| Ѓще же бyдетъ прS междY челwвёки, и3 пріи1дутъ на сyдъ, и3 да сyдzтъ, и3 њправдsтъ прaваго, и3 њсyдzтъ нечести1ваго: | And if there should be a dispute between men, and they should come forward to judgment, and the judges judge, and justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked: |

| и3 бyдетъ, ѓще дост0инъ є4сть р†нъ нечести1вый, да постaвиши є3го2 пред8 судіsми, и3 да бію1тъ є3го2 пред8 ни1ми по нечeстію є3гw2: | then it shall come to pass, if the unrighteous should be worthy of stripes, thou shalt lay him down before the judges, and they shall scourge him before them according to his iniquity. |

| и3 числ0мъ четhредесzть р†нъ да наложaтъ є3мY, и3 да не приложaтъ къ семY: ѓще же приложaтъ пaче р†нъ си1хъ би1ти є3го2 мн0жае, срaмъ бyдетъ брaту твоемY пред8 тоб0ю. | And they shall scourge him with forty stripes in number, they shall not inflict more; for if thou shouldest scourge him with more stripes beyond these stripes, thy brother will be disgraced before thee. |

| Да не њброти1ши волA молотsща. | Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treads out the corn. |

| Ѓще же живyтъ брaтіz вкyпэ, и3 ќмретъ є3ди1нъ t ни1хъ, сёмене же не бyдетъ є3мY, да не бyдетъ женA ўмeршагw и3н0му мyжу неср0дну: брaтъ мyжа є3S да вни1детъ къ нeй и3 п0йметъ ю5 себЁ въ женY, и3 да поживeтъ съ нeю: | And if brethren should live together, and one of them should die, and should not have seed, the wife of the deceased shall not marry out of the family to a man not related: her husband's brother shall go in to her, and shall take her to himself for a wife, and shall dwell with her. |

| и3 бyдетъ nтрочA, є4же ѓще роди1тсz, да постaвитсz во и4мz ўмeршагw, и3 не поги1бнетъ и4мz є3гw2 t ї}лz. | And it shall come to pass that the child which she shall bear, shall be named by the name of the deceased, and his name shall not be blotted out of Israel. |

| Ѓще же не восх0щетъ человёкъ поsти жены2 брaта своегw2, да пріи1детъ женA ко вратHмъ пред8 старBйшины и3 речeтъ: не х0щетъ брaтъ мyжа моегw2 возстaвити и4мz брaта своегw2 во ї}ли, не восхотЁ брaтъ мyжа моегw2: | And if the man should not be willing to take his brother's wife, then shall the woman go up to the gate to the elders, and she shall say, My husband's brother will not raise up the name of his brother in Israel, my husband's brother has refused. |

| и3 да призовyтъ є3го2 старBйшины грaда тогw2 и3 рекyтъ є3мY, и3 стaвъ речeтъ: не хощY поsти ю5: | And the elders of his city shall call him, and speak to him; and if he stand and say, I will not take her: |

| и3 приступи1вши женA брaта є3гw2 къ немY пред8 старBйшины, и3 и3зyетъ сап0гъ є3гw2 є3ди1нъ t ноги2 є3гw2, и3 да плю1нетъ на лицE є3гw2, и3 tвэщaвши речeтъ: си1це да сотворsтъ человёку, и4же не сози1ждетъ д0му брaта своегw2 во ї}ли: | then his brother's wife shall come forward before the elders, and shall loose one shoe from off his foot, and shall spit in his face, and shall answer and say, Thus shall they do to the man who will not build his brother's house in Israel. |

| и3 прозовeтсz и4мz є3гw2 во ї}ли д0мъ и3зyтагw и3з8 сапогA. | And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that has had his shoe loosed. |

| Ѓще же бію1тсz челwвёка двA вкyпэ, человёкъ съ брaтомъ свои1мъ, и3 пристyпитъ женA є3ди1нагw t ни1хъ tsти мyжа своего2 t руки2 бію1щагw и5, и3 простeрши рyку свою2, и4метъ за ћтра є3гw2, | And if men should strive together, a man with his brother, and the wife of one of them should advance to rescue her husband out of the hand of him that smites him, and she should stretch forth her hand, and take hold of his private parts; |

| да tсэчeши рyку є3S: да не пощади1тъ џко твоE є3S. | thou shalt cut off her hand; thine eye shall not spare her. |
|

| Да не бyдетъ во влагaлищи твоeмъ мёрило и3 мёрило, вели1кое и3 мaлое, | Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small. |
|

|
| да не бyдетъ въ домY твоeмъ мёра и3 мёра, вели1ка и3 мaла: | Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small. |
|

|
| мёрило и4стинно и3 прaведно да бyдетъ тебЁ, и3 мёра и4стинна и3 прaведна да бyдетъ тебЁ, да мнHги дни6 бyдеши на земли2, ю4же гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ въ жрeбій, | Thou shalt have a true and just weight, and a true and just measure, that thou mayest live long upon the land which the Lord thy God gives thee for an inheritance. |

| ћкw мeрзость гDеви бGу твоемY всsкъ творsй сі‰, всsкъ творsй непрaвду. | For every one that does this is an abomination to the Lord thy God, even every one that does injustice. |
|

| Помzни2, є3ли6ка тебЁ сотвори2 ґмали1къ на пути2, и3сходsщу тебЁ и3з8 є3гЂпта: | Remember what things Amalec did to thee by the way, when thou wentest forth out of the land of Egypt: |

| кaкw сопротивостA тебЁ на пути2 и3 посэчE зaдній п0лкъ тв0й ўтруждeнъ за тоб0ю: тh же ѓлченъ бhлъ є3си2 и3 ўтруждeнъ: и3 не ўбоsсz бGа: | how he withstood thee in the way, and harassed thy rear, even those that were weary behind thee, and thou didst hunger and wast weary; and he did not fear God. |

| и3 бyдетъ є3гдA ўпок0итъ тS гDь бGъ тв0й t всёхъ вр†гъ твои1хъ, и5же w4крестъ тебє2 на земли2, ю4же гDь бGъ тв0й даeтъ тебЁ въ жрeбій, є4же наслёдити ю5, да погуби1ши и4мz ґмали1ково t земли2, ћже под8 небесeмъ, и3 да не забyдеши. | And it shall come to pass whenever the Lord thy God shall have given thee rest from all thine enemies round about thee, in the land which the Lord thy God gives thee to inherit, thou shalt blot out the name of Amalec from under heaven, and shalt not forget to do it. |
