В лњто в не'же преиде наџа'нᲆ въ а^ꙁо'тъ, е^гда пђсти и^ а^рна` цр~ь а^сљ=рїискъ, и^ вое^ва` на а^ꙁо'тъ, и^ взя` и&”
|
In the year when Tanathan came to Azotus, when he was sent by Arna king of the Assyrians, and warred against Azotus, and took it;

Тогда рече г~ь къ і^са'їи` сн~ђ а^мо'совђ, гл~я. и^ди` и^ свер#зи врњтище съ чреслъ свои^хъ, и^ санда'лїи своиX и^зђ'ися, и^ сътвори` си'це. ходя` на'гъ и^ бо'съ.

then the Lord spoke to Esaias the son of Amos, saying, Go and take the sackcloth off thy loins, and loose thy sandals from off thy feet, and do thus, going naked and barefoot.

и^ рече г~ь, ја%коже хо'диT рабъ мо'и і^са'їа на'гᲆ и^ бо'съ, г~ лњта бђдђтъ е^гљ=птяномъ зна'менїа и^ чюдеса`, и^ еџїѓ'пляномъ”
|
And the Lord said, As my servant Esaias has walked naked and barefoot three years, there shall be three years for signs and wonders to the Egyptians and Ethiopians;

ЈА/ко такоже эTведетъ цр~ь а^сљ=рїискъ плњнники е^гљ=пет#ски и^ еџїѓ'пъски, ю%ноша и^ ста'рца, на'ги и^ бо'сы эTкрове'ны стыдњнїи е^гљ=пет#ски.

for thus shall the king of the Assyrians lead the captivity of Egypt and the Ethiopians, young men and old, naked and barefoot, having the shame of Egypt exposed.

и^ срамя'тся ѓ^меншавше е^гљ=птяне съ е^џїѓ'пляны, и^миже ё^пова'хђ. бњша б^о и^хъ хвала`,
|
And the Egyptians being defeated shall be ashamed of the Ethiopians, in whom they had trusted; for they were their glory.
|

и^ рекђтъ живђщеи въ ѓ'стровњ се'мъ. се` мы бњхомъ ё^пова'юще бњжа'ти к нимъ на по'мощъ. сїи же не мого'ша и^ꙁбы'ти цр~я а^сљ=рїиска, то` ка'ко мы` сп~семся”
|
And they that dwell in this island shall say in that day, Behold, we trusted to flee to them for help, who could not save themselves from the king of the Assyrians: and how shall we be saved?
