And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, that Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon came, and all his host, against Jerusalem; and he encamped against it, and built a mound against it. And the city was besieged until the eleventh year of king Sedekias on the ninth day of the month. И# бhсть грaдъ во њблежeніи до первагwнaдесzть лёта цaрства седекjина, девsтагw днE мцcа:

And the famine prevailed in the city, and there was no bread for the people of the land. и3 превозм0же во грaдэ глaдъ, и3 не бhсть хлёба лю1демъ земли2 тоS:

And the city was broken up, and all the men of war went forth by night, by the way of the gate between the walls, this is the gate of the king's garden: and the Chaldeans were set against the city round about: and the king went by the way of the plain. и3 разсёдесz грaдъ, и3 вси2 мyжіе в0инстіи и3зыд0ша н0щію путeмъ врaтъ, ±же посредЁ стёнъ, ±же сyть ў вертогрaда царeва, и3 халдeє w4крестъ грaда (бёша). И# побэжE (цaрь седекjа) путeмъ пустhннымъ:

And the force of the Chaldeans pursued the king, and overtook him in the plains of Jericho: and all his army was dispersed from about him. и3 погнA си1ла халдeйскаz в8слёдъ царS, и3 ћша є3го2 во ґравHfе їеріхHнстэмъ, и3 всS си1ла є3гw2 разсhпасz t него2:

And they took the king, and brought him to the king of Babylon to Reblatha; and he gave judgment upon him. и3 поsша царS и3 повед0ша є3го2 къ царю2 вавmлHнску въ ревлafу: и3 глаг0ла съ ни1мъ сyдъ:

And he slew the sons of Sedekias before his eyes, and put out the eyes of Sedekias, and bound him in fetters, and brought him to Babylon. и3 сhны седек‡ины заклA пред8 nчи1ма є3гw2, и3 џчи седек‡ины и3збодE, и3 свzзA є3го2 ќзами, и3 tведE є3го2 во вавmлHнъ.

And in the fifth month, on the seventh day of the month (this is the nineteenth year of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon), came Nabuzardan, captain of the guard, who stood before the king of Babylon, to Jerusalem. Въ мцcъ же пsтый, въ седмhй дeнь мцcа, сіE лёто девzтоенaдесzть навуходон0сора царS вавmлHнска, пріи1де навузардaнъ ґрхімагjръ, рaбъ царS вавmлHнскагw, во їеrли1мъ

And he burnt the house of the Lord, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, even every house did the captain of the guard burn. и3 зажжE хрaмъ гDень и3 д0мъ царeвъ, и3 вс‰ д0мы їеrли1мли и3 вс‰ д0мы вели1кіz сожжE ґрхімагjръ:

And the force of the Chaldeans pulled down the wall of Jerusalem round about. и3 стёны їеrли1мли w4крестъ раскопA си1ла халдeйскаz.

And Nabuzardan the captain of the guard removed the rest of the people that were left in the city, and the men who had deserted to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the multitude. И# њстaнокъ людjй и3збhвшихъ во грaдэ и3 впaдшихъ, и5же tпад0ша ко царю2 вавmлHнску, и3 пр0чее и3 ўтверждeніе пренесE навузардaнъ воев0да.

But the captain of the guard left of the poor of the land to be vine-dressers and husbandmen. И# t ни1щихъ земли2 тоS њстaви ґрхімагjръ віногрaды блюсти2 и3 вертогрaды.

And the Chaldeans broke to pieces the brazen pillars that were in the house of the Lord, and the bases, and the brazen sea that was in the house of the Lord, and carried their brass to Babylon. И# столпы2 мBдzны въ хрaмэ гDни, и3 подст†вы, и3 м0ре мёдное сyщее во хрaмэ гDни сокруши1ша халдeє, и3 взsша мёдь и4хъ во вавmлHнъ:

And the caldrons, and the shovels, and the bowls, and the censers, and all the brazen vessels with which they minister, he took. и3 кон0бы, и3 котлы6 и3 фіaлы, и3 кади6лницы, и3 вс‰ сосyды мBдzныz, въ ни1хже служaху, взsша:

And the captain of the guard took the fire-pans, and the gold and silver bowls. и3 кади6лницы, и3 фіaлы златы6z и3 срє1брzныz взS ґрхімагjръ,

Two pillars, and one sea, and the bases which Solomon made for the house of the Lord: there was no weight of the brass of all the vessels. столпы2 двA, и3 м0рz є3ди1но, и3 подст†вы, ±же сотвори2 соломHнъ хрaму гDню: не бЁ вёса мёди всёхъ сосyдwвъ.

The height of one pillar was eighteen cubits, and the chapiter upon it was of brass: and the height of the chapiter was three cubits: the border, and the pomegranates on the chapiter round about were all of brass: and so it was with the second pillar with its border. Њсминaдесzти лакHтъ бhсть высотA столпA є3ди1нагw, и3 главA мёдzна на нeмъ: и3 высотA главЁ три2 л†кти, и3 на главЁ мрє1жи и3 шипки6 w4крестъ, вс‰ мBдzна: по семy же и3 ст0лпъ вторhй со мрeжею.

And the captain of the guard took Saraias the high-priest, and Sophonias the second in order, and the three door-keepers. И# поsтъ ґрхімагjръ сарeа жерцA пeрваго и3 соф0нію жерцA вторaго, и3 три2 стрaжы вр†тныz:

And they took out of the city one eunuch who was commander of the men of war, and five men that saw the face of the king, that were found in the city, and the secretary of the commander-in-chief, who took account of the people of the land, and sixty men of the people of the land that were found in the city. и3 t грaда взS скопцA є3ди1наго, и4же бЁ пристaвникъ над8 мyжи воeнными, и3 пsть мужeй предстоsщихъ пред8 лицeмъ царeвымъ, њбрётшихсz во грaдэ, и3 книг0чіа кнsзz си1лы, и4же стр0zше лю1ди земли2 тоS, и3 шестьдесsтъ мужeй людjй земли2 тоS њбрётшихсz во грaдэ:

And Nabuzardan the captain of the guard took them, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Reblatha. и3 поsтъ | навузардaнъ ґрхімагjръ, и3 приведE | къ царю2 вавmлHнскому въ ревлafу.

And the king of Babylon smote them and slew them at Reblatha in the land of Æmath. So Juda was carried away from his land. И# порази2 и4хъ цaрь вавmлHнскій, и3 ўмори2 | въ ревлafэ, въ земли2 є3мafwвэ. И# пресели1сz їyда свhше земли2 своеS.

And as for the people that were left in the land of Juda, whom Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon left, even over them he set Godolias son of Achicam son of Saphan. И# лю1діе њстaвшіисz въ земли2 їyдовэ, и5хже њстaви навуходон0соръ цaрь вавmлHнскій, и3 постaви над8 ни1ми годолjю, сhна ґхікaмлz, сhна сафaнz.

And all the captains of the host, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had thus appointed Godolias, and they came to Godolias to Massephath, both Ismael the son of Nathanias, and Jona son of Careth, and Saraias, son of Thanamath the Netophathite, and Jezonias son of a Machathite, they and their men. И# ўслhшаша вси2 кн‰зи си1лы сaми и3 мyжіе и4хъ, ћкw постaви цaрь вавmлHнскій годолjю, и3 пріид0ша къ годолjи въ массифY, и3 їсмaилъ сhнъ наfаніинъ, и3 їwанaнъ сhнъ кари1fовъ, и3 сараjа сhнъ fанамafовъ нетwфаfjтскій, и3 їез0ніа сhнъ махаff0въ, сaми и3 мyжіе и5хъ (пріид0ша).

And Godolias swore to them and their men, and said to them, Fear not the incursion of the Chaldeans; dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you. И# клsтсz и5мъ годолjа и3 мужє1мъ и4хъ и3 речE и5мъ: не б0йтесz пришeствіz халдeєвъ: сэди1те на земли2 и3 раб0тайте царю2 вавmлHнскому, и3 добро2 бyдетъ вaмъ.

And it came to pass in the seventh month that Ismael son of Nathanias son of Helisama, of the seed royal, came, and ten men with him, and he smote Godolias, that he died, him and the Jews and the Chaldeans that were with him in Massepha. И# бhсть въ мцcъ седмhй, пріи1де їсмaилъ сhнъ наfанjинъ сhна є3лісaмлz t сёмене цaрска, и3 дeсzть мужeй съ ни1мъ, и3 порази2 годолjю, и3 ќмре, и3 їудeєвъ и3 халдeєвъ, и5же съ ни1мъ бsху въ массифЁ.

And all the people, great and small rose up, they and the captains of the forces, and went into Egypt; because they were afraid of the Chaldeans. И# востaша вси2 лю1діе, t мaла и3 до вели1ка, и3 кн‰зи си1лъ, и3 внид0ша во є3гЂпетъ, ћкw ўбоsшасz t лицA халдeйска.

And it came to pass in the thirty-seventh year of the carrying away of Joachim king of Juda, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, that Evialmarodec king of Babylon in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Joachim king of Juda, and brought him out of his prison-house. И# бhсть въ лёто три1десzть седм0е преселeніz їwахjна царS їyдина, въ дванадесsтый мцcъ, въ двaдесzть седмhй дeнь мцcа, вознесE є3vілмарwдaхъ цaрь вавmлHнскій, въ лёто цaрства своегw2, главY їwахjна царS їyдина, и3 и3зведE є3го2 и3з8 д0му темни1цы є3гw2,

And he spoke kindly to him, and set his throne above the thrones of the kings that were with him in Babylon; и3 глаг0ла съ ни1мъ благ†z, и3 дадE прест0лъ є3мY свhше прест0лwвъ царeй, и5же бsху съ ни1мъ въ вавmлHнэ:

and changed his prison garments: and he ate bread continually before him all the days of his life. и3 и3змэни2 ри6зы є3гw2 темни1чныz, и3 kдsше хлёбъ съ ни1мъ всегдA, во вс‰ дни6 животA своегw2.

And his portion, a continual portion, was given him out of the house of the king, a daily rate for every day all the days of his life. И# пи1ща є3гw2 t д0му цaрска дaвана бsше, и3 всE и3зоби1ліе во дни6 є3гw2, во вс‰ дни6 животA є3гw2.
