| Е#гдa же погуби1тъ гDь бGъ тв0й kзhки, и4хже гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ зeмлю, и3 наслёдиши и5хъ и3 всели1шисz во градёхъ и4хъ и3 въ домёхъ и4хъ, | And when the Lord thy God shall have destroyed the nations, which God gives thee, even the land, and ye shall inherit them, and dwell in their cities, and in their houses, |

| три2 грaды да tлучи1ши себЁ среди2 земли2 твоеS, ю4же гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ въ наслёдіе. | thou shalt separate for thyself three cities in the midst of thy land, which the Lord thy God gives thee. |

| Ўгот0ви себЁ пyть, и3 на тр0е раздэли2 предёлы земли2 твоеS, ю4же раздэлsетъ тебЁ гDь бGъ тв0й: и3 да бyдетъ ўбёжище тaмw всsкому ўбjйцэ. | Take a survey of thy way, and thou shalt divide the coasts of thy land, which the Lord thy God apportions to thee, into three parts, and there shall be there a refuge for every manslayer. |

| Сіe же да бyдетъ заповёданіе ўбjйцэ, и4же ѓще ўбэжи1тъ тaмw, и3 жи1въ бyдетъ: и4же ѓще ўбіeтъ бли1жнzго своего2 не вёдz, и3 сeй не ненави1дэ є3го2 прeжде вчерaшнzгw днE и3 трeтіzгw, | And this shall be the ordinance of the manslayer, who shall flee thither, and shall live, whosoever shall have smitten his neighbour ignorantly, whereas he hated him not in times past. |

| и3 и4же ѓще п0йдетъ съ п0другомъ свои1мъ въ лёсъ собирaти дровA, и3 поползнeтсz рукA є3гw2 съ сэки1рою сэкyщагw дровA, и3 спaдши сэки1ра съ топори1ща ўлучи1тъ п0друга є3гw2, и3 ќмретъ, сeй да ўбэжи1тъ во є3ди1нъ t градHвъ си1хъ, и3 жи1въ да бyдетъ: | And whosoever shall enter with his neighbour into the thicket, to gather wood, if the hand of him that cuts wood with the axe should be violently shaken, and the axe head falling off from the handle should light on his neighbour, and he should die, he shall flee to one of these cities, and live. |

| да не погнaвъ ќжикъ кр0ве в8слёдъ ўби1вшагw, ћкw разгори1тсz сeрдце є3мY, и3 пости1гнетъ є3го2, ѓще должaйшій бyдетъ пyть, и3 ўбіeтъ дyшу є3гw2, и3 ќмретъ: и3 семY нёсть сyдъ смeртный, понeже не бЁ ненави1дz є3го2 прeжде вчерaшнzгw и3 трeтіzгw днE: | Lest the avenger of blood pursue after the slayer, because his heart is hot, and overtake him, if the way be too long, and slay him, though there is to this man no sentence of death, because he hated him not in time past. |

| сегw2 рaди заповёдаю ѓзъ тебЁ сл0во сіE, глаг0лz: три2 грaды да tлучи1ши себЁ. | Therefore I charge thee, saying, Thou shalt separate for thyself three cities. |
|

| Ѓще же разшири1тъ гDь бGъ тв0й предёлы тво‰, ћкоже клsтсz nтцє1мъ твои6мъ, и3 дaстъ тебЁ гDь всю2 зeмлю, ю4же речE дaти nтцє1мъ твои6мъ, | And if the Lord shall enlarge thy borders, as he sware to thy fathers, and the Lord shall give to thee all the land which he said he would give to thy fathers; |

| ѓще послyшаеши твори1ти вс‰ зaпwвэди сі‰, ±же ѓзъ заповёдаю тебЁ днeсь, люби1ти гDа бGа твоего2, ходи1ти во всёхъ путeхъ є3гw2 вс‰ дни6: и3 да приложи1ши себЁ є3щE три2 грaды къ си6мъ тріeмъ градHмъ, | if thou shalt hearken to do all these commands, which I charge thee this day, to love the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways continually; thou shalt add for thyself yet three cities to these three. |

| и3 да не проліeтсz кр0вь безви1нна въ земли2 твоeй, ю4же гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ въ жрeбій, и3 да не бyдетъ въ тебЁ кр0ви пови1ненъ. | So innocent blood shall not be spilt in the land, which the Lord thy God gives thee to inherit, and there shall not be in thee one guilty of blood. |

| Ѓще же бyдетъ ў тебє2 человёкъ ненави1дzй бли1жнzго своего2, и3 навётъ сотвори1тъ нaнь, и3 востaнетъ нaнь, и3 порази1тъ дyшу є3гw2, и3 ќмретъ, и3 вбёгнетъ во є3ди1нъ t градHвъ си1хъ, | But if there should be in thee a man hating his neighbour, and he should lay wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him, that he die, and he should flee to one of these cities, |

| да п0слютъ старBйшины грaда тогw2, и3 в0змутъ є3го2 tтyду, и3 да предадsтъ є3го2 въ рyцэ ќжикwвъ кр0ве, и3 да ќмретъ: | then shall the elders of his city send, and take him thence, and they shall deliver him into the hands of the avengers of blood, and he shall die. |

| да не пощади1тъ є3гw2 џко твоE, и3 да њчи1стиши кр0вь непови1нную t ї}лz, и3 блaго бyдетъ тебЁ. | Thine eye shall not spare him; so shalt thou purge innocent blood from Israel, and it shall be well with thee. |

| Да не предви1жеши предёлwвъ бли1жнzгw своегw2, ±же постaвиша nтцы2 твои2 въ наслёдіи твоeмъ, є4же наслёдовалъ є3си2 въ земли2, ю4же гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ во жрeбій. | Thou shalt not move the landmarks of thy neighbour, which thy fathers set in the inheritance, in which thou hast obtained a share in the land, which the Lord thy God gives thee to inherit. |

| Да не пребyдетъ свидётель є3ди1нъ во свидётелство на человёка по всsкой њби1дэ и3 по всsкому преступлeнію и3 по всsкому грэхY, и4мже ѓще согрэши1тъ: при ўстёхъ двою2 свидётелей и3 при ўстёхъ тріeхъ свидётелей да стaнетъ всsкъ глаг0лъ. | One witness shall not stand to testify against a man for any iniquity, or for any fault, or for any sin which he may commit; by the mouth of two witnesses, or by the mouth of three witnesses, shall every word be established. |

| Ѓще же востaнетъ свидётель непрaведенъ на человёка, глаг0лz на него2 нечeстіе, | And if an unjust witness rise up against a man, alleging iniquity against him; |

| да стaнутъ џба человBка, и5мже є4сть прS, пред8 гDемъ и3 пред8 жєрцы2 и3 пред8 судіsми, и5же бyдутъ въ ты6z дни6, | then shall the two men between whom the controversy is, stand before the Lord, and before the priests, and before the judges, who may be in those days. |

| и3 да и3спытaютъ и5хъ судіи6 прилёжнw, и3 сE, свидётель непрaведенъ свидётелствова непрaвду, востA на брaта своего2: | And the judges shall make diligent inquiry, and, behold, if an unjust witness has borne unjust testimony; and has stood up against his brother; |

| да сотвори1те є3мY, ћкоже и3 џнъ ўмhсли сотвори1ти супроти1въ брaта своегw2, и3 и3зми1те ѕл0е t вaсъ самёхъ: | then shall ye do to him as he wickedly devised to do against his brother, and thou shalt remove the evil from yourselves. |

| да и3 пр0чіи ўслhшавше ўбоsтсz, и3 не приложaтъ ктомY твори1ти словесE ѕлaгw сегw2 въ вaсъ: | And the rest shall hear and fear, and do no more according to this evil thing in the midst of you. |

| да не пощади1тъ є3гw2 џко твоE: дyшу за дyшу, џко за џко, зyбъ за зyбъ, рyку за рyку, н0гу за н0гу, ћкоже ѓще кто2 дaстъ пор0къ на бли1жнzго своего2, си1це воздaстсz є3мY. | Thine eye shall not spare him: thou shalt exact life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot. |
