| Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, that I was in the midst of the captivity by the river of Chobar; and the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God. | И# бhсть въ тридесsтое лёто, въ четвeртый мцcъ, въ пsтый дeнь мцcа, и3 ѓзъ бhхъ посредЁ плэнeніz при рэцЁ ховaръ: и3 tверз0шасz небесA, и3 ви1дэхъ видBніz б9іz. |

| On the fifth day of the month; this was the fifth year of the captivity of king Joakim. | Въ пsтый дeнь мцcа, сіE лёто пsтое плэнeніz царS їwакjма, |

| And the word of the Lord came to Jezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans, by the river of Chobar; and the hand of the Lord was upon me. | и3 бhсть сл0во гDне ко їезекjилю сhну вузjеву, свzщeннику, въ земли2 халдeйстэй при рэцЁ ховaръ. И# бhсть на мнЁ рукA гDнz, |

| And I looked, and, behold, a sweeping wind came from the north, and a great cloud on it, and there was brightness round about it, and gleaming fire, and in the midst of it as it were the appearance of amber in the midst of the fire, and brightness in it. | и3 ви1дэхъ, и3 сE, дyхъ воздвизazйсz грzдsше t сёвера, и3 w4блакъ вели1кій въ нeмъ, и3 свётъ w4крестъ є3гw2, и3 џгнь блистazйсz: |

| And in the midst as it were the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; the likeness of a man was upon them. | и3 посредЁ є3гw2 ћкw видёніе и3лeктра посредЁ nгнS, и3 свётъ въ нeмъ: и3 посредЁ ћкw под0біе четhрехъ жив0тныхъ. И# сіE видёніе и4хъ, ћкw под0біе человёка въ ни1хъ: |

| And each one had four faces, and each one had four wings. | и3 четhри ли1ца є3ди1ному, и3 четhри кри1ла є3ди1ному, |

| And their legs were straight; and their feet were winged, and there were sparks, like gleaming brass, and their wings were light. | и3 г0лєни и4хъ пр†вы, и3 перн†ты н0ги и4хъ, и3 и4скры ћкw блистaющаzсz мёдь, и3 лє1гка кри1ла и4хъ, |

| And the hand of a man was under their wings on their four sides. | и3 рукA человёча под8 кри1лами и4хъ на четhрехъ странaхъ и4хъ: |

| And the faces of them four turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward. | и3 ли1ца и4хъ, и3 кри1ла и4хъ четhрехъ держ†щаzсz дрyгъ дрyга, ли1ца же и4хъ четhрехъ не њбращaхусz внегдA ходи1ти и5мъ: к0еждо прsмw лицA своегw2 хождaху. |

| And the likeness of their faces was the face of a man, and the face of a lion on the right to the four; and the face of a calf on the left to the four; and the face of an eagle to the four. | И# под0біе ли1цъ и4хъ, лицE человёчее и3 лицE льв0во њдеснyю четhремъ, и3 лицE тeлчее њшyюю четhремъ, и3 лицE џрлее четhремъ: |

| And the four had their wings spread out above; each one had two joined to one another, and two covered their bodies. | (и3 ли1ца и4хъ) и3 кри1ла и4хъ простє1рта свhше четhремъ, коемyждо двA сопрzжє1на дрyгъ ко дрyгу, и3 двA покрывaху верхY тэлесE и4хъ, и3 к0еждо прsмw лицY своемY и3дsше: |

| And each one went straight forward: wherever the spirit was going they went, and turned not back. | и3дёже ѓще бsше дyхъ шeствуzй, и3дsху и3 не њбращaхусz. |

| And in the midst of the living creatures there was an appearance as of burning coals of fire, as an appearance of lamps turning among the living creatures; and the brightness of fire, and out of the fire came forth lightning. | И# посредЁ жив0тныхъ видёніе, ћкw ќгліz nгнS горsщагw, ћкw видёніе свёщъ соwбращaющихсz посредЁ жив0тныхъ, и3 свётъ nгнS, и3 t nгнS и3схождaше ћкw м0лніz: |

| And I looked, and, behold, the four had each one wheel on the ground near the living creatures. | И# ви1дэхъ, и3 сE, к0ло є3ди1но земли2 держaщеесz жив0тныхъ четhрехъ: |

| And the appearance of the wheels was as the appearance of beryl: and the four had one likeness: and their work was as it were a wheel in a wheel. | и3 видёніе колeсъ и3 сотворeніе и4хъ, ћкw видёніе fарсjса, и3 под0біе є3ди1но четhремъ: и3 дёло и4хъ бsше, ћкоже ѓще бы бhло к0ло въ колеси2: |

| They went on their four sides: they turned not as they went; | на четhри страны6 и4хъ шeствоваху: не њбращaхусz, внегдA шeствовати и5мъ, |

| neither did their backs turn: and they were high: and I beheld them, and the backs of them four were full of eyes round about. | нижE хребты2 и4хъ, и3 высотA бsше и5мъ. И# ви1дэхъ т†, и3 плєщA и4хъ и3сп0лнєна nчeсъ w4крестъ четhремъ: |

| And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures lifted themselves off the earth, the wheels were lifted off. | и3 внегдA шeствовати живHтнымъ, шeствоваху и3 колeса держaщесz и4хъ: и3 внегдA воздвизaтисz живHтнымъ t земли2, воздвизaхусz и3 колeса. |

| Wherever the cloud happened to be, there was the spirit ready to go: the wheels went and were lifted up with them; because the spirit of life was in the wheels. | И#дёже ѓще бsше w4блакъ, тaмw бsше и3 дyхъ, є4же шeствовати: шeствоваху и3 живHтнаz, и3 колeса воздвизaхусz съ ни1ми, занE дyхъ жи1зни бsше въ колесёхъ. |

| When those went, the wheels went; and when those stood, the wheels stood; and when those lifted themselves off the earth, they were lifted off with them: for the spirit of life was in the wheels. | ВнегдA и3дsху сі‰, и3дsху (и3 колeса), и3 внегдA стоsти и5мъ, стоsху (и3 колeса съ ни1ми), и3 є3гдA воздвизaхусz t земли2, воздвизaхусz съ ни1ми (и3 колeса), ћкw дyхъ жи1зни бsше въ колесёхъ. |

| And the likeness over the heads of the living creatures was as a firmament, as the appearance of crystal, spread out over their wings above. | И# под0біе над8 глав0ю жив0тныхъ ћкw твeрдь, ћкw видёніе крmстaлла, простeртое над8 кри1лами и4хъ свhше: |

| And their wings were spread out under the firmament, reaching one to the other; two wings to each, covering their bodies. | и3 под8 твeрдію кри1ла и4хъ простє1рта, парsще дрyгъ ко дрyгу, комyждо двA спрzжє1на, прикрывaюще тэлесA и4хъ. |

| And I heard the sound of their wings when they went, as the sound of much water: and when they stood, their wings were let down. | И# слhшахъ глaсъ кри1лъ и4хъ, внегдA парsху, ћкw глaсъ в0дъ мн0гихъ, ћкw глaсъ бGа саддаJ: и3 внегдA ходи1ти и5мъ, глaсъ сл0ва ћкw глaсъ полкA: и3 внегдA стоsти и5мъ, почивaху кри1ла и4хъ. |

| And lo! a voice from above the firmament | И# сE, глaсъ превhше твeрди сyщіz над8 глав0ю и4хъ: внегдA стоsти и5мъ, низпускaхусz кри1ла и4хъ. |

| that was over their head, there was as the appearance of a sapphire stone, and the likeness of a throne upon it: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as an appearance of a man above. | И# над8 твeрдію, ћже над8 глав0ю и4хъ, ћкw видёніе кaмене сапфjра, под0біе пrт0ла на нeмъ, и3 на под0біи пrт0ла под0біе ћкоже ви1дъ человёчь сверхY. |

| And I saw as it were the resemblance of amber from the appearance of the loins and upwards, and from the appearance of the loins and under I saw an appearance of fire, and the brightness thereof round about. | И# ви1дэхъ ћкw видёніе и3лeктра, ћкw видёніе nгнS внyтрь є3гw2 w4крестъ: t видёніz чрeслъ и3 вhше и3 t видёніz чрeслъ дaже до д0лу ви1дэхъ видёніе nгнS, и3 свётъ є3гw2 w4крестъ: |

| As the appearance of the bow when it is in the cloud in days of rain, so was the form of the brightness round about. | ћкw видёніе дуги2, є3гдA є4сть на w4блацэхъ въ дeнь дождS, тaкw стоsніе свёта w4крестъ. |
