И бы'сть вᲆ тридесяTное лњто вᲆ четве'ртыи мsць, пяᲄыи дн~ь мsца. а%ꙁъ бњхъ среди плњн#никъ, при рецњ ховаr. эTврьꙁошася нб~са, и видXњ видњнїе бж~їе,

Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, that I was in the midst of the captivity by the river of Chobar; and the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

On the fifth day of the month; this was the fifth year of the captivity of king Joakim.
|

Бы'сть сло'во гн~е къ і^езекїилю сн~ђ вђѕїевђ жерцђ въ ꙁемли` хал#дњистеи, при рњцњ хова'ръ” И быs на мнњ` рђка гн~я.
|
And the word of the Lord came to Jezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans, by the river of Chobar; and the hand of the Lord was upon me.
|

и^ ви'дњх^, и^ се вњтръ въздви'жеся и^ грядя'ше эT сњвера, и^ ѓ'блакъ вели'къ в немъ, и^ свњтᲆ ѓ%крsтъ е^го, и^ ѓ'гнь блистая'ися.
|
And I looked, and, behold, a sweeping wind came from the north, and a great cloud on it, and there was brightness round about it, and gleaming fire, and in the midst of it as it were the appearance of amber in the midst of the fire, and brightness in it.

и^ посредњ е^го, ја%ко видњнїе чи'стаго прђда среди ѓ^гня`, и^ свᲇт# в немъ. и^ по'средњ ја%ко подобїе четы'рехъ живо'тенъ, и^ с^е видњнїе и^хъ ја%ко подо'бїе чл~ка в нихъ.

And in the midst as it were the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; the likeness of a man was upon them.

и^ четыри лица е^ді'номђ. и^ четы'ри кры'ла е^ді'номђ.
|
And each one had four faces, and each one had four wings.
|

|
и^ стегнњ и^хᲆ пра'вы, и^ пернаты но'ги и^хъ, і^ и^скры ја%ко блиста'ющаяся мњ'дь, и^ легцњ кры'лњ иX.
|
And their legs were straight; and their feet were winged, and there were sparks, like gleaming brass, and their wings were light.
|

и^ рђка чл~ча поD кры'лђ и^хъ, ѓ^ четыреX страна'хъ и^хъ.
|
And the hand of a man was under their wings on their four sides.
|
|

|
и^ лица и^хъ и^ кры'ла и^хъ четы'рех#, держа'щеся дрђгъ дрђга. лица же и^хъ четыре, не ѓ^бращахђся внегда ходи'ти иM, ко'ждо прямо лицђ иX хождахђ.
|
And the faces of them four turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
|

и^ подо'бїе лица` и^хъ, лице чл~че, и^ лице льво'во ѓ^деснђю четы'ремъ, и^ лице` те'льче ѓ^шђю четы'ремъ, и^ лице` ѓ%рле четы'ремъ.
|
And the likeness of their faces was the face of a man, and the face of a lion on the right to the four; and the face of a calf on the left to the four; and the face of an eagle to the four.
|

лица же и^хъ и^ кры'ла и^хъ просте'рта го'рњ четы'ремъ, комђж'до дв^њ съвокђпленᲇ дрђh къ дрђ'гђ. двњ y покрыва'стњ съверхђ телеса` и^хъ, и^ къждо пря'мо лицђ свое^мђ и^дя'ше,

And the four had their wings spread out above; each one had two joined to one another, and two covered their bodies.

и^дњже а^ще бя'ше дх~ъ шествђя, и^дя'хђ и^ не ѓ^бращахђся.
|
And each one went straight forward: wherever the spirit was going they went, and turned not back.
|
|

|
и^ посредњ животныхъ видњнїе ја%ко ё%глемъ ѓ^гня` горяща, и^ ја%ко видњ'нїе свњщамъ съѓ^бращающиMся посредњ живо'тныX, и^ свњтъ ѓ^гня`. и^ эT ѓ^гня` и^схожDаше ја%ко мо'лнїя,
|
And in the midst of the living creatures there was an appearance as of burning coals of fire, as an appearance of lamps turning among the living creatures; and the brightness of fire, and out of the fire came forth lightning.

и^ живо'тная теча'хђ и^ ѓ^бращахђся ја%ко видњ'нїе везе'ково”
|
And I looked, and, behold, the four had each one wheel on the ground near the living creatures.
|

|
И$ ви'дњхъ и^ с^е ко'ло е^ді'но на земли`, дръжася живо'тнымъ четы'ремъ.
|
And the appearance of the wheels was as the appearance of beryl: and the four had one likeness: and their work was as it were a wheel in a wheel.
|

|
и^ видњнїе коле'сомъ, и^ сътворе'нїе и^мъ, ја%ко видњнїе џарси'съ. и^ подо'бїе в четы'рехъ, и^ видњнїе и^хъ, и^ дњ'ло и^хъ бя'ше, ја%коже б^ы ко'ло въ ко'лесњ.

They went on their four sides: they turned not as they went;
|

|
на четы'ри страны` и^хъ шествова'хђ и^ не ѓ^браща'хђся внегда` шесᲄвова'хђ
|
neither did their backs turn: and they were high: and I beheld them, and the backs of them four were full of eyes round about.
|

|
н^и хреб#ты и^хъ, и^ высота` и^хъ бя'ше, и^ стра'шни бя'хђ. и^ ви'дњхъ т^а, и^ плещи и^хъ полны ѓ^чесъ четы'ремъ.
|
And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures lifted themselves off the earth, the wheels were lifted off.
|

|
и^ внегда шествова'ти живо'тнымъ, шествовахђ и^ колеса` дръщеся и^хъ. и^ внегда въздвиѕа'тися живо'тнымъ эT земля`, възDвиѕахђся и^ колеса`.
|
Wherever the cloud happened to be, there was the spirit ready to go: the wheels went and were lifted up with them; because the spirit of life was in the wheels.
|

и^дᲇже а^ще бя'ше ѓ%блакъ, та'мо бя'ше и^ дх~ъ ё^стремля'ася, е^же шесᲄвовати. шествова'хђ живо'тная, и^ колеса` въздвиѕахђся с ни'ми. занеже дх~ъ жизни бяше въ колесXњ”
|
When those went, the wheels went; and when those stood, the wheels stood; and when those lifted themselves off the earth, they were lifted off with them: for the spirit of life was in the wheels.

ВънегDа и^дяхђ сїи и^дя'хђ и^ колеса`. е^гда` стоа'хђ сїи, стоахђ и^ колеса` с ни'ми. и^ е^гда` въздвиѕахђся эT земля`, въздвиѕа'хђся и^ колеса`. ја^ко дх~ъ жи'ꙁни бя'ше въ коле'сњхᲆ.
|
And the likeness over the heads of the living creatures was as a firmament, as the appearance of crystal, spread out over their wings above.
|

и^ подобїе наD гла'вою живо'тныхъ ја^ко твердость, и^ ја^ко видњнїе стькла стра'шна, простер#то наD гла'вою и^хъ съвы'ше.
|
And their wings were spread out under the firmament, reaching one to the other; two wings to each, covering their bodies.
|

|
и^ поD ё^твер#жденїемъ поD кры'ла иX протя'жено, съкрыля'ющися дрђгъ къ дрђгђ комђждо дв^њ съпря'женњ покрыва'ющи телеса` своя`.
|
And I heard the sound of their wings when they went, as the sound of much water: and when they stood, their wings were let down.
|

и^ слы'шахъ гла'съ кры'лђ и^хъ внегда` паряхђ, ја%ко шђмъ воD мно'гъ, ја%ко и^ гласъ г~а саDда. и^ внегда` и^дяхђ сїи гла'съ свовеs ја%ко гла'съ по'лка, и^ внегда` стоа'хђ и^ ё^молча'хђ кры'ла и^хъ.

And lo! a voice from above the firmament
|

и^ с^е гласъ наD ё^твер#жденїемъ, е^же наD гла'вою и^хъ. внегда` стоа'хђ сїи, и^ възDвиѕахђ кры'лњ свои`.
|
that was over their head, there was as the appearance of a sapphire stone, and the likeness of a throne upon it: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as an appearance of a man above.
|

и^ наD твердїю ја%же наD главою и^хъ, ја%ко видњнїе ка'мени сапфира, и подобїе прsтла на не'м#. и^ на подобїи прsтла подо'бїе ја%ко і^ ѓ^браZ чл~чь на не'мъ сверхђ.
|
And I saw as it were the resemblance of amber from the appearance of the loins and upwards, and from the appearance of the loins and under I saw an appearance of fire, and the brightness thereof round about.
|

и^ ви'дњхъ ја%ко видњнїе прђда чистаго, ја%ко и^ ви'дњнїе ѓ%гнено в нем#, и^ свњтъ ѓ%крsтᲆ эT видњнїа чре'слᲆ и^ вы'ше, эT видњнїа чреслъ да'же и^ до долђ. ви'дњхъ а^ки видњнїе ѓ^гня`; и^ свTњ е^го ѓ%крsтъ.
|
As the appearance of the bow when it is in the cloud in days of rain, so was the form of the brightness round about.
|

|
ја%ко видњ'нїе дђгы`, е^гда` е^сть на ѓ%блацехъ вᲆ дн~ь до'ждя. та'ко видњнїе свњта ѓ%крsтъ”
