| And Israel sojourned in Sattin, and the people profaned itself by going a-whoring after the daughters of Moab. | И# живsше ї}ль въ саттjмэ, и3 њскверни1шасz лю1діе блужeніемъ со дщeрьми мw†вли: |

| And they called them to the sacrifices of their idols; and the people ate of their sacrifices, and worshipped their idols. | и3 призвaша | въ трє1бы кум‡ръ свои1хъ, и3 kд0ша лю1діе трє1бы и4хъ и3 поклони1шасz кумjрwмъ и4хъ: |

| And Israel consecrated themselves to Beel-phegor; and the Lord was very angry with Israel. | и3 причасти1сz ї}ль веельфегHру, и3 разгнёвасz ћростію гDь на ї}лz. |

| And the Lord said to Moses, Take all the princes of the people, and make them examples of judgment for the Lord in the face of the sun, and the anger of the Lord shall be turned away from Israel. | И# речE гDь къ мwmсeю: поими2 вс‰ кн‰зи людск‡z, и3 њбличи2 | гDу прsмw с0лнцу, и3 tврати1тсz гнёвъ ћрости гDни t ї}лz. |

| And Moses said to the tribes of Israel, Slay ye every one his friend that is consecrated to Beel-phegor. | И# речE мwmсeй къ племенє1мъ ї}лскимъ: и3збjйте кjйждо ќжика своего2 служи1вшаго веельфегHру. |

| And, behold, a man of the children of Israel came and brought his brother to a Madianitish woman before Moses, and before all the congregation of the children of Israel; and they were weeping at the door of the tabernacle of witness. | И# сE, человёкъ t сынHвъ ї}левыхъ пришeдъ приведE брaта своего2 къ мадіанjтынэ пред8 мwmсeемъ и3 пред8 всёмъ с0нмомъ ї}левымъ: сjи же плaкахусz пред8 двeрьми ски1ніи свидёніz. |

| And Phinees the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, and rose out of the midst of the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand, | И# ви1дэвъ фінеeсъ, сhнъ є3леазaра сhна ґарHна жерцA, востA и3з8 среды2 с0нма, и3 взeмъ сyлицу въ рyку, |

| and went in after the Israelitish man into the chamber, and pierced them both through, both the Israelitish man, and the woman through her womb; and the plague was stayed from the children of Israel. | вни1де в8слёдъ человёка ї}лтzнина въ блуди1лище, и3 прободE nбои1хъ, и3 человёка ї}лтzнина, и3 женY сквозЁ ложеснA є3S: и3 престA врeдъ t сынHвъ ї}левыхъ. |

| And those that died in the plague were four and twenty thousand. | И# бhша ўмeршіи ћзвою двaдесzть четhри тhсzщы. |

| Phinees the son of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest has caused my wrath to cease from the children of Israel, when I was exceedingly jealous among them, and I did not consume the children of Israel in my jealousy. | фінеeсъ сhнъ є3леазaра сhна ґарHна жерцA ўтоли2 гнёвъ м0й t сынHвъ ї}левыхъ, є3гдA возревновA рeвность моS въ ни1хъ, и3 не потреби1хъ сынHвъ ї}левыхъ въ рeвности моeй: |

| Thus do thou say to him, Behold, I give him a covenant of peace: | тaкw рцы2: сE, ѓзъ даю2 є3мY завётъ м0й ми1рный, |

| and he and his seed after him shall have a perpetual covenant of priesthood, because he was zealous for his God, and made atonement for the children of Israel. | и3 бyдетъ є3мY и3 сёмени є3гw2 по нeмъ завётъ жрeчества вёчный, понeже возревновA по бз7э своeмъ и3 ўми1лостиви њ сынёхъ ї}левыхъ. |

| Now the name of the smitten Israelitish man, who was smitten with the Madianitish woman, was Zambri son of Salmon, prince of a house of the tribe of Symeon. | И$мz же человёку ї}лтzнину, є3г0же ўби2 съ мадіанjтынею, замврjй, сhнъ салмHнь, кнsзь д0му nтeчества сынHвъ сmмеHнихъ: |

| And the name of the Madianitish woman who was smitten, was Chasbi, daughter of Sur, a prince of the nation of Ommoth: it is a chief house among the people of Madiam. | и3 и4мz женЁ мадіанjтынэ прободeной хазвJ, дщи2 сyра, кнsзz р0да соммHfова, д0му nтeчества є4сть мадіaмлz. |

| And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, saying, | И# речE гDь къ мwmсeю, гlz: рцы2 сынHмъ ї}лєвымъ, глаг0лz: |

| Plague the Madianites as enemies, and smite them, | враждyйте мадіани1тwмъ и3 бjйте |: |

| for they are enemies to you by the treachery wherein they ensnare you through Phogor, and through Chasbi their sister, daughter of a prince of Madiam, who was smitten in the day of the plague because of Phogor. | занE враждyютъ вaмъ сjи лeстію, є3ли1кw прельщaютъ вaсъ фогHромъ и3 хазвjею дщeрію кнsзz мадіaмлz, сестр0ю своeю прободeною, въ дeнь ћзвы фогHра рaди. |
