And Solomon gathered seventy thousand men that bore burdens, and eighty thousand hewers of stone in the mountain, and there were three thousand six hundred superintendents over them. И# повелЁ соломHнъ созидaти д0мъ и4мени гDню и3 д0мъ цaрству своемY.

And Solomon sent to Chiram king of Tyre, saying, Whereas thou didst deal favourably with David my father, and didst send him cedars to build for himself a house to dwell in, И# собрA цaрь соломHнъ сeдмьдесzтъ тhсzщъ мужeй носsщихъ временA и3 џсмьдесzтъ тhсzщахъ каменосёчцєвъ въ горaхъ, пристaвленныхъ же над8 ни1ми три2 тhсzщы и3 шeсть сHтъ.

behold, I also his son am building a house to the name of the Lord my God, to consecrate it to him, to burn incense before him, and to offer shewbread continually, and to offer up whole-burnt-offerings continually morning and evening, and on the sabbaths, and at the new moons, and at the feasts of the Lord our God: this is a perpetual statute for Israel. И# послA соломHнъ къ хірaму царю2 тЂрску, глаг0лz: ћкоже сотвори1лъ є3си2 съ давjдомъ nтцeмъ моjмъ и3 послaлъ є3си2 є3мY кeдры, да сози1ждетъ себЁ д0мъ, въ нeмже є3мY њбитaти,

And the house which I am building is to be great: for the Lord our God is great beyond all gods. и3 сE, ѓзъ сhнъ є3гw2 созидaю д0мъ и4мени гDа бGа моегw2, да њсвzшY є3го2 є3мY, є4же кади1ти пред8 ни1мъ fmміaмъ ґрwмaтовъ и3 предложeніе всегдA, и3 возноси1ти всесожжє1ніz вhну, ќтрw и3 къ вeчеру, и3 въ суббHты, и3 въ новомчcіихъ, и3 въ прaздницэхъ гDа бGа нaшегw: во вёкъ сіE бо ї}ли:

And who will be able to build him a house? for the heaven and heaven of heavens do not bear his glory: and who am I, that I should build him a house, save only to burn incense before him? и3 д0мъ, є3г0же ѓзъ созидaю, вели1къ, вели1къ бо є4сть гDь бGъ нaшъ пaче всёхъ богHвъ,

And now send me a man wise and skilled to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in purple, and in scarlet, and in blue, and one that knows how to grave together with the craftsmen who are with me in Juda and in Jerusalem, which materials my father David prepared. и3 кто2 возм0жетъ создaти є3мY д0мъ; ѓще бо нб7о и3 нб7о нб7сE не м0гутъ вмэсти1ти слaвы є3гw2: и3 кто2 ѓзъ, созидazй є3мY д0мъ; но т0кмw є4же кади1ти fmміaмъ пред8 ни1мъ:

And send me from Libanus cedar wood, and wood of juniper, and pine; for I know that thy servants are skilled in cutting timber in Libanus: and, behold, thy servants shall go with my servants, нн7э u5бо посли2 мнЁ мyжа мyдра, и4же вёсть дэлA твори1ти въ злaтэ и3 сребрЁ, и3 мёди и3 желёзэ, и3 порфЂрэ и3 въ чeрвлени и3 въ синетЁ, и3 и4же знaетъ ваsти ваsніе, съ мyдрыми, и5же ў менє2 во їудeи и3 во їеrли1мэ, ±же ўгот0ва давjдъ nтeцъ м0й:

to prepare timber for me in abundance: for the house which I am building must be great and glorious. и3 посли1 ми древA кeдрwва и3 ґркevfwва и3 пevгwва t лівaна, вёмъ бо ѓзъ, ћкw раби2 твои2 ўмёютъ сэщи2 древA t лівaна:

And, behold, I have given freely to thy servants that work and cut the wood, corn for food, even twenty thousand measures of wheat, and twenty thousand measures of barley, and twenty thousand measures of wine, and twenty thousand measures of oil. и3 сE, раби2 твои2 съ рабы6 мои1ми п0йдутъ, да ўгот0ваютъ мнЁ древA мнHга, д0мъ бо, є3г0же ѓзъ созидaю, вели1къ и3 преслaвенъ:

And Chiram king of Tyre answered in writing, and sent to Solomon, saying, Because the Lord loved his people, he made thee king over them. и3 сE, дёлателємъ, и5же сэкyтъ древA, дaхъ въ пи1щу рабHмъ твои6мъ пшени1цы мёръ двaдесzть тhсzщъ и3 kчмeнz мёръ двaдесzть тhсzщъ, и3 вінA мёръ двaдесzть тhсzщъ и3 є3лeа мёръ двaдесzть тhсzщъ.

And Chiram said, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, who made heaven and earth, who has given to king David a wise son, and one endowed with knowledge and understanding, who shall build a house for the Lord, and a house for his kingdom. Речe же хірaмъ цaрь тЂрскій чрез8 писaніе и3 послA къ соломHну, глаг0лz: понeже возлюби2 гDь лю1ди сво‰, постaви тS над8 ни1ми царS.

And now I have sent thee a wise and understanding man who belonged to Chiram my father И# речE хірaмъ: блгcвeнъ гDь бGъ ї}левъ, и4же сотвори2 нeбо и3 зeмлю, и4же дадE давjду царю2 сhна премyдра и3 ўчeна, и3 ќмна и3 разyмна, и4же сози1ждетъ д0мъ гDу и3 д0мъ цaрству своемY:

(his mother was of the daughters of Dan, and his father was a Tyrian), skilled to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in stones and wood; and to weave with purple, and blue, and fine linen, and scarlet; and to engrave, and to understand every device, whatsoever thou shalt give him to do with thy craftsmen, and the craftsmen of my lord David thy father. и3 нн7э послaхъ тебЁ мyжа мyдра и3 свёдуща рaзумъ, хірaма рабA моего2:

And now, the wheat, and the barley, and the oil, and the wine which my lord mentioned, let him send to his servants. мaтерь є3гw2 t дщeрей дaновыхъ, nтeцъ же є3гw2 мyжъ тЂрzнинъ, и4же вёсть дёлати въ злaтэ и3 сребрЁ, и3 въ мёди и3 въ желёзэ, и3 въ кaменіихъ и3 въ древaхъ, и3 ткaти въ порфЂрэ и3 въ синетЁ и3 въ вmсс0нэ и3 въ червлени1цэ, и3 ваsти всsкую рёзь, и3 разумёти всsко разумёніе, є3ли6ка ѓще дaси є3мY, съ мyдрыми твои1ми и3 съ мyдрыми господи1на моегw2 давjда, nтцA твоегw2:

And we will cut timber out of Libanus according to all thy need, and we will bring it on rafts to the sea of Joppa, and thou shalt bring it to Jerusalem. и3 нн7э пшени1цу и3 kчмeнь, и3 є3лeй и3 віно2, ±же њбэщaлъ є3си2, господи1не м0й, посли2 рабHмъ твои6мъ,

And Solomon gathered all the foreigners that were in the land of Israel, after the numbering with which David his father numbered them; and there were found a hundred and fifty-three thousand six hundred. мы2 же бyдемъ сэщи2 древA t лівaна на всsку потрeбу твою2 и3 п0слемъ | плотaми по м0рю їоппjйскому, тh же приведeши | во їеrли1мъ.
