведо́ша бра́нь проти́вꙋ а҆га́рѧнъ: и҆ падо́ша въ рꙋка́хъ и҆́хъ ѡ҆бита́ющїи въ жили́щахъ свои́хъ всѝ къ восто́кꙋ галаа́дскꙋ.

The sons of Gad dwelt over against them in the land of Basan even to Sela.	Сы́нове га́дѡвы прѧ́мѡ и҆́хъ ѡ҆бита́ша въ землѝ васа́ни до селха̀:

Joel the first-born, and Sapham the second, and Janin the scribe in Basan.	і҆ѡи́ль пе́рвенецъ, и҆ сафа́мъ вторы́й, и҆ і҆ані́нъ кни́жникъ васа́нскїй.

And their brethren according to the houses of their fathers; Michael, Mosollam, and Sebee, and Joree, and Joachan, and Zue, and Obed, seven.	И҆ бра́тїѧ и҆́хъ, по домѡ́мъ ѻ҆те́чествъ и҆́хъ: мїхаи́лъ и҆ мосолла́мъ, и҆ саве́й и҆ і҆ѡ́ра, и҆ і҆ѡха́нъ и҆ і҆ѡві́а и҆ ѡ҆ви́дъ, се́дмь.

These are the sons of Abichaia the son of Uri, the son of Idai, the son of Galaad, the son of Michael, the son of Jesai, the son of Jeddai, the son of Buz,	Сі́и сы́нове а҆вїхаи́ла сы́на рꙋві́ина, и҆ а҆ддѝ, сы́на галаа́дова, сы́на мїхаи́лова, сы́на і҆ессе́ина, сы́на і҆еда́ина, сы́на вꙋ́зова,

who was the brother of the son of Abdiel, the son of Guni, he was chief of the house of their families.	бра́та сы́на а҆вдїи́лова, сы́на гꙋні́ина, кнѧ́зь до́мꙋ ѻ҆те́чествъ и҆́хъ.

They dwelt in Galaad, in Basan, and in their villages, and in all the country round about Saron to the border.	Ѡ҆бита́ша въ галаа́дѣ, въ васа́нѣ и҆ въ ве́сехъ и҆́хъ и҆ во всѣ́хъ ѡ҆кре́стныхъ сарѡ́нскихъ, да́же до и҆схо́да.

The enumeration of them all took place in the days of Joatham king of Juda, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel.	Всѝ сі́и сочте́ни бы́ша во дни̑ і҆ѡаѳа́ма царѧ̀ і҆ꙋ́дина и҆ во дни̑ і҆еровоа́ма царѧ̀ і҆и҃лева.

The sons of Ruben and Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasse, of mighty men, bearing shields and sword, and bending the bow, and skilled in war, were forty and four thousand and seven hundred and sixty, going forth to battle.	Сы́нове рꙋви́мѡвы и҆ га́дѡвы и҆ полпле́мене манассі́ина (би́ша) сы́нове си́льни, мꙋ́жїе носѧ́ще щиты̀ и҆ мечы̀ и҆ напрѧза́юще лꙋ́ки и҆ наꙋче́ни бра́ни, четы́редесѧть и҆ четы́ри ты́сѧщы и҆ се́дмь сѡ́тъ и҆ шестьдесѧ́тъ, и҆сходѧ́щїи на ѡ҆полче́нїе.

And they made war with the Agarenes, and Itureans, and Naphiseans, and Nadabeans,	И҆ твори́ша бра́нь со а҆га̑рѧны и҆ і҆тꙋрє́аны, и҆ нафїсє́аны и҆ надавє́аны,

and they prevailed against them: and the Agaræans were given into their hands, they and all their tents: for they cried to God in the battle, and he hearkened to them, because they trusted on him.	и҆ оу҆крѣпи́шасѧ над̾ ни́ми: и҆ преда́шасѧ въ рꙋ́цѣ и҆́хъ а҆га́рѧне и҆ всѧ̑ ѡ҆бита̑нїѧ и҆́хъ, занѐ къ бг҃ꙋ воззва́ша во бра́ни, и҆ оу҆слы́ша и҆̀хъ, занѐ оу҆пова́ша на него̀.

And they took captive their store; five thousand camels, and two hundred and fifty thousand sheep, two thousand asses, and a hundred thousand men.	И҆ плѣни́ша і҆мѣ̑нїѧ и҆́хъ, велблю́дѡвъ пѧтьдесѧ́тъ ты́сѧщъ, и҆ ѻ҆ве́цъ двѣ́сти пѧтьдесѧ́тъ ты́сѧщъ, и҆ ѻ҆слѡ́въ двѣ̀ ты́сѧщы, и҆ дꙋ́шъ человѣ́ческихъ сто̀ ты́сѧщъ:

For many fell slain, because the war was of God. And they dwelt in their place until the captivity.	ра́ненїи же мно́зи падо́ша, занѐ (бы́сть) ѿ бг҃а бра́нь: и҆ всели́шасѧ вмѣ́стѡ и҆́хъ да́же до преселе́нїѧ.

And the half-tribe of Manasse dwelt from Basan to Baal, Ermon, and Sanir, and to the mount Aërmon: and they increased in Libanus.	И҆ полпле́мене манассі́ина всели́шасѧ въ землѝ ѿ васа́на да́же до ваа́ла є҆рмѡ́нѧ и҆ сані́ра и҆ горы̀ а҆ермѡ́нски: и҆ сі́и въ лїва́нѣ оу҆мно́жишасѧ.

And these were the heads of the houses of their families; Opher, and Sei, and Eliel, and Jeremia, and Oduia, and Jediel, mighty men of valour, men of renown, heads of the houses of their families.	И҆ сі́и (бы́ша) кнѧ̑зи до́мꙋ ѻ҆те́чествъ и҆́хъ: гофе́ръ и҆ і҆есѝ, и҆ є҆лїи́лъ и҆ і҆еремі́а, и҆ і҆ѡдꙋ́їа и҆ і҆едїи́лъ, мꙋ́жїе си́льни въ крѣ́пости, мꙋ́жїе и҆мени́тїи, кнѧ̑зи по домѡ́мъ ѻ҆те́чествъ свои́хъ.

But they rebelled against the God of their fathers, and went a-whoring after the gods of the nations of the land, whom God cast out from before them.	И҆ ѡ҆ста́виша бг҃а ѻ҆тє́цъ свои́хъ и҆ соблꙋди́ша в̾слѣ́дъ богѡ́въ люді́й землѝ, и҆̀хже потребѝ бг҃ъ ѿ лица̀ и҆́хъ:

And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Phaloch king of Assyria, and the spirit of Thagla-phallasar king of Assyria, and carried away Ruben and Gaddi, and the half-tribe of Manasse, and brought them to Chaach, and Chabor, and to the river Gozan, until this day.	и҆ воздви́же бг҃ъ і҆и҃левъ дꙋ́хъ фꙋ́ла царѧ̀ а҆ссирі́йска и҆ дꙋ́хъ ѳаглафалласа́ра царѧ̀ а҆ссирі́йска, и҆ преселѝ рꙋви́ма и҆ га́да и҆ полпле́мене манассі́ина, и҆ введѐ и҆̀хъ во а҆лла́нъ и҆ і҆ово́ръ, и҆ во а҆ра́нъ и҆ на рѣкꙋ̀ гѡза́нъ, да́же до днѐ сегѡ̀.

The sons of Levi: Gedson, Caath, and Merari.

And the sons of Caath; Ambram, and Issaar, Chebron, and Oziel.

And the sons of Ambram; Aaron, and Moses, and Mariam: and the sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abiud, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

Eleazar begot Phinees, Phinees begot Abisu;
31
Abisu begot Bokki, and Bokki begot Ozi;
32
Ozi begot Zaraia, Zaraia begot Mariel;
33
and Mariel begot Amaria, and Amaria begot Achitob;
34
and Achitob begot Sadoc, and Sadoc begot Achimaas;
35
and Achimaas begot Azarias, and Azarias begot Joanan;
36
and Joanan begot Azarias: he ministered as priest in the house which Solomon built in Jerusalem.
37
And Azarias begot Amaria, and Amaria begot Achitob;
38
and Achitob begot Sadoc, and Sadoc begot Salom;
39
and Salom begot Chelcias, and Chelcias begot Azarias;
40
and Azarias begot Saraia, and Saraias begot Josadac.

And Josadac went into captivity with Juda and Jerusalem under Nabuchodonosor.
