| востани2 и3 сни1ди въ д0мъ скудeльничь, и3 тaмw ўслhшиши словесA мо‰. | Jeremias, saying, Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there thou shalt hear my words. |

| И# снид0хъ въ д0мъ скудeльничь, и3 сE, т0й творsше дёло на кaменехъ. | So I went down to the potter's house, and behold, he was making a vessel on the stones. |
|

|
| И# разби1сz сосyдъ, є3г0же т0й творsше t гли1ны рукaма свои1ма: и3 пaки т0й сотвори2 и3з8 негw2 и4ный сосyдъ, ћкоже ўг0дно во џчію є3гw2 твори1ти. | And the vessel which he was making with his hands fell: so he made it again another vessel, as it seemed good to him to make it. |

| И# бhсть сл0во гDне ко мнЁ, рекyщее: | And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, |

| є3дA, ћкоже скудeльникъ сeй, не возмогY сотвори1ти вaсъ, д0ме ї}левъ; речE гDь: сE, ћкоже брeніе въ рукY скудeльника, тaкw вы2 є3стE, д0ме ї}левъ, въ рукY моє1ю: | Shall I not be able, O house of Israel, to do to you as this potter? behold, as the clay of the potter are ye in my hands. |

| наконeцъ возгlю на kзhкъ и3 на цaрство, да и3скореню2 и5хъ и3 разорю2 и3 расточY |: | If I shall pronounce a decree upon a nation, or upon a kingdom, to cut them off, and to destroy them; |

| и3 ѓще њбрати1тсz kзhкъ т0й t всёхъ лукaвствъ свои1хъ, то2 раскaюсz њ њѕлоблeніихъ, ±же помhслихъ сотвори1ти и5мъ: | and that nation turn from all their sins, then will I repent of the evils which I purposed to do to them. |

| и3 наконeцъ рекY на kзhкъ и3 цaрство, да возсози1жду и3 насаждY |, | And if I shall pronounce a decree upon a nation and kingdom, to rebuild and to plant it; |

| и3 ѓще сотворsтъ лук†ваz пред8 nчи1ма мои1ма, є4же не послyшати глaса моегw2, то2 раскaюсz њ благи1хъ, ±же гlахъ сотвори1ти и5мъ. | and they do evil before me, so as not to hearken to my voice, then will I repent of the good which I spoke of, to do it to them. |

| И# нн7э рцы2 ко мужє1мъ ї{динымъ и3 њбитaтелємъ їеrли1ма, рекjй: сі‰ речE гDь: сE, ѓзъ творю2 на вaсъ ѕл†z и3 мhшлю на вaсъ ўмышлeніе: да њбрати1тсz ќбw кjйждо t пути2 своегw2 лукaвагw, и3 и3спрaвите пути6 вaшz и3 ўмышлє1ніz в†ша. | And now say to the men of Juda, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Behold, I prepare evils against you, and devise a device against you: let every one turn now from his evil way, and amend your practices. |

| И# рек0ша: ўкрэпи1мсz, и4бо по развращeніємъ нaшымъ п0йдемъ, и3 кjйждо ўг0дное сeрдца своегw2 лукaвагw сотвори1мъ. | And they said, We will quit ourselves like men, for we will pursue our perverse ways, and we will perform each the lusts of his evil heart. |

| Сегw2 рaди сі‰ гlетъ гDь: вопроси1те нн7э kзhкwвъ, кто2 слhша сицев†z стр†шнаz, ±же сотвори2 ѕэлw2 дёва ї}лева; | Therefore thus saith the Lord; Enquire now among the nations, who has heard such very horrible things as the virgin of Israel has done? |

| є3дA њскудёютъ t кaмене сосцы2, и3ли2 снёгъ t лівaна; є3дA ўклони1тсz водA ѕёлнw вётромъ носи1маz; | Will fertilising streams fail to flow from a rock, or snow fail from Libanus? will water violently impelled by the wind turn aside? |

| понeже забhша менE лю1діе мои2 всyе жрyще, и3 и3знем0гутъ на путeхъ свои1хъ и3 на стезsхъ вёчныхъ, є4же взhти на стєзи2 не и3мyщыz пути6 на хождeніе, | For my people have forgotten me, they have offered incense in vain, and they fail in their ways, leaving the ancient tracks, to enter upon impassable paths; |

| є4же положи1ти зeмлю св0ю въ запустёніе и3 во звиздaніе вёчное: всsкъ, и4же прeйдетъ по нeй, почуди1тсz и3 покивaетъ глав0ю своeю: | to make their land a desolation, and a perpetual hissing; all that go through it shall be amazed, and shall shake their heads. |

| ћкоже вётръ палsщь разсёю и5хъ пред8 враги6 и4хъ, хребeтъ, ґ не лицE покажY и5мъ въ дeнь поги1бели и4хъ. | I will scatter them before their enemies like an east wind; I will shew them the day of their destruction. |
|

| И# рек0ша: пріиди1те и3 ўмhслимъ їеремjю совётъ, и4бо не поги1бнетъ зак0нъ t свzщeнника, ни совётъ t премyдрагw, ни сл0во t прор0ка: пріиди1те и3 порази1мъ є3го2 љзhкомъ, и3 не в0нмемъ всBмъ словесє1мъ є3гw2. | Then they said, Come, and let us devise a device against Jeremias; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and we will hear all his words. |

| Вонми2, гDи, мнЁ и3 ўслhши глaсъ њправдaніz моегw2. | Hear me, O Lord, and hear the voice of my pleading. |

| Е#дA воздаю1тсz ѕл†z за благ†z; ћкw глаг0лаша словесA на дyшу мою2 и3 мучи1телство своE сокрhша ми2. Помzни2 стоsвшаго мS пред8 тоб0ю, є4же глаг0лати за ни1хъ благ†z, да tвращY гнёвъ тв0й t ни1хъ. | Forasmuch as evil is rewarded for good; for they have spoken words against my soul, and they have hidden the punishment they meant for me; remember that I stood before thy face, to speak good for them, to turn away thy wrath from them. |

| Сегw2 рaди дaждь сhны и4хъ въ глaдъ и3 собери2 и5хъ въ рyцэ мечA: да бyдутъ жєны2 и4хъ безч†дны и3 вдwвы2, и3 мyжіе и4хъ да бyдутъ ўбіeни смeртію, и3 ю4нwши и4хъ да падyтъ мечeмъ на рaти: | Therefore do thou deliver their sons to famine, and gather them to the power of the sword: let their women be childless and widows; and let their men be cut off by death, and their young men fall by the sword in war. |

| да бyдетъ в0пль въ домёхъ и4хъ: наведи2 на ни1хъ разб0йники внезaпу, понeже совэщaша сл0во, да и4мутъ мS, и3 сBти скрhша на мS. | Let there be a cry in their houses: thou shalt bring upon them robbers suddenly: for they have formed a plan to take me, and have hidden snares for me. |

| Тh же, гDи, вёси вeсь совётъ и4хъ на мS въ смeрть: да не њчcтиши беззакHніz и4хъ и3 грэхHвъ и4хъ t лицA твоегw2 да не и3зглaдиши: да бyдетъ болёзнь и4хъ пред8 тоб0ю, и3 во врeмz ћрости твоеS сотвори2 и5мъ. | And thou, Lord, knowest all their deadly counsel against me: account not their iniquities guiltless, and blot not out their sins from before thee: let their weakness come before thee; deal with them in the time of thy wrath. |
