Въ коне́цъ, да не растли́ши, Дави́ду въ столпописа́ніє, внегда́ єму́ отбѣга́ти от лица́ Сау́лова въ пеще́ру.

Have mercy, upon me, O God, have mercy upon me: for my soul has trusted in thee: and in the shadow of thy wings will I hope, until the iniquity have passed away.
|
Поми́луй мя́, Бо́же, поми́луй мя́: я́ко на Тя́ упова́ душа́ моя́, и на сѣ́нь крилу́ Твоє́ю надѣ́юся, до́ндеже пре́йдетъ беззако́ніє.

|
I will cry to God most high; the God who has benefited me. Pause.
|
Воззову́ къ Бо́гу Вы́шнему, Бо́гу благодѣ́явшему мнѣ́.

|
He sent from heaven and saved me; he gave to reproach them that trampled on me: God has sent forth his mercy and his truth;

Посла́ съ небесе́ и спасе́ мя, даде́ въ поноше́ніє попира́ющыя мя́: посла́ Бо́гъ ми́лость Свою́ и и́стину Свою́,

and he has delivered my soul from the midst of lions' whelps: I lay down to sleep, though troubled. As for the sons of men, their teeth are arms and missile weapons, and their tongue a sharp sword.

и изба́ви ду́шу мою́ от среды́ ски́мновъ. Поспа́хъ смуще́нъ: сы́нове человѣ́честіи, зу́бы и́хъ ору́жія и стрѣ́лы, и язы́къ и́хъ ме́чь о́стръ.

Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; and thy glory above all the earth.
|
Вознеси́ся на небеса́, Бо́же, и по все́й земли́ сла́ва Твоя́.
|

|
They have prepared snares for my feet, and have bowed down my soul: they have dug a pit before my face, and fallen into it themselves. Pause.
|
Сѣ́ть угото́ваша нога́мъ мои́мъ, и сляко́ша ду́шу мою́: ископа́ша предъ лице́мъ мои́мъ я́му, и впадо́ша въ ню́.

|
My heart, O God, is ready, my heart is ready: I will sing, yea will sing psalms.
|
Гото́во се́рдце моє́, Бо́же, гото́во се́рдце моє́: воспою́ и пою́ во сла́вѣ моє́й.

|
Awake, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I will awake early.
|
Воста́ни, сла́ва моя́, воста́ни, псалти́рю и гу́сли: воста́ну ра́но.

|
O Lord, I will give thanks to thee among the nations: I will sing to thee among the Gentiles.
|
Исповѣ́мся Тебѣ́ въ лю́дехъ, Го́споди, воспою́ Тебѣ́ во язы́цѣхъ:

|
For thy mercy has been magnified even to the heavens, and thy truth to the clouds.
|
я́ко возвели́чися до небе́съ ми́лость Твоя́ и да́же до о́блакъ и́стина Твоя́.

|
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; and thy glory above all the earth.
|
Вознеси́ся на небеса́, Бо́же, и по все́й земли́ сла́ва Твоя́.
