|
And it came to pass when Jesus had finished these words, he departed from Galilee, and came into the borders of Judea beyond the Jordan;
|
И бы́сть єгда́ сконча́ Іису́съ словеса́ сія́, пре́йде от Галіле́и и пріи́де въ предѣ́лы Іуде́йскія объ о́нъ по́лъ Іорда́на.

and great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.
|
И по Не́мъ идо́ша наро́ди мно́зи, и исцѣли́ и́хъ ту́.
|

|
And the Pharisees came unto him, trying him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
|
И приступи́ша къ Нему́ фарісе́є искуша́юще Єго́ и глаго́лаша Єму́: а́ще досто́итъ человѣ́ку пусти́ти жену́ свою́ по вся́цѣй винѣ́?
|

|
And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female,
|
О́нъ же отвѣща́въ рече́ и́мъ: нѣ́сте ли чли́, я́ко Сотвори́вый искони́, му́жескій по́лъ и же́нскій сотвори́лъ я́ є́сть?

|
and said, For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?
|
И рече́: сего́ ра́ди оста́витъ человѣ́къ отца́ [своєго́] и ма́терь и прилѣпи́тся къ женѣ́ своє́й, и бу́дета о́ба въ пло́ть єди́ну,
|

|
So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
|
я́коже ктому́ нѣ́ста два́, но пло́ть єди́на: є́же у́бо Бо́гъ сочета́, человѣ́къ да не разлуча́єтъ.
|

|
They say unto him, Why then did Moses command to give a bill of divorcement, and to put her away?
|
Глаго́лаша Єму́: что́ у́бо Моисе́й заповѣ́да да́ти кни́гу распу́стную и отпусти́ти ю́?
|

|
|
He saith unto them, Moses for your hardness of heart suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it hath not been so.
|
Глаго́ла и́мъ: я́ко Моисе́й по жестосе́рдію ва́шему повелѣ́ ва́мъ пусти́ти жены́ ва́шя: изнача́ла же не бы́сть та́ко:
|

|
And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and he that marrieth her when she is put away committeth adultery.
|
глаго́лю же ва́мъ, я́ко и́же а́ще пу́ститъ жену́ свою́, ра́звѣ словесе́ прелюбодѣ́йна, и ожени́тся ино́ю, прелюбы́ твори́тъ: и женя́йся пущени́цею прелюбы́ дѣ́єтъ.

|
His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man is so with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.
|
Глаго́лаша Єму́ ученицы́ Єго́: а́ще та́ко є́сть вина́ человѣ́ку съ жено́ю, лу́чше є́сть не жени́тися.

|
But he said unto them, Not all men can receive this saying, but they to whom it is given.
|
О́нъ же рече́ и́мъ: не вси́ вмѣща́ютъ словесе́ сего́, но и́мже дано́ є́сть:
|

|
|
For there are eunuchs, that were so born from their mother’s womb: and there are eunuchs, that were made eunuchs by men: and there are eunuchs, that made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
|
су́ть бо скопцы́, и́же изъ чре́ва ма́терня роди́шася та́ко: и су́ть скопцы́, и́же скопи́шася от человѣ́къ: и су́ть скопцы́, и́же искази́ша са́ми себе́ Ца́рствія ра́ди Небе́снаго: могі́й вмѣсти́ти да вмѣсти́тъ.

|
Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should lay his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.
|
Тогда́ приведо́ша къ Нему́ дѣ́ти, да ру́цѣ возложи́тъ на ни́хъ и помо́лится: ученицы́ же запрети́ша и́мъ.

|
But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for to such belongeth the kingdom of heaven.
|
Іису́съ же рече́ [и́мъ]: оста́вите дѣте́й и не возбраня́йте и́мъ пріити́ ко Мнѣ́: таковы́хъ бо є́сть Ца́рство Небе́сноє.

|
And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.
|
И возло́жь на ни́хъ ру́цѣ, отъи́де отту́ду.
|
|

|
And behold, one came and said unto him, Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
|
И се́, єди́нъ [нѣ́кій] присту́пль рече́ Єму́: Учи́телю благі́й, что́ бла́го сотворю́, да и́мамъ живо́тъ вѣ́чный?

|
And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? None is good save one, even God: but if thou wouldest enter into life, keep the commandments.
|
О́нъ же рече́ єму́: что́ Мя глаго́леши бла́га? Никто́же бла́гъ, то́кмо єди́нъ Бо́гъ: а́ще ли хо́щеши вни́ти въ живо́тъ, соблюди́ за́повѣди.

|
He saith unto him, Which? And Jesus said, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
|
Глаго́ла Єму́: кі́я? Іису́съ же рече́: є́же, не убіє́ши: не прелюбы́ сотвори́ши: не укра́деши: не лжесвидѣ́телствуєши:

Honor thy father and thy mother; and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
|
чти́ отца́ и ма́терь: и: возлю́биши и́скренняго твоєго́ я́ко са́мъ себе́.
|
|

|
The young man saith unto him, All these things have I observed from my youth: what lack I yet?
|
Глаго́ла Єму́ ю́ноша: вся́ сія́ сохрани́хъ от ю́ности моєя́: что́ є́смь єще́ не доконча́лъ?

|
|
Jesus said unto him, If thou wouldest be perfect, go, sell that which thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
|
Рече́ єму́ Іису́съ: а́ще хо́щеши соверше́нъ бы́ти, иди́, прода́ждь имѣ́ніє твоє́ и да́ждь ни́щымъ: и имѣ́ти и́маши сокро́вище на небеси́: и гряди́ вслѣ́дъ Мене́.

But when the young man heard the saying, he went away sorrowful; for he was one that had great possessions.
|
Слы́шавъ же ю́ноша сло́во, отъи́де скорбя́: бѣ́ бо имѣ́я стяжа́нія мно́га.
|

|
And Jesus said unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, It is hard for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
|
Іису́съ же рече́ ученико́мъ Свои́мъ: ами́нь глаго́лю ва́мъ, я́ко неудо́бь бога́тый вни́детъ въ Ца́рствіє Небе́сноє:

|
And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
|
па́ки же глаго́лю ва́мъ: удо́бѣє є́сть велбу́ду сквозѣ́ иглинѣ́ у́шы проити́, не́же бога́ту въ Ца́рствіє Бо́жіє вни́ти.

|
And when his disciples heard it, they were astonished exceedingly, saying, Who then can be saved?
|
Слы́шавше же ученицы́ Єго́, дивля́хуся зѣло́, глаго́люще: кто́ у́бо мо́жетъ спасе́нъ бы́ти?
|

|
|
And Jesus looking upon them said to them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
|
Воззрѣ́въ же Іису́съ рече́ и́мъ: у человѣ́къ сіє́ невозмо́жно є́сть, у Бо́га же вся́ возмо́жна.
|

|
|
Then answered Peter and said unto him, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee; what then shall we have?
|
Тогда́ отвѣща́въ Пе́тръ рече́ Єму́: се́, мы́ оста́вихомъ вся́ и вслѣ́дъ Тебе́ идо́хомъ: что́ у́бо бу́детъ на́мъ?

|
And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
|
Іису́съ же рече́ и́мъ: ами́нь глаго́лю ва́мъ, я́ко вы́ ше́дшіи по Мнѣ́, въ пакибытіє́, єгда́ ся́детъ Сы́нъ Человѣ́ческій на престо́лѣ сла́вы Своєя́, ся́дете и вы́ на двоюна́десяте престо́лу, судя́ще обѣмана́десяте колѣ́нома Ізра́илевома:

|
And everyone that hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life.
|
и вся́къ, и́же оста́витъ до́мъ, или́ бра́тію, или́ сестры́, или́ отца́, или́ ма́терь, или́ жену́, или́ ча́да, или́ се́ла, и́мене Моєго́ ра́ди, стори́цею пріи́метъ и живо́тъ вѣ́чный наслѣ́дитъ:

|
But many shall be last that are first; and first that are last.
|
мно́зи же бу́дутъ пе́рви послѣ́дніи, и послѣ́дни пе́рвіи.
