Joas was seven years old when he began to reign.	Въ лёто седм0е їиyа воцари1сz їwaсъ, и3 четhредесzть лётъ цaрствова во їеrли1мэ. И$мz же мaтере є3гw2 савjа t вирсавeи.

Joas began to reign in the seventh year of Ju, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Sabia of Bersabee.	И# сотвори2 їwaсъ прaвое пред8 гDемъ во вс‰ дни6, въ нsже просвэти2 є3го2 їwдaй їерeй:

And Joas did that which was right in the sight of the Lord all the days that Jodae the priest instructed him.	nбaче выс0кихъ не престaвиша, и3 тaмw є3щE лю1діе жрsху и3 кадsху на выс0кихъ.

Only there were not any of the high places removed, and the people still sacrificed there, and burned incense on the high places.	И# речE їwaсъ къ жерцє1мъ: всE сребро2 с™hхъ вноси1мое въ д0мъ гDень, сребро2 њцэнeніz, мyжъ сребро2 взsвый њцэнeніz, всE сребро2, є4же ѓще взhдетъ на сeрдце мyжа внести2 въ д0мъ гDень,

And Joas said to the priests, As for all the money of the holy things that is brought into the house of the Lord, the money of valuation, as each man brings the money of valuation, all the money which any man may feel disposed to bring into the house of the Lord,	да в0змутъ себЁ жерцы2, мyжъ t продaніz своегw2, и3 тjи да ўкрэпsтъ ведeкъ д0му во всёхъ, и3дёже ѓще њбрsщетсz ведeкъ.

let the priests take it to themselves, every man from the proceeds of his sale: and they shall repair the breaches of the house in all places wheresoever a breach shall be found.	И# бhсть въ двaдесzть трeтіе лёто царS їwaса, не ўкрэпи1ша жерцы2 ведeка хрaма:

And it came to pass in the twenty-third year of king Joas the priests had not repaired the breaches of the house.	и3 призвA цaрь їwaсъ їwдaz жерцA и3 жерцы2, и3 речE къ ни6мъ: что2 ћкw не ўкрэпи1сте ведeка хрaма; и3 нн7э не пріимaйте сребрA t продaжей вaшихъ, ћкw на ведeкъ хрaма дaсте є5.

And king Joas called Jodae the priest, and the other priests, and said to them, Why have ye not repaired the breaches of the house? now then receive no more money from your sales, for ye shall give it to repair the breaches of the house.	И# совэщaшасz жерцы2 не пріимaти сребрA t людjй и3 не ўкрэплsти ведeка хрaма.

And the priests consented to receive no more money of the people, and not to repair the breaches of the house.	И# взS їwдaй жрeцъ ківHтъ є3ди1нъ, и3 сотвори2 въ нeмъ сквaжню, и3 положи2 є3го2 при nлтари2 њдеснyю входsщихъ мужeй въ д0мъ гDень: и3 влагaху тaмw жерцы2 хранsщіи двeрь всE сребро2 приноси1мое въ д0мъ гDень.

And Jodae the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it by the altar in the house of a man belonging to the house of the Lord, and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money that was found in the house of the Lord.	И# бhсть є3гдA ўви1дэша, ћкw мн0гw сребрA въ ковчeзэ, и3 взhде пи1счій царeвъ, и3 жрeцъ вели1кій, и3 сребросeчцы и3 tкрhша, и3 сочт0ша сребро2 њбрётшеесz въ домY гDни:

And it came to pass, when they saw that there was much money in the chest, that the king's scribe and the high priest went up, and they tied up and counted the money that was found in the house of the Lord.	и3 дaша сребро2 ўгот0ванное въ рyцэ творsщихъ дэлA на сосyды д0му гDнz: и3 раздaша древодёлємъ и3 дёлателємъ зи1ждущымъ въ домY гDни,

And they gave the money that had been collected into the hands of them that wrought the works, the overseers of the house of the Lord; and they gave it out to the carpenters and to the builders that wrought in the house of the Lord.	и3 стэнодёлателємъ, и3 худ0жникwмъ, и3 сэкyщымъ кaмєніz на куплeніе древeсъ, и3 кaменіz тeсанагw на строeніе ведeка д0му гDнz, на вс‰ є3ли6ка и3ждивє1на бhша на ўтверждeніе хрaма.

And to the masons, and to the hewers of stone, to purchase timber and hewn stone to repair the breaches of the house of the Lord, for all that was spent on the house of the Lord to repair it.	Nбaче не твори1шасz хрaму гDню двє1ри срє1брzны, гв0здіе, фіaлы и3 трубы6, ни вси2 сосyды зл†ты, и3 сосyды срє1брzны t сребрA принесeннагw въ д0мъ гDень:

Only there were not to be made for the house of the Lord silver plates, studs, bowls, or trumpets, any vessel of gold or vessel of silver, of the money that was brought into the house of the Lord:	понeже творsщымъ дэлA дадeсz сіE, и3 ўтверди1ша тёмъ д0мъ гDень.

for they were to give it to the workmen, and they repaired therewith the house of the Lord.	И# не сочитaху мужeй, и5мже даsху сребро2 въ рyки, даsти творsщымъ дэлA, занE вёрнw творsху.

Also they took no account of the men into whose hands they gave the money to give to the workmen, for they acted faithfully.	Сребро2 за грэхи2 и3 сребро2 за преступлeніе, є3ли1ко внесeно бhсть въ д0мъ гDень, жерцє1мъ бhсть.

Money for a sin-offering, and money for a trespass-offering, whatever happened to be brought into the house of the Lord, went to the priests.	ТогдA взhде ґзаи1лъ цaрь сЂрскій и3 воевA на гefъ, и3 взS є3го2 ґзаи1лъ и3 разби2 є3го2: и3 њбрати2 ґзаи1лъ лицE своE взhти на їеrли1мъ.

Then went up Azael king of Syria, and fought against Geth, and took it: and Azael set his face to go against Jerusalem.	И# взS їwaсъ цaрь їyдинъ вс‰ с™†z, є3ли6ка њсвzти2 їwсафaтъ и3 їwрaмъ и3 nхозjа, nтцы2 є3гw2 и3 цaріе ї{дины, и3 с™†z є3гw2, и3 всE злaто њбрётшеесz въ сокр0вищихъ д0му гDнz и3 д0му царeва, и3 послA ґзаи1лу царю2 сЂрску, и3 tи1де t їеrли1ма.

And Joas king of Juda took all the holy things which Josaphat, and Joram, Ochozias, his fathers, and kings of Juda had consecrated, and what he had himself dedicated, and all the gold that was found in the treasures of the Lord's house and the king's house, and he sent them to Azael king of Syria; and he went up from Jerusalem.	И# прHчаz словeсъ їwaсовыхъ, и3 вс‰ є3ли6ка сотвори2, не сE ли, сі‰ пи6сана въ кни1зэ словeсъ днjй царeй їyдиныхъ;

And the rest of the acts of Joas, and all that he did, behold, are not these things written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Juda?	И# востaша џтроцы є3гw2, и3 совэщaша всsкъ совётъ, и3 ўби1ша їwaса въ д0мэ маллHни, и4же въ саaлэ.

And his servants rose up and made a conspiracy, and smote Joas in the house of Mallo that is in Sela.	И# їезехaръ сhнъ їемуafовъ, и3 їезевyfъ сhнъ сwми1ровъ, раби2 є3гw2 ўби1ша є3го2, и3 ќмре, и3 погреб0ша є3го2 со nтцы6 є3гw2 во грaдэ давjдовэ. И# воцари1сz ґмессjа сhнъ є3гw2 вмёстw є3гw2.

And Jezirchar the son of Jemuath, and Jezabuth Somer's son, his servants, smote him, and he died; and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David: and Amessias his son reigned in his stead.
