| И# речE гDь къ мwmсeю на зaпадэ мwaвли ў їoрдaна при їеріхHнэ, гlz: | And the Lord spoke to Moses to the west of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, |

| заповёждь сынHмъ ї}лєвымъ, да дадsтъ леvjтwмъ t жрє1бій њдержaніz своегw2 грaды всели1тисz, и3 предгр†діz гр†дскаz w4крестъ и4хъ да дадsтъ леvjтwмъ: | Give orders to the children of Israel, and they shall give to the Levites cities to dwell in from the lot of their possession, and they shall give to the Levites the suburbs of the cities round about them. |

| и3 бyдутъ и5мъ грaды вселsтисz, и3 ўч†стіz и4хъ да бyдутъ скотHмъ и4хъ и3 всBмъ четверонHжнымъ и4хъ: | And the cities shall be for them to dwell in, and their enclosures shall be for their cattle and all their beasts. |

| и3 прилєжaщаz градHмъ, и5хже дади1те леvjтwмъ, t стэны2 грaда и3 внЁ, двЁ тhсzщы лакHтъ w4крестъ: | And the suburbs of the cities which ye shall give to the Levites, shall be from the wall of the city and outwards two thousand cubits round about. |

| и3 да и3змёриши странY внЁ грaда, ћже на вост0къ, двЁ тhсzщы лакHтъ, и3 странY, ћже къ лjвэ, двЁ тhсzщы лакHтъ, и3 странY, ћже къ м0рю, двЁ тhсzщы лакHтъ, и3 странY, ћже къ сёверу, двЁ тhсzщы лакHтъ, и3 грaдъ посредЁ сегw2 бyдетъ вaмъ, и3 предёлы градHвъ: | And thou shalt measure outside the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and your city shall be in the midst of this, and the suburbs of the cities as described. |

| и3 грaды ±же дади1те леvjтwмъ, шeсть градHвъ (да бyдутъ) ўбёжныхъ, и5хже дади1те ўбэгaти въ нS ўби1вшему, и3 къ си6мъ четhредесzть и3 двA гр†да: | And ye shall give the cities to the Levites, the six cities of refuge which ye shall give for the slayer to flee thither, and in addition to these, forty-two cities. |

| всёхъ градHвъ дади1те леvjтwмъ четhредесzть и3 џсмь градHвъ, сі‰ и3 предгр†діz и4хъ: | Ye shall give to the Levites in all forty-eight cities, them and their suburbs. |

| и3 грaды, и5хже дади1те t њдержaніz сынHвъ ї}левыхъ, t мн0гихъ мнHга, ґ t мaлыхъ м†ла: кjйждо по наслёдію своемY, є4же наслёдzтъ, да дадsтъ t градHвъ леvjтwмъ. | And as for the cities which ye shall give out of the possession of the children of Israel, from those that have much ye shall give much, and from those that have less ye shall give less: they shall give of their cities to the Levites each one according to his inheritance which they shall inherit. |

| И# речE гDь къ мwmсeю, гlz: | And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, |

| глаг0ли сынHмъ ї}лєвымъ и3 речeши къ ни6мъ: вы2 прех0дите їoрдaнъ въ зeмлю ханаaню: | Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, Ye are to cross over Jordan into the land of Chanaan. |

| и3 раздэли1те сaми себЁ грaды: ўбBжища да бyдутъ вaмъ ўбэгaти въ нS ўбjйцэ, всsкъ ўби1вый дyшу нехотsй: | And ye shall appoint to yourselves cities: they shall be to you cities of refuge for the slayer to flee to, every one who has killed another unintentionally. |

| и3 бyдутъ грaди вaмъ ўбBжища t ќжика кр0ве, и3 да не ќмретъ ўби1вый, д0ндеже стaнетъ пред8 с0нмомъ на судЁ: | And the cities shall be to you places of refuge from the avenger of blood, and the slayer shall not die until he stands before the congregation for judgment. |

| и3 грaды, ±же дади1те, шeсть градHвъ, ўбBжища да бyдутъ вaмъ. | And the cities which ye shall assign, even the six cities, shall be places of refuge for you. |
|

|
| Три2 грaды дади1те њб8 nнY странY їoрдaна, и3 три2 грaды дади1те въ земли2 ханаaни: | Ye shall assign three cities on the other side of Jordan, and ye shall assign three cities in the land of Chanaan. |
|

|
| ўбёжище да бyдетъ сынHмъ ї}лєвымъ, и3 пришeлцу, и3 њбитaлнику и4же въ вaсъ, да бyдутъ грaди сjи во ўбёжище ўбэгaти тaмw всsкому ўби1вшему дyшу нехотёніемъ. | It shall be a place of refuge for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for him that sojourns among you; these cities shall be for a place of refuge, for every one to flee thither who has killed a man unintentionally. |

| Ѓще же nрyдіемъ желёзнымъ ўбіeтъ є3го2, и3 ќмретъ, ўбjйца є4сть: смeртію да ќмретъ ўбjйца. | And if he should smite him with an iron instrument, and the man should die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death. |

| Ѓще же кaменіемъ и3з8 руки2 ўбіeтъ є3го2, и3 ќмретъ t негw2, ўбjйца є4сть: смeртію да ќмретъ ўбjйца. | And if he should smite him with a stone thrown from his hand, whereby a man may die, and he thus die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death. |

| Ѓще же nрyдіемъ древsнымъ и3з8 руки2, t негHже ќмретъ, ўбіeтъ є3го2, и3 ќмретъ, ўбjйца є4сть: смeртію да ќмретъ ўбjйца. | And if he should smite him with an instrument of wood from his hand, whereby he may die, and he thus die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death. |

| ќжикъ кр0ве, сeй да ўбіeтъ ўби1вшаго: є3гдA ўсрsщетъ є3го2, сeй да ўбіeтъ є3го2. | The avenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: whensoever he shall meet him he shall slay him. |
|

|
| Ѓще же вражды2 рaди ри1нетъ є3го2 и3 вeржетъ на него2 всsкъ сосyдъ по навёту, и3 ќмретъ, | And if he should thrust him through enmity, or cast any thing upon him from an ambuscade, and the man should die, |

| и3ли2 t нeнависти порази1лъ є3го2 рук0ю, и3 ќмретъ, смeртію да ќмретъ ўби1вый, ўбjйца є4сть: смeртію да ќмретъ ўбивazй: ќжикъ кр0ве да ўбіeтъ ўбjйцу, є3гдA срётитсz съ ни1мъ. | or if he have smitten him with his hand through anger, and the man should die, let the man that smote him be put to death by all means, he is a murderer: let the murderer by all means be put to death: the avenger of blood shall slay the murderer when he meets him. |

| Ѓще же внезaпу не вражды2 рaди ри1нетъ є3го2, и3ли2 вeржетъ на него2 всsкъ сосyдъ не по навёту, | But if he should thrust him suddenly, not through enmity, or cast any thing upon him, not from an ambuscade, |

| и3ли2 всsкимъ кaменемъ, и4мже вeржетъ не вёдый, и3 падeтъ на него2, и3 ќмретъ, џнъ же врaгъ є3гw2 не бЁ, нижE и3щsй ѕлA є3мY твори1ти, | or smite him with any stone, whereby a man may die, unawares, and it should fall upon him, and he should die, but he was not his enemy, nor sought to hurt him; |

| и3 да сyдитъ с0нмъ междY ўби1вшимъ и3 междY ќжикомъ кр0ве, по судбaмъ си6мъ, | then the assembly shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood, according to these judgments. |
|

| и3 и3збaвитъ с0нмъ ўби1вшаго t ќжика кр0ве, и3 да возврати1тъ є3го2 с0нмъ во грaдъ ўбёжища є3гw2, въ џньже ўбэжA, и3 да поживeтъ тaмw, д0ндеже ќмретъ жрeцъ вели1кій, є3г0же помaзаша є3лeемъ с™hмъ. | And the congregation shall rescue the slayer from the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, whither he fled for refuge; and he shall dwell there till the death of the high-priest, whom they anointed with the holy oil. |

| Ѓще же и3сх0домъ и3зhдетъ ўби1вый внЁ предBлъ грaда, въ џньже ўбэжA тaмw, | But if the slayer should in any wise go out beyond the bounds of the city whither he fled for refuge, |

| и3 њбрsщетъ є3го2 ќжикъ кр0ве внЁ предBлъ грaда ўбёжища є3го2, и3 ўбіeтъ ќжикъ кр0ве ўби1вшаго, нёсть пови1ненъ: | and the avenger of blood should find him without the bounds of the city of his refuge, and the avenger of blood should kill the slayer, he is not guilty. |

| во грaдэ бо ўбэжaніz да живeтъ, д0ндеже ќмретъ жрeцъ вели1кій, и3 по ўмeртвіи жерцA вели1кагw да возврати1тсz ўби1вый въ зeмлю њдержaніz своегw2. | For he ought to have remained in the city of refuge till the high-priest died; and after the death of the high-priest the slayer shall return to the land of his possession. |

| И# да бyдутъ сі‰ вaмъ во њправдaніе судA въ роды2 вaшz во всёхъ селeніихъ вaшихъ. | And these things shall be to you for an ordinance of judgment throughout your generations in all your dwellings. |
|

| Всsкаго ўби1вшаго дyшу, пред8 свидётелми да ўбіeши ўби1вшаго: и3 свидётель є3ди1нъ да не свидётелствуетъ на смeрть души2. | Whoever kills a man, thou shalt slay the murderer on the testimony of witnesses; and one witness shall not testify against a soul that he should die. |

| И# да не в0змете и3скyпа за дyшу t ўби1вшагw, пови1нна сyща ўбіeнію: смeртію бо ќмретъ: | And ye shall not accept ransoms for life from a murderer who is worthy of death, for he shall be surely put to death. |
|

| нижE да в0змете и3скyпа ўбэжaніz во грaдъ ўбёжища, да пaки живeтъ на земли2, д0ндеже ќмретъ жрeцъ вели1кій. | Ye shall not accept a ransom to excuse his fleeing to the city of refuge, so that he should again dwell in the land, until the death of the high-priest. |

| И# да не ўбіeте земли2, на нeйже вы2 њбитaете: кр0вь бо сіS ўбивaетъ зeмлю, и3 не њчи1ститсz землS t кр0ве проліsнныz на нeй, но т0кмw кр0вію проливaющаго: | So shall ye not pollute with murder the land in which ye dwell; for this blood pollutes the land, and the land shall not be purged from the blood shed upon it, but by the blood of him that shed it. |

| и3 да не њсквернитE земли2, на нeйже живетE, на нeйже ѓзъ вселsюсz посредЁ вaсъ: ѓзъ бо є4смь гDь вселszйсz посредЁ сынHвъ ї}левыхъ. | And ye shall not defile the land whereon ye dwell, on which I dwell in the midst of you; for I am the Lord dwelling in the midst of the children of Israel. |
