| (За? …ѕ7.) И# ѓбіе наyтріе совётъ сотвори1ша ґрхіерeє со ст†рцы и3 кни6жники, и3 вeсь с0нмъ, свzзaвше ї}са вед0ша и3 предaша (є3го2) пілaту. | And straightaway in the morning the chief priests with the elders and scribes, and the whole council, held a consultation, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him up to Pilate. |

| И# вопроси2 є3го2 пілaтъ: тh ли є3си2 цRь їудeйскій; Џнъ же tвэщaвъ речE є3мY: ты2 глаг0леши. | And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered and said unto him, Thou sayest. |

| И# глаг0лаху на него2 ґрхіерeє мн0гw. | And the chief priests accused him of many things. |
|

|
| Пілaтъ же пaки вопроси2 є3го2, глаг0лz: не tвэщавaеши ли ничт0же; ви1ждь, коли6ка на тS свидётелствуютъ. | And Pilate again asked him, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they witness against thee. |

| Ї}съ же ктомY ничт0же tвэщA, ћкw диви1тисz пілaту. | But Jesus no more answered anything; insomuch that Pilate marveled. |
|

| На (всsкъ) же прaздникъ tпущaше и5мъ є3ди1наго свsзнz, є3г0же прошaху. | Now at the feast he used to release unto them one prisoner, whomsoever they asked of him. |
|

|
| Бё же нарицaемый варaвва со скHвники свои1ми свsзанъ, и5же въ к0вэ ўбjйство сотвори1ша. | And there was one called Barabbas, lying bound with them that had made insurrection with him, men who in the insurrection had committed murder. |
|

| И# возопи1въ нар0дъ начA проси1ти, ћкоже всегдA творsше и5мъ. | And the multitude cried out and began to ask him to do unto them as he had always done. |
|

|
| Пілaтъ же tвэщA и5мъ, глаг0лz: х0щете ли, пущY вaмъ цRS їудeйска; | And Pilate answered them, saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews? |
|

|
| Вёдzше бо, ћкw зaвисти рaди предaша є3го2 ґрхіерeє. | For he perceived that for envy the chief priests had delivered him up. |
|

|
| Ґрхіерeє же поманyша нар0ду, да пaче варaвву пyститъ и5мъ. | But the chief priests stirred up the multitude, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them. |
|

| Пілaтъ же tвэщaвъ пaки речE и5мъ: что2 u5бо х0щете сотворю2, є3г0же глаг0лете цRS їудeйска; | And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom ye call King of the Jews? |

| Nни1 же пaки возопи1ша (глаг0люще): пропни2 є3го2. | And they cried out again, Crucify him. |
|

| Пілaтъ же глаг0лаше и5мъ: чт0 бо ѕло2 сотвори2; Nни1 же и4злиха вопіsху: пропни2 є3го2. | And Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him. |

| Пілaтъ же хотS нар0ду хотёніе сотвори1ти, пусти2 и5мъ варaвву: и3 предадE ї}са, би1въ, да пр0пнутъ є3го2. | And Pilate, wishing to content the multitude, released unto them Barabbas, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified. |

| (За? …з7.) В0ини же вед0ша є3го2 внyтрь дворA, є4же є4сть претHръ: и3 созвaша всю2 спjру, | And the soldiers led him away within the court, which is the Praetorium; and they call together the whole band. |
|

| и3 њблек0ша є3го2 въ препрsду, и3 возложи1ша на него2 сплeтше терн0въ вэнeцъ, | And they clothe him with purple, and plaiting a crown of thorns, they put it on him; |
|

| и3 начaша цэловaти є3го2 (и3 глаг0лати): рaдуйсz, цRю2 їудeйскій. | and they began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews! |
|

| И# біsху є3го2 по главЁ тр0стію, и3 плювaху на него2, и3 прегибaюще колBна покланsхусz є3мY. | And they smote his head with a reed, and spat upon him, and bowing their knees worshiped him. |
|

|
| И# є3гдA поругaшасz є3мY, совлек0ша съ негw2 препрsду и3 њблек0ша є3го2 въ ри6зы сво‰: и3 и3звед0ша є3го2, да пр0пнутъ є3го2. | And when they had mocked him, they took off from him the purple, and put on him his own garments. And they lead him out to crucify him. |

| И# задёша мимоходsщу нёкоему сjмwну кmринeю, грzдyщу съ селA, nтцY ґлеxaндрову и3 рyфову, да в0зметъ кrтъ є3гw2. | And they compel one passing by, Simon of Cyrene, coming from the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to go with them, that he might bear his cross. |

| (За? …}.) И# привед0ша є3го2 на голг0fу мёсто, є4же є4сть сказaемо л0бное мёсто. | And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull. |
|

| И# даsху є3мY пи1ти є3смmрнісмeно віно2: џнъ же не пріsтъ. | And they gave him wine to drink mingled with myrrh: but he received it not. |
|

| И# распeншіи є3го2 раздэли1ша ри6зы є3гw2, метaюще жрeбій њ ни1хъ, кто2 что2 в0зметъ. | And when they had crucified him, they part his garments among them, casting lots upon them, what each should take. |
|

| Бё же чaсъ трeтій, и3 распsша є3го2. | And it was the third hour, and they crucified him. |
|

| И# бЁ написaніе вины2 є3гw2 напи1сано: цRь їудeйскъ. | And the superscription of his accusation was written above, THE KING OF THE JEWS. |

| И# съ ни1мъ распsша двA разбHйника, є3ди1наго њ деснyю и3 є3ди1наго њ шyюю є3гw2. | And with him they crucify two robbers; one on his right hand, and one on his left. |
|

| И# сбhстсz писaніе, є4же глаг0летъ: и3 со беззак0нными вмэни1сz. | And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was reckoned with transgressors |

| И# мимоходsщіи хyлzху є3го2, покивaюще главaми свои1ми и3 глаг0люще: ўA, разорszй цeрковь и3 треми2 дeнми созидazй, | And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ha! thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, |

| сп7си1сz сaмъ и3 сни1ди со кrтA. | save thyself, and come down from the cross. |

| Тaкожде и3 ґрхіерeє ругaющесz, дрyгъ ко дрyгу съ кни6жники глаг0лаху: и4ны сп7сE, себe ли не м0жетъ спcти2; | In like manner also the chief priests mocking him among themselves with the scribes said, He saved others; himself he cannot save. |

| хrт0съ, цRь ї}левъ, да сни1детъ нн7э со кrтA, да ви1димъ и3 вёру и4мемъ є3мY. И# расп‰таz съ ни1мъ поношaста є3мY. | Let the Christ, the King of Israel, now come down from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reproached him. |

| Бhвшу же часY шест0му, тмA бhсть по всeй земли2 до часA девsтагw. | And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. |

| И# въ чaсъ девsтый возопи2 ї}съ глaсомъ вeліимъ, гlz: є3лwJ, є3лwJ, ламA савахfанJ; є4же є4сть сказaемо: б9е м0й, б9е м0й, почто2 мS њстaвилъ є3си2; | And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lima sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? |

| И# нёцыи t предстоsщихъ слhшавше, глаг0лаху: сE, и3лію2 гласи1тъ. | And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calleth Elijah. |

| Тeкъ же є3ди1нъ, и3 нап0лнивъ гyбу џцта, и3 возл0жь на тр0сть, напаsше є3го2, глаг0лz: њстaвите, да ви1димъ, ѓще пріи1детъ и3ліA снsти є3го2. | And one ran, and filled a sponge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let be; let us see whether Elijah cometh to take him down. |

| Ї}съ же пyщь глaсъ вeлій, и4здше. | And Jesus uttered a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. |

| И# завёса церк0внаz раздрaсz на дв0е, свhше до ни1зу. | And the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom. |
|

|
| Ви1дэвъ же с0тникъ стоsй прsмw є3мY, ћкw тaкw возопи1въ и4здше, речE: вои1стинну чlвёкъ сeй сн7ъ бЁ б9ій. | And when the centurion, who stood by over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God. |

| Бsху же и3 жєны2 и3здалeча зрsщz, въ ни1хже бЁ марjа магдали1на, и3 марjа їaкwва мaлагw и3 їwсjи мaти, и3 салwмjа, | And there were also women beholding from afar: among whom were both Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; |

| ±же, и3 є3гдA бЁ въ галілeи, хождaху по нeмъ и3 служaху є3мY: и3 и4ны мнHгіz, ±же взыд0ша съ ни1мъ во їеrли1мъ. | who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him; and many other women that came up with him unto Jerusalem. |

| И# ўжE п0здэ бhвшу, понeже бЁ пzт0къ, є4же є4сть къ суббHтэ, | And when even was now come, because it was the Preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath, |

| (За? …f7.) пріи1де їHсифъ, и4же t ґрімаfeа, благоwбрaзенъ совётникъ, и4же и3 т0й бЁ чaz цrтвіz б9іz, дерзнyвъ вни1де къ пілaту, и3 проси2 тэлесE ї}сова. | there came Joseph of Arimathea, a councilor of honorable estate, who also himself was looking for the kingdom of God; and he boldly went in unto Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus. |

| Пілaтъ же диви1сz, ѓще ўжE ќмре: и3 призвaвъ с0тника, вопроси2 є3го2: ѓще ўжE ќмре; | And Pilate wondered if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead. |

| И# ўвёдэвъ t с0тника, дадE тёло їHсифови. | And when he learned it of the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph. |
|

| И# купи1въ плащани1цу и3 снeмь є3го2, њбви1тъ плащани1цею: и3 положи2 є3го2 во гр0бъ, и4же бЁ и3зсёченъ t кaмене: и3 привали2 кaмень над8 двє1ри гр0ба. | And he bought a linen cloth, and taking him down, wound him in the linen cloth, and laid him in a tomb which had been hewn out of a rock; and he rolled a stone against the door of the tomb. |

| Марjа же магдали1на и3 марjа їwсjева зрsстэ, гдЁ є3го2 полагaху. | And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses beheld where he was laid. |
