And the Philistines fought with Israel: and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and they fall down wounded in the mountain of Gelbue.	И# и3ноплемє1нницы воевaху на ї}лz, и3 бэжaша мyжіе ї}лєвы t лицA и3ноплемeннича, и3 пaдаху ћзвенніи на горЁ гелвуE.

And the Philistines press closely on Saul and his sons, and the Philistines smite Jonathan, and Aminadab, and Melchisa son of Saul.	И# снид0шасz и3ноплемє1нницы съ саyломъ и3 съ сынми2 є3гw2, и3 ўби1ша и3ноплемє1нницы їwнаfaна и3 ґмінадaва и3 мелхісyа, сhны саyлwвы.

And the battle prevails against Saul, and the shooters with arrows, even the archers find him, and he was wounded under the ribs.	И# њтzготЁ брaнь на саyла, и3 њбрэт0ша є3го2 копeйницы мyжіе стрэлцы2, и3 ўsзвенъ бhсть (саyлъ) во ўтр0бу.

And Saul said to his armour-bearer, Draw thy sword and pierce me through with it; lest these uncircumcised come and pierce me through, and mock me. But his armour-bearer would not, for he feared greatly: so Saul took his sword and fell upon it.	И# речE саyлъ къ носsщему nрyжіе є3гw2: и3зсyни мeчь тв0й и3 прободи1 мz и4мъ, да не пріи1дутъ неwбрёзанніи сjи и3 и3збодyтъ мS, и3 поругaютсz мнЁ. И# не хотsше носsй nрyжіе є3гw2, ћкw ўбоsсz ѕэлw2. И# взS саyлъ мeчь св0й и3 падE на него2.

And his armour-bearer saw that Saul was dead, and he fell also himself upon his sword, and died with him.	И# ви1дэ носsй nрyжіе є3гw2, ћкw ќмре саyлъ, и3 падE и3 т0й на мeчь св0й и3 ќмре съ ни1мъ.

So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armour-bearer, in that day together.	И# ќмре саyлъ и3 тріE сhнове є3гw2, и3 носsй nрyжіе є3гw2, и3 вси2 мyжіе є3гw2 въ дeнь т0й кyпнw.

And the men of Israel who were on the other side of the valley, and those beyond Jordan, saw that the men of Israel fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead; and they leave their cities and flee: and the Philistines come and dwell in them.	И# ви1дэша мyжіе ї}лстіи, и5же њб8 w4нъ п0лъ ю3д0ли и3 и5же њб8 w4нъ п0лъ їoрдaна, ћкw бэжaша мyжіе ї}лстіи, и3 ћкw ќмре саyлъ и3 сhнове є3гw2, и3 њстaвиша грaды сво‰ и3 бэжaша: и3 пріид0ша и3ноплемє1нницы и3 всели1шасz въ ни1хъ.

And it came to pass on the morrow that the Philistines come to strip the dead, and they find Saul and his three sons fallen on the mountains of Gelbue.	И# бhсть на ќтріе, и3 пріид0ша и3ноплемє1нницы њбнажи1ти мeртвыхъ, и3 њбрэт0ша саyла и3 три2 сhны є3гw2 пaдшыz на горЁ гелвуE,

And they turned him, and stripped off his armour, and sent it into the land of the Philistines, sending round glad tidings to their idols and to the people.	и3 њбрати1ша є3го2, и3 снsша nрyжіе є3гw2, и3 tсэк0ша главY є3гw2, и3 послaша въ зeмлю и3ноплемeнничу w4крестъ возвэщaюще јдwлwмъ и4хъ и3 лю1демъ и4хъ:

And they set up his armour at the temple of Astarte, and they fastened his body on the wall of Bæthsam.	и3 положи1ша nрyжіе є3гw2 ў ґстaрта, тёло же є3гw2 воткнyша на стэнЁ веfсaмли.

And the inhabitants of Jabis Galaad hear what the Philistines did to Saul.	И# ўслhшаша живyщіи во їавjсэ галаадітjйстэмъ, ±же сотвори1ша и3ноплемє1нницы саyлу,

And they rose up, even every man of might, and marched all night, and took the body of Saul and the body of Jonathan his son from the wall of Bæthsam; and they bring them to Jabis, and burn them there.	и3 востaша вси2 мyжіе си1льніи, и3 и3д0ша всю2 н0щь, и3 взsша тёло саyлово и3 тёло їwнаfaна сhна є3гw2 съ стэны2 веfсaмски, и3 принес0ша \| во їавjсъ, и3 сожг0ша \| тaмw:

And they take their bones, and bury them in the field that is in Jabis, and fast seven days.	и3 взsша кHсти и4хъ, и3 погреб0ша \| въ дубрaвэ ±же во їавjсэ, и3 пости1шасz сeдмь днjй.
