| And when Jabis the king of Asor heard, he sent to Jobab king of Maron, and to the king of Symoön, and to the king of Aziph, | Е#гдa же ўслhша їавjнъ цaрь ґсHрскъ, послA ко їwвaву царю2 мадHнску, и3 къ царю2 семерHнску и3 къ царю2 ґхіaвску, |

| and to the kings who were by the great Sidon, to the hill country and to Araba opposite Keneroth, and to the plain, and to Phenaeddor, | и3 къ царє1мъ и5же въ сідHнэ вели1цэмъ и3 въ г0рнэй, и3 въ ѓраву прsмw хенерefу, и3 на полsну, и3 въ нафеддHръ, |

| and to the Chananites on the coast eastward, and to the Amorites on the coast, and the Chettites, and the Pherezites, and the Jebusites in the mountain, and the Evites, and those dwelling under mount Aermon in the land Massyma. | и3 къ примHрскимъ хананeамъ t востHкъ, и3 къ примHрскимъ ґморрewмъ и3 хеттewмъ, и3 ферезewмъ и3 їевусewмъ, и5же на горЁ, и3 є3vewмъ, и3 и5же под8 ґермHномъ, въ зeмлю массифA. |

| And they and their kings with them went forth, as the sand of the sea in multitude, and horses, and very many chariots. | И# и3зыд0ша сjи и3 цaріе и4хъ съ ни1ми, лю1діе мн0зи, ћкw пес0къ и4же при краи2 м0рz мн0жествомъ, и3 к0ни и3 колєсни1цы мнHги ѕэлw2. |

| And all the kings assembled in person, and came to the same place, and encamped at the waters of Maron to war with Israel. | И# снид0шасz вси2 цaріе сjи, и3 пріид0ша вкyпэ, и3 њполчи1шасz при водЁ маррHнъ воевaти на ї}лz. |

| And the Lord said to Joshua, Be not afraid of them, for to-morrow at this time I will put them to flight before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire. | И# речE гDь ко їисyсу: не ўб0йсz t лицA и4хъ, ћкw заyтра въ сeй чaсъ ѓзъ предaмъ и5хъ ћзвенныхъ пред8 сhны ї}лєвы: к0нємъ и4хъ жи6лы пресэчeши и3 колєсни1цы и4хъ да сожжeши nгнeмъ. |

| And Joshua and all the men of war came upon them at the water of Maron suddenly; and they attacked them in the hill country. | И# пріи1де їисyсъ и3 вси2 лю1діе вои1нстіи съ ни1мъ на ни1хъ къ водЁ маррHнстэй внезaпу, и3 напад0ша на нS въ г0рнэй. |

| And the Lord delivered them into the power of Israel; and they smote them and pursued them to great Sidon, and to Maseron, and to the plains of Massoch eastward; and they destroyed them till there was not one of them left that survived. | И# предадE и5хъ гDь под8 рyцэ ї}лєвы: и3 сэкyще и5хъ, прогнaша дaже до сідHна вели1кагw и3 до масрефHfъ-маjма и3 до п0ль масси1фскихъ къ вост0кwмъ: и3 и3зсэк0ша и5хъ, д0ндеже не њстaсz въ ни1хъ ни є3ди1нъ цёлъ и3 и3збёгшій. |

| And Joshua did to them, as the Lord commanded him: he houghed their horses, and burned their chariots with fire. | И# сотвори2 и5мъ їисyсъ, ћкоже заповёда є3мY гDь: к0нємъ и4хъ жи6лы пресэчE и3 колєсни1цы и4хъ сожжE nгнeмъ. |

| And Joshua returned at that time, and took Asor and her king; now Asor in former time was the chief of these kingdoms. | И# њбрати1сz їисyсъ въ то2 врeмz, и3 взS ґсHръ, и3 царS є3гw2 ўби2 мечeмъ: ґсHръ бо бЁ прeжде њбладaющій всёми цaрствы си1ми: |

| And they slew with the sword all that breathed in it, and utterly destroyed them all, and there was no living thing left in it; and they burnt Asor with fire. | и3 и3зби2 всE дhшущее, є4же въ нeмъ бhсть, џстріемъ мечA, и3 потреби1ша вс‰, и3 не њстaсz въ нeмъ всE дhшущее: и3 ґсHръ запали1ша nгнeмъ. |

| And Joshua took all the cities of the kingdoms, and their kings, and slew them with the edge of the sword; and utterly slew them, as Moses the servant of the Lord commanded. | И# вс‰ грaды цaрствъ си1хъ и3 вс‰ цари6 и4хъ взS їисyсъ и3 и3зби2 | мечeмъ, и3 потреби2 и5хъ, ћкоже повелЁ и5мъ мwmсeй рaбъ гDень. |

| But all the walled cities Israel burnt not; but Israel burnt Asor only. | Но вс‰ грaды крBпки не запали2 ї}ль, т0чію ґсHръ є3ди1нъ запали2 їисyсъ. |
|

| And the children of Israel took all its spoils to themselves; and they slew all the men with the edge of the sword, until he destroyed them; they left not one of them breathing. | И# вс‰ кwрhсти и4хъ и3 вс‰ скоты2 и4хъ плэни1ша себЁ сhнове ї}лєвы: людjй же всёхъ потреби1ша мечeмъ, д0ндеже погуби1ша и5хъ, и3 не њстaвиша t ни1хъ ни є3ди1нагw дhшущагw. |

| As the Lord commanded his servant Moses, even so Moses commanded Joshua; and so Joshua did, he transgressed no precept of all that Moses commanded him. | Ћкоже повелЁ гDь мwmсeю рабY своемY, тaкw мwmсeй заповёда їисyсу: и3 тaкw сотвори2 їисyсъ, не преступи2 ни є3ди1нагw же t всёхъ, ±же заповёда гDь мwmсeю. |

| And Joshua took all the hill country, and all the land of Nageb, and all the land of Gosom, and the plain country, and that toward the west, and the mountain of Israel and the low country by the mountain; | И# взS їисyсъ всю2 зeмлю г0рную и3 всю2 зeмлю нагeвъ, и3 всю2 зeмлю гос0мску, и3 рaвную, и3 ћже на зaпадъ, и3 г0ру ї}леву, и3 п0лz ±же при горЁ, |

| from the mountain of Chelcha, and that which goes up to Seir, and as far as Balagad, and the plains of Libanus, under mount Aermon; and he took all their kings, and destroyed, and slew them. | t горы2 хелхA, и3 ћже восх0дитъ къ сеjру, и3 дaже до валгaда, и3 п0ле лівaна под8 гор0ю ґермHнъ: и3 вс‰ цари6 и4хъ взS и3 и3зби2. |

| And for many days Joshua waged war with these kings. | И# мнHги дни6 сотвори2 їисyсъ съ цари6 си1ми брaнь: |

| And there was no city which Israel took not; they took all in war. | и3 не бЁ ни є3ди1нагw грaда, є3гHже не предадE гDь сынHмъ ї}лєвымъ, кромЁ є3veа њбитaющагw въ гаваHнэ: всёхъ взsша брaнію: |

| For it was of the Lord to harden their hearts to go forth to war against Israel, that they might be utterly destroyed, that mercy should not be granted to them, but that they should be utterly destroyed, as the Lord said to Moses. | ћкw гDемъ бhсть ўкрэпи1тисz и4хъ сeрдцу, сопроти1витисz на брaни проти1ву ї}лz, да потребsтъ и5хъ, ћкw да не дaстсz и5мъ ми1лость, но да потребsтсz, ћкоже гlа гDь къ мwmсeю. |

| And Joshua came at that time, and utterly destroyed the Enakim out of the hill country, from Chebron and from Dabir, and from Anaboth, and from all the race of Israel, and from all the mountain of Juda with their cities; and Joshua utterly destroyed them. | И# пріи1де їисyсъ въ то2 врeмz, и3 потреби2 (вс‰) є3накjмы t г0рныz, t хеврHна и3 t давjра и3 t ґнHва, и3 t всеS горы2 ї}левы и3 t всеS горы2 їyдины, съ гр†ды и4хъ, и3 потреби2 | їисyсъ: |

| There was not any one left of the Enakim by the children of Israel, only there was left of them in Gaza, and in Gath, and in Aseldo. | не њстaсz ни є3ди1нъ є3накjмъ t сынHвъ ї}левыхъ, но т0чію въ гaзэ и3 въ гefэ и3 во ґсидHfэ њстaшасz. |

| And Joshua took all the land, as the Lord commanded Moses; and Joshua gave them for an inheritance to Israel by division according to their tribes; and the land ceased from war. | И# взS їисyсъ всю2 зeмлю, ћкоже заповёда гDь мwmсeю: и3 дадE ю5 їисyсъ въ наслёдіе ї}лю, раздэлeніемъ по племенHмъ и4хъ. И# престA землS вою1ема бhти. |
