| Сл0во б9іе, є4же бhсть ко їеремjи сhну хелкjеву t свzщє1нникъ, и4же њбитaше во ґнаfHfэ, въ земли2 веніамjновэ, | The word of God which came to Jeremias the son of Chelcias, of the priests, who dwelt in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin: |

| ћкоже бhсть сл0во гDне къ немY, во дни6 їwсjи сhна ґмHса царS їyдина, въ третіенaдесzть лёто цaрства є3гw2, | accordingly as the word of God came to him in the days of Josias son of Amos king of Juda, in the thirteenth year of his reign. |

| и3 бhсть во дни6 їwакjма сhна їwсjи царS їyдина, дaже до первагwнaдесzть лёта седекjи сhна їwсjи царS їyдина, дaже до плэнeніz їеrли1мскагw въ мцcъ пsтый. | And it was in the days of Joakim son of Josias king of Juda, until the eleventh year of Sedekias king of Juda, even until the captivity of Jerusalem in the fifth month. |

| И# бhсть сл0во гDне ко мнЁ гlz: | And the word of the Lord came to him, saying, |

| прeжде нeже мнЁ создaти тS во чрeвэ, познaхъ тS, и3 прeжде нeже и3зhти тебЁ и3з8 ложeснъ, њс™и1хъ тS, прbр0ка во kзhки постaвихъ тS. | Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth from the womb, I sanctified thee; I appointed thee a prophet to the nations. |

| И# рек0хъ: q, сhй вLко гDи, сE, не вёмъ глаг0лати, ћкw џтрокъ ѓзъ є4смь. | And I said, O Lord, thou that art supreme Lord, behold, I know not how to speak, for I am a child. |

| И# речE гDь ко мнЁ: не глаг0ли, ћкw џтрокъ ѓзъ є4смь, и4бо ко всBмъ, къ ни6мже послю1 тz, п0йдеши, и3 вс‰, є3ли6ка повелю2 тебЁ, возглаг0леши: | And the Lord said to me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all to whomsoever I shall send thee, and according to all the words that I shall command thee, thou shalt speak. |

| не ўб0йсz t лицA и4хъ, ћкw съ тоб0ю ѓзъ є4смь, є4же и3збaвити тS, гlетъ гDь. | Be not afraid before them: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord. |

| И# прострE гDь рyку свою2 ко мнЁ и3 прикоснyсz ўстHмъ мои6мъ, и3 речE гDь ко мнЁ: сE, дaхъ словесA мо‰ во ўстA тво‰: | And the Lord stretched forth his hand to me, and touched my mouth: and the Lord said to me, Behold, I have put my words into thy mouth. |

| сE, постaвихъ тS днeсь над8 kзы6ки и3 над8 цaрствы, да и3скорени1ши и3 разори1ши, и3 расточи1ши и3 разруши1ши, и3 пaки сози1ждеши и3 насади1ши. | Behold, I have appointed thee this day over nations and over kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to rebuild, and to plant. |

| И# бhсть сл0во гDне ко мнЁ гlz: чт0 ты ви1диши, їеремjе; И# рек0хъ: жeзлъ nрёховый (ѓзъ ви1жду). | And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, What seest thou? And I said, A rod of an almond tree. |

| И# речE гDь ко мнЁ: блaгw ви1дэлъ є3си2, понeже бдёхъ ѓзъ над8 словесы2 мои1ми, є4же сотвори1ти |. | And the Lord said to me, Thou hast well seen: for I have watched over my words to perform them. |

| И# бhсть сл0во гDне втори1цею ко мнЁ гlz: чт0 ты ви1диши; И# рек0хъ: кон0бъ поджигaемый (ѓзъ ви1жду) и3 лицE є3гw2 t лицA сёвера. | And the word of the Lord came to me a second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, A caldron on the fire; and the face of it is toward the north. |

| И# речE гDь ко мнЁ: t лицA сёвера возгорsтсz ѕл†z на всёхъ њбитaющихъ на земли2, | And the Lord said to me, From the north shall flame forth evils upon all the inhabitants of the land. |

| занE сE, ѓзъ созовY вс‰ ц†рства зємнaz t сёвера, речE гDь: и3 пріи1дутъ и3 постaвzтъ кjйждо прест0лъ св0й въ преддвeріихъ врaтъ їеrли1мскихъ и3 на всёхъ стэнaхъ w4крестъ є3гw2 и3 на всёхъ градёхъ їyдиныхъ: | For, behold, I call together all the kingdoms of the earth from the north, saith the Lord; and they shall come, and shall set each one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls round about her, and against all the cities of Juda. |

| и3 возгlю къ ни6мъ съ суд0мъ њ всsцэй ѕл0бэ и4хъ, кaкw њстaвиша мS и3 пожр0ша богHмъ чужди6мъ и3 поклони1шасz дэлHмъ рyкъ свои1хъ. | And I will speak to them in judgment, concerning all their iniquity, forasmuch as they have forsaken me, and sacrificed to strange gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands. |

| Тh же препоsши чрє1сла тво‰, и3 востaни и3 глаг0ли къ ни6мъ вс‰, є3ли6ка заповёдаю тебЁ: не ўб0йсz t лицA и4хъ, нижE ўстраши1сz пред8 ни1ми, ћкw съ тоб0ю є4смь, є4же и3збaвити тS, гlетъ гDь: | And do thou gird up thy loins, and stand up, and speak all the words that I shall command thee: be not afraid of their face, neither be thou alarmed before them; for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord. |

| сE, положи1хъ тS днeсь ѓки грaдъ твeрдъ и3 въ ст0лпъ желёзный, и3 ѓки стёну мёдzну, крёпку всBмъ царє1мъ ї{динымъ и3 кнzзє1мъ є3гw2, и3 свzщeнникwмъ є3гw2 и3 лю1демъ земли2: | Behold, I have made thee this day as a strong city, and as a brazen wall, strong against all the kings of Juda, and the princes thereof, and the people of the land. |

| и3 рaтовати бyдутъ на тS и3 не прем0гутъ тS, понeже съ тоб0ю ѓзъ є4смь, да и3збaвлю тS, речE гDь. | And they shall fight against thee; but they shall by no means prevail against thee; because I am with thee, to deliver thee, saith the Lord. |
