| Двaдесzти пzти2 лётъ бhсть ґмасjа, є3гдA цaрствовати начA, и3 двaдесzть дeвzть лётъ цaрствова во їеrли1мэ. И$мz же мaтери є3гw2 їwадaень t їеrли1ма. | Amasias began to reign when he was twenty and five years old, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Joadaen of Jerusalem. |

| И# сотвори2 прaвое пред8 гDемъ, nбaче не сeрдцемъ совершeннымъ. | And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart. |
|

| И# бhсть є3гдA ўтверди1сz цaрство въ руцЁ є3гw2, и3 ўмертви2 рабы6 сво‰ и5же ўби1ша царS nтцA є3гw2. | And it came to pass, when the kingdom was established in his hand, that he slew his servants who had slain the king his father. |

| СынHвъ же и4хъ не и3зби2 по зaповэдемъ зак0на гDнz, ћкоже пи1сано є4сть въ кни1зэ зак0на мwmсeова, ћкоже повелЁ гDь, гlz: не ќмрутъ nтцы2 за сhны, и3 сhнове не ќмрутъ за nтцы2, но кjйждо во грэсЁ своeмъ ќмретъ. | But he slew not their sons, according to the covenant of the law of the Lord, as it is written, and as the Lord commanded, saying, The fathers shall not die for the children, and the sons shall not die for the fathers, but they shall die each for his own sin. |

| И# собрA ґмасjа д0мъ їyдинъ, и3 постaви и5хъ по домHмъ nтeчествъ и4хъ въ тhсzщники и3 с0тники, во всeй їудeи и3 веніамjнэ: и3 сочтE и5хъ t двaдесzти лётъ и3 вhшше, и3 њбрёте и5хъ три1ста тhсzщъ си1льныхъ и3сходи1ти на брaнь, держaщихъ к0піz и3 щиты2. | And Amasias assembled the house of Juda, and appointed them according to the houses of their families for captains of thousands and captains of hundreds in all Juda and Jerusalem: and he numbered them from twenty years old and upwards, and found them three hundred thousand able to go out to war, holding spear and shield. |

| Е#щe же наS t ї}лz сто2 тhсzщъ хрaбрыхъ въ си1лэ, за сто2 тал†нтъ сребрA. | Also he hired of Israel a hundred thousand mighty men for a hundred talents of silver. |
|

| И# пріи1де человёкъ б9ій къ немY, глаг0лz: Q, царю2 да не и3зhдетъ съ тоб0ю си1ла ї}лева, нёсть бо гDь со ї}лемъ, со всёми сыны2 є3фрє1мли: | And there came a man of God to him, saying, O king, let not the host of Israel go with thee; for the Lord is not with Israel, even all the sons of Ephraim. |

| ћкw ѓще мни1ши ўкрэпи1тисz съ ни1ми, въ бёгство њбрати1тъ тS гDь пред8 враги6, занE t гDа є4сть ўкрэпи1тисz и3 въ бёгство њбрати1тисz. | For if thou shalt undertake to strengthen thyself with these, then the Lord shall put thee to flight before the enemies: for it is of the Lord both to strengthen and to put to flight. |

| Речe же ґмасjа къ человёку б9ію: и3 что2 сотворю2 њ стЁ талaнтахъ, ±же дaхъ си1лэ ї}левэ; И# речE человёкъ б9ій: и4мать гDь дaти тебЁ мн0жае си1хъ. | And Amasias said to the man of God, But what shall I do for the hundred talents which I have given to the army of Israel? And the man of God said, The Lord can give thee much more than these. |

| И# tлучи2 ґмасjа си1лу пришeдшую къ немY t є3фрeма, tити2 на мёсто своE. И# разгнёвашасz ѕэлw2 на їyду, и3 возврати1шасz во странY свою2 во гнёвэ ћрости. | And Amasias separated from the army that came to him from Ephraim, that they might go away to their place; and they were very angry with Juda, and they returned to their place with great wrath. |

| И# ґмасjа ўкрэпи1сz, и3 взS лю1ди сво‰ и3 и4де во ўд0ль слaную, и3 порази2 тaмw сынHвъ сиjръ дeсzть тhсzщъ. | And Amasias strengthened himself, and took his people, and went to the valley of salt, and smote there the children of Seir ten thousand. |

| И# дeсzть тhсzщъ живhхъ ћша сhнове ї{дины, и3 привед0ша и5хъ на вeрхъ нёкоторыz стремни1ны, и3 сверг0ша и5хъ стремглaвъ съ высоты2 стремни1ны, и3 вси2 разсэд0шасz. | And the children of Juda took ten thousand prisoners, and they carried them to the top of the precipice, and cast them headlong from the top of the precipice, and they were all dashed to pieces. |

| Сhнове же си1лы, и5хже tслA ґмасjа, да не и4дутъ съ ни1мъ на брaнь, напад0ша на грaды ї{дины t самарjи дaже до веfwрHна: и3 ўби1ша t ни1хъ три2 тhсzщы, и3 плэни1ша плёнъ мн0гъ. | And the men of the host whom Amasias sent back so that they should not go with him to battle, went and attacked the cities of Juda, from Samaria to Bæthoron; and they smote three thousand among them, and took much spoil. |

| И# бhсть є3гдA возврати1сz ґмасjа порази1въ їдумeю, и3 принесE себЁ богHвъ сынHвъ сиjръ, и3 постaви въ б0ги себЁ, и3 покланsшесz и5мъ и3 сaмъ кадsше и5мъ. | And it came to pass, after Amasias had returned from smiting Idumea, that he brought home the gods of the children of Seir, and set them up for himself as gods, and bowed down before them, and he sacrificed to them. |

| И# бhсть гнёвъ гDень на ґмасjю, и3 послA къ немY прbр0ка, и3 речE є3мY: почто2 взыскaлъ є3си2 богHвъ людски1хъ, и5же не и3збaвиша людjй свои1хъ t рукY твоє1ю; | And the anger of the Lord came upon Amasias, and he sent him a prophet, and he said to him, Why hast thou sought the gods of the people, which have not rescued their own people out of thine hand? |

| И# бhсть є3гдA т0й глаг0лаше къ немY, и3 tвэщA є3мY: є3дA совётника царeва постaвихъ тS; внемли2, да не біeнъ бyдеши. И# ўмолчA прbр0къ и3 речE: вёмъ, ћкw восхотЁ гDь потреби1ти тS, занeже сотвори1лъ є3си2 сіE ѕло2) и3 не послyшалъ є3си2 совёта моегw2. | And it came to pass when the prophet was speaking to him, that he said to him, Have I made thee king's counsellor? take heed lest thou be scourged: and the prophet forebore, and said, I know that God is disposed against thee to destroy thee, because thou hast done this thing, and hast not hearkened to my counsel. |

| И# совэщA ґмасjа цaрь їyдинъ, и3 послA ко їwaсу сhну їwахaза сhна їиyева, ко царю2 ї}леву, глаг0лz: пріиди2, да ўви1димсz междY соб0ю въ лицE. | And Amasias king of Juda took counsel, and sent to Joas, son of Joachaz, son of Jeu, king of Israel, saying, Come, and let us look one another in the face. |

| И# послA їwaсъ цaрь ї}левъ ко ґмасjи царю2 їyдину, глаг0лz: тeрнъ, и4же въ лівaнэ, послA ко кeдру лівaнску, глаг0лz: дaждь дщeрь твою2 сhну моемY въ женY, и3 сE, пріи1дутъ ѕвёріе, и5же въ дубрaвэ лівaнстэй: и3 пріид0ша ѕвёріе и3 потоптaша тeрнъ: | And Joas king of Israel sent to Amasias king of Juda, saying, The thistle that was in Libanus sent to the cedar that was in Libanus, saying, Give thy daughter to my son to wife; but, behold, the wild beasts of the field that are in Libanus shall come: and the wild beasts did come, and trod down the thistle. |

| рeклъ є3си2: сE, порази1хъ їдумeю, и3 воздвизaетсz сeрдце твоE въ гордhню: нн7э сэди2 въ домY твоeмъ, и3 почто2 совэщавaеши себЁ лукaвое; падeши ты2 и3 їyда съ тоб0ю. | Thou hast said, Behold, I have smitten Idumea, and thy stout heart exalts thee: now stay at home; for why dost thou implicate thyself in mischief, that thou shouldest fall, and Juda with thee? |

| И# не послyша ґмасjа, занE t гDа бhсть, да предaстсz въ рyки їwaсу, ћкw взыскA богHвъ їдумeйскихъ. | Nevertheless Amasias hearkened not, for it was of the Lord to deliver him into the enemy's hands, because he sought after the gods of the Idumeans. |

| И# взhде їwaсъ цaрь ї}левъ, и3 kви1стасz дрyгъ дрyгу, т0й и3 ґмасjа цaрь їyдинъ, въ веfсамЂсэ, и4же є4сть їyдинъ. | So Joas king of Israel went up; and they saw one another, he and Amasias king of Juda, in Bæthsamys, which is of Juda. |

| И# падE їyда пред8 лицeмъ ї}левымъ, и3 бэжA кjйждо въ жили1ще своE. | And Juda was put to flight before Israel, and they fled every man to his tent. |

| И# ґмасjю царS їyдина сhна їwaсова, сhна nхозjина, ћтъ їwaсъ цaрь ї}левъ въ веfсамЂсэ, и3 введE є3го2 во їеrли1мъ, и3 разори2 стёны їеrли6мли t врaтъ є3фрeмлихъ дaже до врaтъ ќгла на четhреста лакHтъ: | And Joas king of Israel took prisoner Amasias king of Juda, son of Joas, son of Joachaz, in Bæthsamys, and brought him to Jerusalem; and he pulled down part of the wall of Jerusalem from the gate of Ephraim to the corner gate, four hundred cubits. |

| и3 всE злaто и3 сребро2, и3 вс‰ сосyды њбрётшыzсz въ домY гDни и3 ў ґвдед0ма, и3 сокрHвища д0му царeва, и3 сынHвъ зал0га, и3 возврати2 въ самарjю. | And he took all the gold and the silver, and all the vessels that were found in the house of the Lord and with Abdedom, and the treasures of the king's house, and the hostages, and he returned to Samaria. |

| И# поживE ґмасjа сhнъ їwaсовъ, цaрь їyдинъ, по ўмeртвіи їwaса сhна їwахaзова царS ї}лева пzтьнaдесzть лётъ. | And Amasias the son of Joas king of Juda lived after the death of Joas the son of Joachaz king of Israel fifteen years. |

| ПрHчаz же словесA ґмас‡ина пє1рваz и3 послBднzz, не сe ли, пи6сана сyть въ кни1зэ царeй їyдиныхъ и3 ї}левыхъ; | And the rest of the acts of Amasias, the first and the last, lo! are they not written in the book of the kings of Juda and Israel? |

| И# во врeмz є3гдA ґмасjа tступи2 t гDа, и3 напад0ша на него2 нападeніемъ, и3 побэжE и3з8 їеrли1ма въ лахjсъ. И# послaша в8слёдъ є3гw2 въ лахjсъ, и3 ўби1ша є3го2 тY. | And at the time when Amasias departed from the Lord, then they formed a conspiracy against him; and he fled from Jerusalem to Lachis: and they sent after him to Lachis, and slew him there. |

| И# взsша є3го2 на к0нехъ и3 погреб0ша є3го2 со nтцы6 є3гw2 во грaдэ давjдовэ. | And they took him up on horses, and buried him with his fathers in the city of David. |
